Food was very good, Service good Ambiance bright outside, shaded inside, and near machines it was you see labeling, and it wasn't warm by machines which is good. My sister-in-law said frozen yogurt is healthy for you, but still brain freeze good. My father said it was still cold for him, we shared a big cup. I put selections that normally he can handle. Mango is going to take a while for him to enjoy. My brother normally doesn't like frozen yogurt, I love it, memory reminds of a when I was younger of healthier option back in San Jose, CA when the only yogurt shop existed and it only substance that didn't escape from spoon and gave you brain freeze but felt good going down. Made hot months feel cool. The place is gone... I wonder though does: Yogurt land offer Straws too? I say this because to solve melting issue ppl assuming at-fault product, however your hand is melting yogurt in cup. Ppl are holding the cup, it's causing icy cold product to come out the machine, which in turn is melting rapidly. These are paper cups, other place I recall used Styrofoam cups which were food grade but had zero effect on yogurt, not sure anyone could test that. I am a normal everyday yogurt eater. Milk wins all contests. Edited: some words and grammar read more

Yogurtland - Early Birthday week yogurt:Mango, plain and peach twist, birthday cake, creamy vanilla, and strawberry. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Salinas, California

I honestly love coming here for a late night snack! Froyo always hits the spot no matter what! The flavor options here are always very good. I enjoy coming to this location! The service is always amazing and the employees are always super attentive! The vibe is very chill here. There is inside and outside seating which is nice! I definitely recommend coming here if you are in the area! 10/10! read more

I love froyo. This place was very clean and well staffed. They hide the spoons so people don't eat while waiting to pay. That didn't stop one teen from digging in with his hands while walking through the line. Delicious stuff and fresh ingredients! read more

Yogurtland - Big dish - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Salinas, California

I came on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm. There were two people sitting in the lobby and I went in to get a treat and no employees in sight so I just thought they were in the back doing something. All the machines were working but they weren't as thick as usual and were a bit more on the liquidy side. We finished getting the yogurt and putting our toppings but the cheesecake bites I usually get were super squished making it look super unappealing. We waited for a bit at the register because I didn't was to raise my voice to get their attention since they knew customers were out here and had to come out some time. A lady came in and asked for the restroom code and instead of the employees coming out they just screamed it out and continued their conversation. I was getting a bit annoyed and was about to say excuse me but one employee came and there was no apology for waiting or no acknowledgment about it. She asked if that was it and I said yes and she was super cut and dry even though a few seconds ago she was giggling in the back with her coworker. They get 2 stars because of the lack luster service, partially melted yogurt, and what seemed to be like some old toppings. Hopefully they shape up soon. Very unfortunate read more

The yogurt was amazing the workers could be a little more nice and smiley. The variety of options for toppings and yogurt were way better than surrounding locations over all my experience was very good 4 stars! read more

Had come to their neighbor to pick up some Poke but could not resist making a stop here for some froyo. Yogurtland is one of my favorite chains. They have good flavors and a lot of toppings. My challenge is not going loca with the toppings so I can continue to live with the illusion that froyo is good for me. read more

The hours on the door say 12-8. 4pm on a Wednesday... doors locked and nobody answers the door or the phone. My family was more than disappointed. What a bummer. I used to really love eating treats here until now. read more

Froyo options are always good, toppings constantly checked to make sure they're fresh and clean. Adrian and Mariah are both very helpful and always smiling when greeting us. It's always nice to see new young faces with great attitude and enthusiasm. Definitely my favorite Froyo place in town read more

I want to give out a shout out to Diego for his great customer service! Diego was friendly, helpful, and delightful! He displayed great professionalism while helping customers! The yogurt speaks for itself, it's creamy and delicious! My favorite it the pistachio! Yummy! read more

This store is clean and has a lot of selections. To my surprise, none of the machine was broken. You need to ask the cashier for a code to use the bathroom. The bathroom is also clean. The cashier and the lady cleaning the machine are really nice. read more

I have never been to yogurtland but after seeing these latest reviews I no longer plan on going. if this is how the cleanliness of their bathrooms are maintained based on these numerous reviews, just imagine the rest of the store! How disgusting!!!!!! The health department should be contacted immediately. read more

It was my first time coming here, stopped by after work :) I was excited to try all flavors they were all very great! Service was okay I mean it is self served however as someone who works in customer service, I feel like the employees should be a little more courteous with their customers, simply a nice "hi welcome" will brighten up the customers day! But all in all it was a very nice experience. Will definitely go again! :) read more

Yogurtland! Why you no have location closer to me?! *Angry meme* anyhoo.. I love the variety of rotating flavors here and at all yogurtland locations. Having sample cups to try new flavors is an absolute must and this location is always equipped with them ready to go before a customer even needs to ask. It's glorious. My main complaint with this location however, is the smell. While i'm happy to know that the place is squeaky clean, I find it hard to enjoy my froyo when i'm being gagged by the very distinct smell of "Fabuloso"multipurpose cleaner. Additionally, there have been a few times that i've come in and many of the available toppings hadn't been replenished. (And after asking if there was more, I received some unnecessary attitude. ) A true tragedy indeed. But a far worse offense is not having the froyo at the appropriate temperature. For some reason the plain tart and mango flavors always come out super runny. While the cranberry and pistachio flavors are often too frozen to come out in a favorable form. Again, so very sad to have such a tasty treat ruined in this way. While this is not my favorite Yogurtland location, it still satisfies my froyo craving 3 out of 4 times. Try it for yourself to make the best judgement. Cheers! read more

Their bathroom is horrible as you walk in you get this smell of human feces , completely disgusting.

