I came on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm. There were two people sitting in the lobby and I went in to get a treat and no employees in sight so I just thought they were in the back doing something. All the machines were working but they weren't as thick as usual and were a bit more on the liquidy side. We finished getting the yogurt and putting our toppings but the cheesecake bites I usually get were super squished making it look super unappealing. We waited for a bit at the register because I didn't was to raise my voice to get their attention since they knew customers were out here and had to come out some time. A lady came in and asked for the restroom code and instead of the employees coming out they just screamed it out and continued their conversation. I was getting a bit annoyed and was about to say excuse me but one employee came and there was no apology for waiting or no acknowledgment about it. She asked if that was it and I said yes and she was super cut and dry even though a few seconds ago she was giggling in the back with her coworker. Yogurtland! Why you no have location closer to me?! *Angry meme* anyhoo.. I love the variety of rotating flavors here and at all yogurtland locations. Having sample cups to try new flavors is an absolute must and this location is always equipped with them ready to go before a customer even needs to ask. It's glorious. My main complaint with this location however, is the smell. While i'm happy to know that the place is squeaky clean, I find it hard to enjoy my froyo when i'm being gagged by the very distinct smell of "Fabuloso"multipurpose cleaner. Additionally, there have been a few times that i've come in and many of the available toppings hadn't been replenished. (And after asking if there was more, I received some unnecessary attitude. ) A true tragedy indeed. But a far worse offense is not having the froyo at the appropriate temperature. For some reason the plain tart and mango flavors always come out super runny. While the cranberry and pistachio flavors are often too frozen to come out in a favorable form. Again, so very sad to have such a tasty treat ruined in this way. While this is not my favorite Yogurtland location, it still satisfies my froyo craving 3 out of 4 times. I went to Yogurtland on Sunday and I was overcharged and I noticed that there was a scanner leaning on the scale I brought it to their attention and they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem as far as my refund goes. A girl by the name of Yacdira helped Me but she didn't have enough experience to figure out the problem. So she called over a supervisor which was a young man and he couldn't figure it out either so they gave me my money back and then they were being very rude to me. So I'm sure they over charged every customer before me because I noticed that when I remove my yogurt from the scale it's still had to weight on it which was that scanner leaning on it. How can I not give it 5 stars with the awesome Yelp check-in deal? Arigato sushi is next door. I caved in on getting myself some fro-yo. I blame the promotional red Kung-Fu Panda cups. They have sample cups up front (so great and convenient). I sample a few flavors. And ultimately buy a few flavors. With a few toppings :) Today I had a caramel chocolate flavor and it was awesome. The other flavors are good. The flavors change, I'm not sure how frequently though. I like their selection of toppings. Their Mochi was a little dry though. In the end your fro-yo is weighed and you can sit inside, outside or take it to your car (then eat it in the parking lot like I do lol). Lots of stores in the same tiny strip. Decided to go get some yogurt after having dinner and saw it was going to be closing in 15 mins so me and my boyfriend rushed there and made it by 8:50. As we were walking up someone was walking out and the worker with red pinkish hair rushed to the door and locked it right in front of us. I said you guys aren't open? Hadn't been here for awhile, so we decided to stop by for a after school treat... We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, tables, floor, handles and machine trays, toppings scoop handles and Carmel bottles all dirty. Stopped by on Saturday night about 30 minutes before closing. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place smelled. I was hesitant that since it was later in the day they may be out of yogurt or topping but everything was filled and working. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and not rushing us. On this visit I had the strawberry yogurt and added some fruity pebbles and it was delicious! The fruity pepples just made it that much better! Myo is way better. Myo has better yogurt flavors and better toppings. They don't have blackberries or crushed Reese's (not the Reese's pieces) here, a staple in my yogurt! Also their gummy worms are hard and taste cheap. They taste like the ones you can get for a $1 at convenience stores. This store is very inviting, clean, and has great customer service however. This location is in the Harden Ranch Plaza next to some other restaurants: BJ's, Red Lobster, Chipotle, and 5 Guys. Great spot to sit at one of the outdoor tables and not worry about getting gunned down - its Salinas, so I had to point that out! Parking can be difficult since there are other popular businesses in the plaza. Customer service - very friendly. When I walk in the staff is fast to greet and offer sample cups. The staff does a great job making sure the toppings & yogurt area is clean. Just like most Froyo places, it is self serve. Get your cup, choose your yogurt(s), add your toppings - SIMPLE! Price is reasonable...I believe its 43cents/oz. I usually get a small cup of taro and add different fruits, granola & white chocolate chips. I normally pay about $6. TIP: get their app or check in on yelp - there's usually a deal to save you some money. read more

Let me start by saying this: I was never big on frozen yogurt, even when the Pinkberry craze was happening. Here's my story: First time trying frozen yogurt: I had Pinkberry for the first time some time last year (Monterey location). I had heard many great things about it and was excited to try it. Well, it was a majoy let down. I didn't understand why people were raving about it so much. So then I thought: maybe I just don't like frozen yogurt. Second time trying frozen yogurt: I decided to give frozen yogurt a second try. I tried a place in Salinas called Myo or something like that. Blah! Did not like! I didn't know which one was worse, Pinkberry or this place. By this time I had decided that frozen yogurt was just not for me. THEN I TRIED YOGURTLAND. And am I so happy I did. Omg, their flavors are DELICIOUS! There are some flavors that I don't care for, but most of the ones I've tried here have been AWESOME SAUCE! They offer so much variety/choice, it is REALLY hard not to love them! They have a flavor(s) for everyone! My all time fave has been MAQUI BERRY from the Flavor Quest limited time flavors. But I have tasted others that have been wonderful as well; even some that are kind of "exotic" that I thought might taste weird like "taro". I love the tart flavors with fresh mixed berries as toppings. It's an added bonus that this type of treat is "healthier" than other sweet treats like ice cream or milkshakes or frappuccinos. In the few months this location has been open, I've been finding reasons to 'stop by'. However, they've really got me with this darn "Flavor Quest" they're running at the moment. The promo officially started yesterday, and I happened to drive by the Lebec location to try the new Bananas Foster - oh-so-good! So, today, I happened to be in the neighborhood - and stopped by to try another Flavor Quest flavor. Alas - the Salinas location didn't have them up and running yet. However, both employees were friendly and answered questions about the new promotion. That reminds me - everyone here is super friendly and customer focused.
