I am a huge fan of BKM! I was super excited when I saw them expand not only into the mall, but also…read morehere into our neighborhood creekbridge Safeway plaza. I have always gotten their juices, the super greens is my absolute favorite. They are a bit on the pricier side. But a large juice is literally a meal replacement with how much fruit & veggies are in it and the size. We decided to get lunch here today. I have never tried their salads/wraps. I do have to say the salad was a bit disappointing. For me the purpose of getting a salad is getting fresh ingredients. BKM's salad is the most random mixture of ingredients. Lettuce, jalapeños, banana peppers, sprouts, tomatoes, bell peppers, chicken, mushroom, peas. I feel like adding canned mushrooms, and peas really takes away from the salad. My husband got the spinach wrap, and that was delicious. Anyways just a suggestion, I still love BKM but I'll definitely skip the salad next time!

Extra 99 cents to make it a large. Pros: - very easy parking lot - DELICIOUS acai with excellent fruit to granola to acai ratio - I love that you don't run out of granola or fruit at the end and they put granola at the bottom too - The fruit tasted super fresh - Acai blended really well, no iciness - Pretty fast service, I think our four bowls were ready within 5mins - pretty good quantity even for the small - I was full afterwards and it was the perfect size breakfast. - Has a little sitting area in the back with some tables, and a counter. - cute decor in the back, fast casual setting. - SO refreshing in hot weather 10/10 acai and better than anything I can find in the East Bay

He reassured me that they'd take good care of me while he made my food. Overall, I give this place five stars. It was a really great experience. You don't really get hospitality like this at other businesses anymore. Also, the taste of the coffee was amazing. I really enjoyed it. He did use espresso in my coffee which I enjoyed. The sandwich was absolute 10 out of 10. Really good highly recommend getting the number 4 on their sandwiches.

It was the perfect amount of sweetness, ice, and it was absolutely refreshing, with only 1g of sugar!! Both of us were extremely impressed with the presentation, flavor, density, and nutritional value of our orders. The waffles usually sell out pretty early so we were really excited that we got to finally try them! As a bonus, today was their "Customer Appreciation" day, so they automatically applied a 10% discount to our order. Do not be fooled by the sweetness of the photos! Unfortunately, the customer service has been just as consistently underwhelming. Every visit feels like I've accidentally interrupted an important meeting by...walking in and ordering. The employees (usually younger staff at the counter) rarely greet you, and when they do, it's with the enthusiasm of someone being asked to clean the garage. Today's visit summed it up perfectly. I asked about a couple of the hot tonics, hoping for a recommendation. The response? "I've never had them." Fair enough--but maybe follow it up with, "Let me see if I can find out," or "People seem to like this one." Anything besides leaving the customer hanging. The smoothies are blended with care. The customer experience...not so much. Hopefully one day the service catches up to the quality of the smoothies, because the product deserves it.