I went to Yogurtland on Sunday and I was overcharged and I noticed that there was a scanner leaning on the scale I brought it to their attention and they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem as far as my refund goes. A girl by the name of Yacdira helped Me but she didn't have enough experience to figure out the problem. So she called over a supervisor which was a young man and he couldn't figure it out either so they gave me my money back and then they were being very rude to me. So I'm sure they over charged every customer before me because I noticed that when I remove my yogurt from the scale it's still had to weight on it which was that scanner leaning on it. I think I'll stick to going to MYO There's no problem with Their scales read more

How can I not give it 5 stars with the awesome Yelp check-in deal? Arigato sushi is next door. I caved in on getting myself some fro-yo. I blame the promotional red Kung-Fu Panda cups. They have sample cups up front (so great and convenient). I sample a few flavors. And ultimately buy a few flavors. With a few toppings :) Today I had a caramel chocolate flavor and it was awesome. The other flavors are good. The flavors change, I'm not sure how frequently though. I like their selection of toppings. Their Mochi was a little dry though. In the end your fro-yo is weighed and you can sit inside, outside or take it to your car (then eat it in the parking lot like I do lol). Lots of stores in the same tiny strip. Food & Fro-yo, why not? read more

There was a specific worker that was always super sweet and friendly with us and as far I've seen, any customer. She was not there when I came in so it was a bummer because she usually makes my kids smile a bit if they talk but the yogurt itself does taste good and hopefully we see more great customer service, should improve on the cleaning in the bathroom though.. read more

Love their yogurt and frequent other locations but this one drives me crazy, they often lock doors and clean up before closing time. They will have their sign open sign up, and a paper notice with their hours, yet not let you in when it's 15 minutes before closing. read more

Went in today to get my favorite local ice cream. But when having to use the restroom, there were human feces all around the toilet. So disgusting!!! I nearly threw up and completely lost my appetite. Left immediately, never coming here again. read more

Decided to go get some yogurt after having dinner and saw it was going to be closing in 15 mins so me and my boyfriend rushed there and made it by 8:50. As we were walking up someone was walking out and the worker with red pinkish hair rushed to the door and locked it right in front of us. I said you guys aren't open? And she shook her head no even though the sign on the door said 9pm. This is pretty unprofessional and rude. I get people want to go home after a long day but that's your job and your work schedule. Will just go to Myo next time. read more

I went today to Yogurtland, I noticed that the tray where the yogurt falls had ANTS!! I told the worker that I didn't want the yogurt anymore because it the surroundings had ants she responded with attitude and said "just throw it away" horrible customer service don't recommend going here! read more

Bad service. If you close at 9:00 no need to be denying service by 8:40. Should lock doors and begin to clean at closing time not half an hour earlier read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. If you close at 9 p.m., then at 8:50 p.m. you should still allow customers in. And by the looks of these reviews, doesn't look like the owner cares because this isn't the first time. I'll be going again at 8:50 p.m. I will take it to tik tok where I get thousands of views if I don't get the service I'm going for. Have a blessed day. read more

Hadn't been here for awhile, so we decided to stop by for a after school treat... We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, tables, floor, handles and machine trays, toppings scoop handles and Carmel bottles all dirty. Yogurt was a little too soft coming out of the machine and slightly liquify, not sure if that was the case for all of the flavors, very disappointing today...The young lady working was nice, so thus the 2 stars. read more

I love this place. Awesome trivia questions, free waffle bowls, they have the dole pineapple flavor from Disneyland and so many amazing toppers the owner is also super friendly and nice read more

Stopped by on Saturday night about 30 minutes before closing. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place smelled. I was hesitant that since it was later in the day they may be out of yogurt or topping but everything was filled and working. The young lady at the cash register was very nice and not rushing us. On this visit I had the strawberry yogurt and added some fruity pebbles and it was delicious! The fruity pepples just made it that much better! Will definitely be back the next time I am in town! read more

Myo is way better. Myo has better yogurt flavors and better toppings. They don't have blackberries or crushed Reese's (not the Reese's pieces) here, a staple in my yogurt! Also their gummy worms are hard and taste cheap. They taste like the ones you can get for a $1 at convenience stores. This store is very inviting, clean, and has great customer service however. I just personally prefer myo. read more

