This location doesn't disappoint and it saves me the hour+ trip to the Bay Area for some taro goodness. Abby, one of the employees, scolded another customer because they stepped on a side that she had supposedly mopped already... there was no sign or warning regarding wet floor, or anything for that matter. When we were paying she said " you guys are taking it to go right?!" In a very condescending tone. As if saying get out! She should be fired. Very unwelcoming and rude, having her arms crossed as if our presence bothered her. Don't think we will be coming back and those of you who do decide to come, goodluck because customer service is BAD. Yogurt is good tho! read more

Delicious? Yes! Absolutely delicious. Self serve frozen yogurt with so many flavors. Coconut, Taro (sounds weird, but sample it and you will be putting some in your cup), and Pistachio are some that I had. Then the toppings are quite abundant. Fresh fruit, candies, nuts, and my personal favorite is the soft mochi, which are the little sweet rice squares. I loved it and it is a great place to stop for an afternoon snack! read more

We have stopped here numerous times and every time something is off. The yogurt is very thick and dense and takes forever to serve and come out of machine. Almost icy and definitely not the creamy consistency we have come to expect at the numerous other yogurt lands we have been too. I am sure this is fixable but why has it not been looked at? The concept is great -- pick your yogurt and add your own toppings. But this place is a MESS! It appears that the staff has NO PRIDE in the store or themselves! It is always dirty. The tables and floors are not kept clean. The topping area always has uncleaned spills. I often see several workers just standing around! I have given them a few chances, but I will not be going back to Yogurtland. MYO in South Salinas is much less convenient for me and a little more expensive, but I will spend my yogurt money there! Need better customer service. We walked in and the girl just stared at us with a straight face. I've been here many times and every time I walk in a worker will say "hi welcome to Yogurtland" I understand if they were busy and couldn't greet us but there was no one in there at the time. So im super bummed. Its a warm night and yogurt sounded perfect. I got my yogurt then i get to toppings pretty scarce, no mochi no berries except marschino cherries which are hardly a real fruit. When i asked the girl at the front for mochi the response was we don't have any same goes for the strawberries. So i came home with yogurt. I'm traveling from Connecticut to California. My boyfriend took me out for froyo, and Yogurtland didn't disappoint. Between the two of us, we sampled everything that there was to offer. Right now they have a few seasonal flavors like green apple, and apple pie. Another flavor I tried, that i hadn't seen in other frozen yogurt establishments was, Root Beer Float. I don't like root beer, so I didn't care for this flavor (I didn't expect to, but I was curious). It tasted just like a root beer float! After taste testing about 15 or so flavors, I narrowed my choice down to the Caramel Pecan - it was delicious! Sweet and savory. I then made my way to the toppings bar. It was being carefully cleaned by the girl working. She used different brushes to clean around the topping trays, I was ver surprised to see the worker take such careful attention to each item, being careful to not cross contaminate. (For allergy purposes). My boyfriend and I both got the medium sized cup, filled close to the top with a good amount of toppings, our total was 9.43. Not bad! I also visited Myo last night, also in Salinas. Prices are very relatable, I prefer Yogurtland of the two bc of cleanliness, flavor choices and atmosphere. read more

I've never had any issues with ANY Yogurtland! I actually only with they had more non-dairy sorbet options but other than that.... Everything is delicious! Fruit is always crisp and fresh, there's always plenty of topping options and they clean throughout the day so everything is nice and well, clean! read more

Went there Sunday night and Monday afternoon both times excellent service the workers are kind and welcoming! I loved their flavors they have a tons of varieties, On Sunday though the floor was sticky I complained to the workers, sure enough they demonstrated work ethic and said they were sorry about it! Could understand though since I had gone earlier and realized it was too packed to even go in! However I appreciated how the staff still managed to have it cleaned and under control! I have visited Yogurtland a few times already since they opened. The shop is done up very nicely, and the place is kept really clean. They have really different flavors from other yogurt places I have visited, and really different toppings as well. I use to like going here but after today, I will rather drive across town to MYO for their clean environment. This place was so dirty today. I would understand if the location was busy and understaffed but there were four employees standing around. One of the employees would point out the mess but not attempt to clean it. Another would slightly sweep the corners but avoiding the large areas. One was at the cashier not listening to what I was saying. The last was standing around not doing anything. The yogurt ports were dirty. The employees would walk by on their way to the back and push the handles up but would not wipe the counters. I don't know if the machine was broken or a child was playing with it but there was an abundant amount of yogurt on the counter. I know the girl saw the spill and it still took her 15-20mins to finally go try and clean it up (mediocre and unsuccessful attempt). My big complaint is that they don't have baby changing stations in their restrooms and when asked if the other restroom was equipped with them the employee said I don't know and walked away. I opened the other restroom and it was NOT equipped either. Are you guys an anti-baby location?!?!?! read more
