Wow, I'm just very overwhelmed by the great selection of yummy smoothies. I came here three days in a row and had a bunch of different options. I really love the white gummi and I will 100% try some more before I have to leave California. I'll miss Jamba Juice so much when I go back to Europe. I will miss Jamba Juice from the bottom of my heart. I love Jamba Juice. read more

Efficient and quick - I have no complaints (however I do prefer inserting my straw on my drink). At least 4 workers, very friendly and quick service. The self-order kiosk is located at the front right when you enter. There is also an option to order from a cashier. I'm just super happy that my large smoothie here is almost $2 cheaper compared to where I'm from! read more

The smoothies were just simple and did not extra Tajin even after I paid for them. As well as false advertising on wall stating 75 cents for extra shots of Tajin while they actually charged me 99 cents and the employee just said that it must be old, so basically stating that they do not keep up with offers and price changes. Very disappointing because I have been here before. read more

me and my friend always come here to get this bowl because it's made so good! today, i went around 3/3:15ish to order my usual bowl the way i modify it. no bananas, sub for strawberries, no pb sub for more nutella. large size and granola on the side. i know the granola would take up the rest of the space. but, i barely got any strawberries, looks like it's just one scoop and non existent nutella and the rest almost fully filled with acai base. when i usually order this on other days, they load it with nutella and strawberries which i like. i could've just ordered a regular size if it came to this ratio‍ read more

Love this location! I always order on the app and pick up to go. My fav order include the peanut butter mood or the peanut butter and banana protein. Both are delicious and I use them as a meal replacement when I'm not in the mood to eat. I also like doing a ginger shot and wheat grass shot every once in a while. They are always fresh here and I always get a little extra! Yay. The rewards program is pretty dope if you come here often! read more

When I put a order in through the app, it would not let me use my rewards points for my free drink

Ordered a large beverage and tipped 20% as a courtesy as people working behind the counter as they deserve a little bit more. But, when they delivered to me a small drink I was bewildered. I explained I had ordered a large. So, they without hesitation take it back and create a large drink, upon delivery they requested two dollars more. I told them they could keep their drink. I'm out $10 and no beverage but, I'll tell you what I won't be going there again... dodgy joint. read more

UNCOMFORTABLE! I went to Jamba to get my kids their regular after school smoothie. When we got there, we saw manager Sachi giving the cashier a hard time. Minutes later she PULLED the workers shirt with so much aggression. Our smoothies were on point tho. Just very uncomfortable to see Sachi mistreat her workers because she has a higher rank. read more

Sarah has a rude attitude and not very patient and didn't even want to explain what drinks I could choose from with the reward that was offered! And had a attitude and told me to just get it next time cause she wasn't patient enough to let me know what a certain drink was .... Please make your employees more knowledgeable about what they have if they are gonna work front of house and take orders! read more

Some training needs to be done on the cashier who takes orders at the Jamba Juice in Sand City. She can't add, she can't do all the things you do when taking one's order like ask if they want to boost. She got my name wrong, so I waited past the time. My drink was sitting there. It's just a management thing, but I guarantee you the registers off daily. read more

Polite and professional customer service. The quality of product is always fresh and refreshing. Store is always clean and sanitary.

Every time I get my drink here, one of the girls behind the counter just says my name at normal speaking volume while there are blenders running 3 feet away to properly drown out her voice. I remember a few years ago when people used to take pride in their work, they would remember who ordered drinks and yell your name out. Now they just put a drink on the table and walk away. I hate coming out of here with half melted drinks, so I'm not coming back, as this has happened multiple times and they are only getting pricier!! read more

Really bamboozled as to why there is only a 3 star average here. Jamba Juice is always popping, the employees are nice, and of course the smoothies are phenomenal. My favorite part is that they have the amount of vitamins every thing on the menu has. #HEALTHYLIFESTYLE read more

As a resident on the Monterey Peninsula, I go often to some of the shops that are in Sand City; Jamba Juice is one of them, a venue I've patronized since its inception. Well, all that I can write is that I've been highly satisfied throughout the years of my patronizing this particular Jamba. The ambience, the service, the offerings have all met my satisfaction; I've never been disappointed. Continue the stellar service, por favor. read more