Disappointed. Please change your store hours to 9:30pm because I always try to go here 9:20pm-9:30pm expecting the store will close at 10pm but the lady closes and cleans the store so early. I hope you can just put 9:30pm closing time! read more

"GET REAL" - this saying is on their cups to remind you everything is made with real ingredients & real flavors. This is what sets Yogurtland apart from the rest of the Froyo businesses and you can definitely taste the difference! This location is in the Harden Ranch Plaza next to some other restaurants: BJ's, Red Lobster, Chipotle, and 5 Guys. Great spot to sit at one of the outdoor tables and not worry about getting gunned down - its Salinas, so I had to point that out! Parking can be difficult since there are other popular businesses in the plaza. Customer service - very friendly. When I walk in the staff is fast to greet and offer sample cups. The staff does a great job making sure the toppings & yogurt area is clean. Just like most Froyo places, it is self serve. Get your cup, choose your yogurt(s), add your toppings - SIMPLE! Price is reasonable...I believe its 43cents/oz. I usually get a small cup of taro and add different fruits, granola & white chocolate chips. I normally pay about $6. TIP: get their app or check in on yelp - there's usually a deal to save you some money. read more

LOVE that they keep adding/changing up new froyo flavors along with their staples. The toppings are GREAT! I love the fresh (was frozen) berries, mochi, and sliced roasted almonds! Taro is my favorite flavor. The kiddos love coming here, and so do I. When we need a nice sweet treat, we come here first! The staff are very friendly. They let you try out as many flavors as you want! IMO, Yogurtland is WAY SUPERIOR than Mayo in S. Main. read more

its consistently cheap in price but not consistently good in the texture and flavor...maybe thats why they have those sample cups readily available. So taste before you purchase read more

Yogurtland - Taro, milk chocolate hazelnut and toasted coconut :) - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Salinas, California

Very clean facility, tables and chairs werent all over the place, the toppings were all topped off and was greeted upon entering! Yay! Finally! The best part, other then having TARO frozen yogurt, the employees were very cheerful and seemed happy to be working, unlike most froyo places that employ kids that just talk amongst themselves. Will be back! read more

Had to leave without buying anything because the people in front (3 adults with 2 children) put their fingers in the machine, tasted the yogurt with their fingers, and then touched the handles as they continued to taste more flavors. Then they touched the spoons for toppings. Girl at counter saw this and said nothing. Very gross, I wouldn't even want to touch those machines with gloves. read more

Let me start by saying this: I was never big on frozen yogurt, even when the Pinkberry craze was happening. Here's my story: First time trying frozen yogurt: I had Pinkberry for the first time some time last year (Monterey location). I had heard many great things about it and was excited to try it. Well, it was a majoy let down. I didn't understand why people were raving about it so much. So then I thought: maybe I just don't like frozen yogurt. Second time trying frozen yogurt: I decided to give frozen yogurt a second try. I tried a place in Salinas called Myo or something like that. Blah! Did not like! I didn't know which one was worse, Pinkberry or this place. By this time I had decided that frozen yogurt was just not for me. THEN I TRIED YOGURTLAND. And am I so happy I did. Omg, their flavors are DELICIOUS! There are some flavors that I don't care for, but most of the ones I've tried here have been AWESOME SAUCE! They offer so much variety/choice, it is REALLY hard not to love them! They have a flavor(s) for everyone! My all time fave has been MAQUI BERRY from the Flavor Quest limited time flavors. But I have tasted others that have been wonderful as well; even some that are kind of "exotic" that I thought might taste weird like "taro". I love the tart flavors with fresh mixed berries as toppings. It's an added bonus that this type of treat is "healthier" than other sweet treats like ice cream or milkshakes or frappuccinos. Holy yum! The only problem now is that I am becoming obsessed with this place LOL! read more

Came here for the kids and they LOVED IT!!! They always want to give this place 5 stars!!

This place needs a remodel. Sooooo crammed, not user friendly. The sauce toppings are at the register instead of in the line of toppings. I wasn't able to make my cup the way I wanted because of the tiny space and 15 people in line. Will go to Myo from here on out. read more

In the few months this location has been open, I've been finding reasons to 'stop by'. However, they've really got me with this darn "Flavor Quest" they're running at the moment. The promo officially started yesterday, and I happened to drive by the Lebec location to try the new Bananas Foster - oh-so-good! So, today, I happened to be in the neighborhood - and stopped by to try another Flavor Quest flavor. Alas - the Salinas location didn't have them up and running yet. However, both employees were friendly and answered questions about the new promotion. That reminds me - everyone here is super friendly and customer focused. No indifferent gum chewers here - they're always sweeping, cleaning, restocking, etc... Out of the 10 - 15 times I've been here - I haven't been disappointed once. I think that says it all. read more

I've been here too many times to count. I go back for a reason. They have good flavors and quality ingredients.
