Girl was rude at the speaker. She said she couldn't hear us. I understand sometimes it's hard to hear so we spoke louder and at the end I said that's it, and got no response thinking she possibly didn't hear me, I repeated that's it and she says "I know!". I walked in to place an order. There was nobody else in the store and I could tell they were busy with drive-through orders. Nobody looked at, acknowledged or welcomed me. About 3 to 4 minutes later someone came to take my order. I made sure to specify it was a cream Frappuccino without coffee. I then waited for my order and when it was ready, I confirmed with the barista that this was cream based and not coffee. They confirmed that it was. I always confirm because of the few times I have been to that Starbucks, they will give a coffee Frappuccino instead of cream based. My child took a sip and said it had a funny taste. I took a sip and realized it was definitely coffee. I ended up throwing it away instead of going back in. It wasn't wait again to have them make the correct one. read more

Holy Cannoli Batman. If I could give negative stars, I would. -5 stars, In fact. Today was the icing on the proverbial cake for me. My order was simple-- Two sugar plum cheese danishes and two decaf, non-fat, white mochas. I was asked to repeat / clarify my order NO LESS than 3 times at the drive-through window. However unsurprisingly... I made it to the pick up window and somehow ended up with only 25% of my order when I arrived. I had to correct the young lady at the window TWICE in order to get the missing items or correct what was given. I'm so tired of leaving this location disappointed. I'm sick of getting things I don't want as a substitute for what I do. I'm not going to waste any more of my time or money at this location. I drove from Newman ca. to this Starbucks. Upon entering I asked for the code to the bathroom. I was told that Starbucks policy was that I had to pay for coffee before they would give me the code. I very politely told them that I had to use the bathroom first. I was denied the second request. I raised my voice and told them that I was going to pee my pants.. this supervisor needs to be fired. This Starbucks has added water to my coffee which I saw them do, I've been told from this Starbucks to come back next time and be nice. Today I was denied the bathroom until I pay for coffee. Drive through takes forever! What are the baristas doing on there?!?!? Been coming here for a year and every time it takes forever!

I've ordered from here a lot and it's pretty bad. Most of the time my drinks are not made correctly. I really like the iced almond chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso, but can't order it here because they don't make it the same way any other Starbucks I've been to has. I've been ordering their pumpkin cream cold brew and even that they messed that up today. The drink just tasted like bitter coffee. Just is very frustrating when I am already paying for a over priced drink. I would also like to add that not all my drinks have been bad here, but enough times I am not surprised anymore. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this Starbucks is consistently bad. Daily basis bad. Every morning the team is running around busily working, yet mobile orders take upwards of 20 minutes to be filled. I have waited as long as 25 minutes past my order time, often having to ask over and over if my drink is coming up. The time the order comes in doesn't matter, as new orders will often be filled before the oldest. It's become a thing where you approach the counter, and fellow patrons will give you a forlorn and knowing look as you join the queue. At the time of writing this, it was a 20 minute wait to get my coffee. Regardless of the many negative responses here, no effort appears to be made to improve. I have no beef with the staff, who on the whole are friendly and helpful when spoken to directly. Whether it's a lack of training, a problem with procedure and prioritization, or a simple lack of higher level oversight of metrics, I cannot tell. Thank you to the baristas for their kindness and effort, and shame on corporate for ignoring their customers. I know this - as the town grows another store will be opened. The moment it does, I'll never be back. TL;DR - Order your coffee 20 minutes in advance. Check your cups for leaks. read more

I have been in the line for 45 minutes now and I don't even want coffee anymore. The lady in the weird box with a camera kept telling me it's ok to yelI at here because she can't hear me, and never apologized or even acknowledged the ridiculously long wait time. I was in a drive through line for about it 30 min before I could place my order. Then I finally made it to the window and they took another 10 min to even acknowledge me. After 10, they gave me my total and I handed over my card. The girl made a comment about the fact I handed my card over instead of swiping it myself, Totally threw me off guard. Finally my drink is handed over... get this, it was the wrong one! They had to remake it and didn't even add the pumpkin cold foam I had asked for. After 40 min and they get it all wrong. I usually do not stop in at this Starbucks due to the fact that they are slow. This location has a drive thru and since I was not dressed to get off the car I decided to roll thru. Shocked by my experience, no. Slow once again. They were out of items..again. Last time I waiting in the drive thru line 15+ minutes to be told they were out of main ingredients for 2 drink orders. This location is incredibly busy no matter what time I go in. I always give myself ample time to get my coffee because yes, there can sometimes be a long wait no matter if I order via app or drive through. The staff seems very hardworking and they have a lot of customers to deal with on a daily basis coming from drive through, mobile orders, and in-store orders. During one occasion, one of my drinks was made iced instead of hot but the barista apologized and fixed it right away - no issues. Besides that, my orders are usually properly made. I have studied here a couple times and the tables were clean with many outlets to use to plug in my phone and computer.