I do not recommend ordering online for anyone that is trying to grab and go. Made an order and said I can pick my order up at 4:37pm, I'm barely leaving Jamba Juice now and it's 4:50. The guy at the register saw me standing there at the pick up section and still avoided me. The "employee of the month" employee had time to help me but decided to wait for a order to come trough her scanner. The other employee who was avoiding me at all costs kept his back towards me to avoid helping me out. I had to wait for everyone else who placed their order minutes after I got there to get their order first and then I was helped. They knew I was standing there. Nothing was done. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. read more

Yes! Yes! I lived here before and this place is a regular for me. What can I say... this place is great. They have breakfast and brunch and lunch stuff. And if your not a coffee drinker you can just add to little green3g caffeine like I do to your favorite anything they got! The razzmatazz is my favorite but all look great and are served with fresh everything. Enjoy read more

The two young men working in this Jamba Juice greeted me as I walked in. I was having a difficult time choosing a flavor, so one of them said "Take your time."wWith a great big smile. The other one approached me with a tray full of miniature cups and said "Would you like to enjoy a free sample while you are deciding?" I give them five stars for customer service. The samples were of the Aloha pineapple flavor which immediately convinced me that was exactly what I wanted. I chose one of the free boosts (some cost extra). While one young man was making my smoothie, the other volunteered "Just so you know, all of our classic smoothies come in a light version." I found that very helpful. Of course my smoothie was fabulous, and I went on my way happy. read more

5 stars all the way! This is my regular Jamba Juice stop and the service is always first-rate. Today the Jamba Sand City team did an outstanding job! With temps soaring over 80 degrees and with a steady line out the door, these guys turned out smoothies, juices and energy bowls with amazing dexterity. The young lady taking orders maintained a professional and pleasant demeanor while the juice team steadfastly churned out smoothie after smoothie. Not only were there high temps but today was the last day for the BOGO smoothie/juice deal so customers were coming in armed with their codes and coupons. This is one of my favorite Jamba locations as the staff are friendly, well-trained and passionate. Great work Jamba Sand City! read more

I know many here like this location...and I dont write reviews to complain about servce, mistakes, etc...UNLESS...its recurring. In my last 5 visits, I've had very long waits...and not due to being very busy...except today...but today illustrated the issue is due to poor management and poor training. Again...this is not a reflection on the product, or about 1 particular mistake...or the employees...they all are rather friendly and seem to be trying their best. When I walked in today, there were 9 people ahead of me...they each had already ordered their beverages. They had 2 employees only...a young man, the shift lead...the other, a very friendly young woman, possibly still novice team member. So she takes my order...no issue...and then takes the orders of the next three people who followed in behind me. I step back to wait...and no about 6 or7 minutes go by when I realize no drinks are being made... The young man is trying to organize and clean blender pitchers and restock some items. He finally begins making orders but keeps getting side tracked. He finally gets the young woman to start helping, but apparently she isn't trained to do many things yet. She starts making a few orders she is trained for...but as soon as another customer walks in, she stops to take their order. I've now been here 10 or 12 minutes before a beverage comes out...for someone who'd been there well before me. The young woman kept taking orders and didn't bother getting orders out...while the young man stayed buried barely able to process orders. The problem aside from the young lady not being trained, is that she didn't realize that the time spent taking new drink orders simply added wait time to existing orders and prolonging customer wait times. I mean the new customers were going to be in for a wait too...but why should those of us already waiting have the new orders wait added to our time? These type of issues show a lack of training, which clearly speaks to a lack of leadership or effort by a manager or owner. Which is why I'm bringing this up in hopes of them fixing this problem. Long story short...I got my drink after 23 minutes...but I felt ashamed taking my order...because it came before at least 4 others who had been ahead of me. read more

If life seems dull and far from exciting, that only means you haven't had a Sweet Street Waffle yet! My cousin totally turned me onto these, they are SO yummy. The waffle is toasted perfectly, its nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. Have you had a McGriddle from McDonalds? You know those buns with maple syrup sweetness twisted in there? That's the best example I have to describe the magical sweetness that bursts when you bite, its crazy! This is my go to Jamba because shift manager, Laura is amazing!! She always gets things going, always knows I'm there for my waffle and always takes that extra second to say hello. The whole team here is great and the smoothies they mix up are equally rad. read more

Rule #1: don't flirt with my boyfriend while I am standing right next to him. I mean like come on Samantha! Based upon your name tag, you are still emerged in the glorious process of being trained. Let me give you a little hint, DON'T FLIRT WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S MEN! Christ. How hard could that be!?!? And would it kill you to make the smoothies in the order in which the customer comes in? Nothing peeves off customers more than waiting for your smoothie and watching some other man get his before us even though we came in three minutes earlier. The smoothies were good, not the customer service. read more

