Ordered door dash. Easy to order. Easy to pay. Delivery was quick and received my smoothie nice and cold. Didn't buy food I'll order again

I was given an undrinkable drink. there is mango skin and soggy unpleasant chunks in every sip. it genuinely makes me nauseous i cant finish it. it's supposed be a mango-a-go-go. I asked them to blend it more and they just offered me a spoon. When they went to blend it more, it was too thick for the machine and didnt move at all. they just put it in a cup and gave it to me. I had to throw it away. terrible customer service and the workers were very judgy in the atmosphere. There is also green and red chunks in it. It's so nasty. read more

Customized my Acai bowl, no strawberries or blueberries with extra granola. What I got was a bowl of granola with brown bananas and a scoop of Acai. I had to run my smoothie through the ninja because I kept sipping chunks of fruit clogging the straw. Unfortunately this location is a swing or a miss depending on the maturity level of the staff working that day. read more

When fully staffed during busy time they're very efficient. Manager of the shift seems to know how to delegate staff

I just realized it was time to update my review since it has bee a couple years. Karena the manager is STILL amazing and still remembers my orders and has everyone working fast and well! She needs a raise for sure! read more

I have frequented several Jamba Juices all over California, and in my opinion this is the BEST! They always make whatever I choose perfect. What I mean by that is, it is always thick and creamy - not watery. I usually choose the smoothies - Caribbean Passion, Mango A go go.. Everyone I have had an interaction with has been friendly and polite, that includes other patrons. Your just happy to get a delicious well made beverage. I'm super picky when it comes to getting my money's worth in anything I purchase. I will take back if I'm unsatisfied, and like I have said perfect every-time. Highly recommend. read more

There's nothing like a fresh fruit smoothie on a warm afternoon. And Jamba Juice is usually my go-to place for it. On more than one visit to this location I have run into a few issues. The first being a sunny weekday afternoon...... I had ordered 4 smoothies and was maybe the 3rd person in line. While the first 2 orders where completed, I waited eagerly for mine to be ready. As I stood at the counter waiting, orders for the customers behind me began to be called. And if that wasn't bad enough, the orders for the customers that were ahead of me were being remade and called out again. All of this before my 4 drinks were even made once! 25 minutes later I received 2 correct drinks and 2 incorrect drinks. No apology. No compensation. Nearly a half an hour of waiting, and given the wrong drinks you'd think they would try to fix it or make the customer happy before leaving. Needless to say I began making the drive to North Main to get my refreshment. That lasted only a few months before I decided to give the South Main location another chance. Overall nothing much has changed. I think that there are still quite a few inconsistencies that could easily be fixed. I found out that this isn't a corporate location. That started o bring everything together for me. Franchises usually fall by the waist side when quality control is a factor. There are only a couple of employees at this location that I feel actually care about the product that they serve to customers and they take care to make sure that the order is correct. Last week I went in for an apple cinnamon oatmeal and an all fruit smoothie. Pomegranate Paradise is my favorite. Smoothie was great, could have been blended a little longer, but wasn't terribly chunky. When I got to my desk to enjoy my breakfast, I was disappointed to find berries on my oatmeal. Sorry, berries just aren't my thing. What really gets me is that there wasn't anyone else in the store when I was there. How could you get that wrong? I like this location because it is the only one on the South side of Salinas. I think that there is room for improvement for sure. read more

My husband and 9 year old daughter walked into Jamba Juice today, 11/4/20. The service offered to them was blunt void of a greet. In comes a caucasian customer right after them. They get greeted by the same Caucasian employee with an overwhelming greeting. As a college student I worked in retail, I greeted all customers with the same enthusiastic presence. If you are going to be discriminatory, don't work in retail! How is it that you treat customers differently based on their perceived ethnicity? SHAME ON YOU S. MAIN JAMBA JUICE!!!!! read more

I usually love this Jamba Juice and come here 3-5 times a month. Usually the attitude of the workers is amazing! But today , Monica V made my welcome very uncomfortable. She had an attitude while I was making modifications on a bowl for my sister who has allergies. I've worked customer service for 10+ years and would never give attitude like that. Everyone else here is great read more

I was extremely disappointed when I rushed to get here before close and I pulled up at 7:55pm, 5min until closing, that the women working ran to the door to lock it in my face. Not only was this extremely rude, but they actually laughed. Not very professional and I will no longer be a customer. This was today, 9/21/18, at 7:55pm. read more

it's really good but it takes a long time to be served. also pretty overpriced. if you can, i would recommend smoothie king instead.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. First and last time going to that location.

Usually this place is great but today I got some pretty rude customer service. I asked for an açaí bowl with peanut butter as a topping. It's been done that way for me before. Today I get my order and notice that the peanut butter was blended. So I make a comment and I'm pretty sure it was the store manager who simply responds "it's not a topping" and walks away. Doesn't even apologize. I know I specified that I wanted it as a topping because the girl who took my order said so. But nope. This jerk didn't even bother saying sorry. Thanks so much. read more

I came in after working out to get my usual tropical greens with whey protein. I gave the instruction to blend then poured in the biggest glass then apply ice. I'm not sure what's wrong with this person ( Chris?) - he kept asking me several times ..... over and over for the instructions. He was so annoying and I felt like he came from a different planet not understanding what I was saying. I had to just leave coz I was so frustrated. What do I have to do to get a simple dink - blend then ice.....my gosh! Give me a break! If I can only rate no stars. read more

the girls working here always look miserable, very poor customer service. worst part is they work the register then go back to the machines to make smoothies and they DONT wash their hands.. we won't be coming back.. read more

Super simple and straight forward. Ordered my drink and they had it out to me instantly. What more could you ask for?

Used my buy 1 get 1 free coupon after doing one of the surveys, but didn't realize I couldn't also use my points to get $3 off. When I came back today, I noticed the $3 off coupon said it could only be used on the previous visit. Thankfully, Erica was kind and reasonable enough to understand the situation and let me use the coupon anyways! Props to you, Erica! read more

On two isolated occasions now, they've made the wrong smoothie for me. I'd ask for the PB Moo'd and would get the chocolate one instead. The first time this happened, I had already left before I realized. And the second time this happened, they remade it and gave me a free coupon. Friendly staff. Also, San Francisco JJ'S have already made the transition to paper cups. It's time to ditch the Styrofoam. read more

Love Jamba! There are plenty of great mom & pop smoothie stores, but nothing warms my heart in the morning like their apple cinnamon slow cooked oatmeal or refreshens me like a Razzamataz in the afternoon. They are very friendly at this location. read more

It took them 3 times to get the drink right. First he filled a medium cup and I said to him. Didn't get a large. He looked on the paper and said oh ok and proceeded to dump out the contents of the medium cup to the large cup. Then it look to light of a color for my drink but thought ok. Then I tasted my drink and it was banana based drink which is fine if I ordered banana flavored. The guy said to the so called manager that my drink didn't taste right. There's a difference between blueberries and bananas. My thing is what if I was allergic to bananas. read more

So maybe not the best juice in the world but Thomas's customer service was really good.

Very clean and never a wait this is the best Jamba in town the smoothies are always perfect

If you want an eager, well trained and helpful staff who can get your drink right every time, go to the Jamba Juice on North Main.

This is the worst of all Jamba locations. I love Jamba Juice, but this location never seems to fill the cup, and the employees aren't as friendly as other locations. read more