Finally got a chance to write a review for Jamba Juice after coming here for quite some time now. You now can watch SNL skits while you wait for your favorite smoothie to be made. Some notable changes you may notice if you haven't been here for a while: - Flat Screen TV - Refrigerated Drink section - Flatbread Pizza - Oatmeal Some notable non-changes you may notice if you haven't been here for a while: - The Wait Time I came in with two other patrons in front of me and still waited for about 10 minutes for a California Surf-Rider. If time is on your side, order and watch TV while you wait. read more

Had a slight incident of a rude employee and a wrong order with overcharge. Spoke with the manager the following day was the epitome of what a professional manager should be. Killian was super sweet. I went in on a Monday it wasn't really busy. Killian was really helpful when deciding what i should order. I will try not to come to this location. I tried to get smoothies thick in consistency in 2 occasions. Both attempts were failures. The employees say "It's hard to make a smoothie THICK without any ice." The manager that tried to make my smoothie verbalized his complaints in front of me. *which was very unprofessional in my opinion---but that's what yelp's for* Also, I heard a customer saying "they put too much ice & it taste nasty". I must say that my acai smoothie tasted a little watered down (it may have been the acai mixture, they've added too much water to "stretch" their product.) & very thin in consistency even when I requested it to be thick. I give 1 star just because it's jamba juice & I'm getting my nutrients... But it's not the way I requested it. Sand City Jamba isn't worth your cash. The south main salinas location is pretty consistent with their product. read more

Jamba Juice was doing this new promotion for the impossible sandwich where you get a dollar off your smoothie when you buy one, they tasted great so I went back the next day. I didn't get a dollar off my smoothie, which I didn't notice until later I thought I would get the dollar off since they still had the signs up promoting it. Then I came back a week later, the signs were still up. I told one of the employees. He just told me basically there was nothing they could do. I was just tiring to warn them that what they are doing is false advertising and they could get in trouble. It's not hard to take down a few signs and I had made them aware of them twice. It may not be a big deal but they owe me 2 dollars. read more

Perfect for a nice hot day! Plenty of options to choose from. The mango-go-go is very refreshing. Asked for chunky and the guy got it perfect! Not too watery looking like the other jamba place. I guess it depends who's making it. The service was great and they are informative about what type of nutrients each smoothie has. Overall very satisfied. read more

SPAM SPAM AND MORE SPAM.... This place has some really hip juicers sliding around the ol' juice game. I was hoofing way out of my bounds when I took a wrong turn and ended up here in the well lit, citrus smelling, gad flap. Brother was I ever in for a dizzy spell. First I lay the old glassy orbs on the big print and slid them back and forth in the old noggin, but the jack nuts behind the counter kept asking me if I was ready to order. Each time I had to wind up the old skull eggs and take a crack at it again. After a lengthy spell of word chomping I realized the menu was a repeat of the same ingredients - strawberries, bananas, apple juice, etc... It's like Mexican food - all the same ingredients thrown together in different order. BAM slap a new name on it and strawberry passion can be Banana delight. Anyhoot. I ordered a concoction called the Berry Ballz or something in the Power size. Power size - don't you mean Large? What the heck fire happened to good old small, medium, and large. For the love of goober peas, why does everyone have to reinvent the English language? Give me good old Large, or even a Grande in way of uniting with those neighbors south of the border. But Power size? What would happen if I waltz into a Starbucks and asked for a Power sized coffee? We may come to blows over the subject. I like to avoid fistycuffs when ever possible. So I toddle on over to the jack nuts sporting a headless hat, a squirt in my eye grin, and a "power sized Berry a knife in my back please". Then I notice his hand blades, the old nose diggers. The lad had a set of rancid claws on him! His finger swords really turned my old food wad over, but good! I wanted to puke all over the morons face, but I refrained. Sister, if I coulda jammed my scrutty noodle into a tighter hat I woulda! Odd though - no hippies! I thought for sure the grass woofers and hemp head crowd would be lousy around this jim stand. Ahh it was okies baby. read more

I love Jamba juice and go pretty often. This is the first time at this location and it will be the last. I ordered a custom non menu drink and was told it could only be had in medium.
