Not only does Starbucks serve consistently good beverages, this particular location has a great staff with efficient serving.

The employees here are very kind and always do a great job. Even with how busy this store gets, they never mess up an order. Location is a bit small on the inside so the pick up counter can get a bit crowded, but they drinks come out fast. They do have a nice patio outside, which is great for people watching lol read more

At first, I thought they were closed. It was 5:59 pm and there were no customers inside. To my pleasant surprise, I opened the door to find that they were still open. I went to another location yesterday, and they were closed. It was early, too, so I assumed they were still running on holiday hours. I have been going to Starbucks every day for the last couple of weeks to get a Grande Iced Decaf Americano with vanilla and half & half. I'm pregnant and like the taste of coffee without the caffeine. I'm also a collector of their gift cards. I had my eye on the 2021 gift card, but I haven't been able to find it. Every store I visited (in the past week) didn't have them in yet, which was disappointing. I asked the girl name Jessica, she looked at my order on my phone and told me they did not receive my order. I carefully showed the address of the store and let her check if I came to the right store. She looked and said it was not this store. She told me that that store is in the mall. I left and checked and drove around to look for the store. I called the store number the app and they confirm it was the right store that I came. I came back and the Manager Lindsay said I need to get in line to order again, WTH??? Also, no one said sorry or apologized for their mistake. The girls there acted very rude! Then she said no charge for my drink, but she did not refund back the one I paid on the app. So it's not free. read more

Bad service and argumentive employees. Ordered a coffee cake and had it warmed up. Opened the bag and it had NO topping. It was completely flat on both sides. No crumble. I took it back inside and said there's no topping and demanded a refund. The employee told me it's baked on. I said no. There's no topping. So he refunded me and I said you shouldn't try to pull a fast one on your customers. He insisted that he wasn't pulling a fast one and someone else in the back said it was baked on too. This place is located in the Metro Pointe mall. It is on the side with the Marshalls. It was a little narrow and maskless customers stood around the pickup area waiting for their orders. I think greater than 50% of the customers went without face coverings. The drink I ordered tasted fine as far as I could tell. Kind of sweet though. Small but very efficient store for serving drinks in a shopping complex. People always thirsty when shopping, I see the store always get busy. Good thing is staffs making drinks pretty fast. Delicious chocolate croissant, relaxing calm chamomile tea, and friendly baristas at this location with their amusing banter make this Starbucks a good location. Despite being small, this location still does a good business, and the bar stool seating by the window makes for excellent people watching as you stop to relax and enjoy a drink while running errands. Would love to give more stars, but can't. First approach, this place is gorgeous. A comfortable outdoor area where you can sit and relax and enjoy a beautiful day. Then you get closer. The chairs aren't comfortable, there is food and stains all over them and the tables. Would be easier to chill if sitting was as comfortable the spot. Then you head inside. It's no better. I don't care about the size. I go for atmosphere. And that entrance was short of GET OUT being screamed at me. It's 11am right now. I don't know who the people are that are working, but their tudes suck! My drink came as nonfat so it doesn't get filled to the top. It's typical and the customer can request full or keep it as is. I asked for mine to be full and I got a fuckin eye roll from the dude. The other employee came over, I said thank you and she blew me off. On top of that, the coffee doesn't even taste good. I don't even want to walk back in and ask for a redo because if they throw me shade one more time I'm going to flip my shit on them. You don't like your job, leave! Can't find a new one, tough shit! OH, I'm not close to done. As I'm in there, it isn't filthy but they definitely don't like to clean. And the bathroom was disgusting. Came here because my partner had a craving of an Americano with a shot of espresso and once we walked past this Starbucks he was enchanted by the smell and we had to go in. It is definitely a spacious Starbucks with fast service and heavy traffic. We sat here for a few hours and never felt overwhelmed or crowded. Interestingly enough, my partner ordered a small cup but he got a larger size without having to pay more so that is always a nice bonus haha. I've had better and worse experiences at Starbucks before. My order was very simple, tall (small) iced coffee, no ice, no room, black. So basically I want the coffee concentrate filled to the top of the glass. Pretty simple correct? eh... depends on who you ask. I also asked if they'd fill up my water bottle with water (a refillable stainless type). Ordering was no big deal, the employee was very nice but decided not to write any directions on the glass or print out the little sticker. He told someone to fill it up with no ice. The lady making the drink put ice in it (about 3/4th of it was ice) and my husband, very politely I might add, informed her he wanted it without ice.The lady gave him a dirty look (according to my husband), dumped the drink out and refilled it without the ice. Then she gave me hot water in my water bottle I assume out of spite. My husband drank his coffee and we got a refill ( gotta love free refills on your gold card) and again, he just mentions it to another guy. This guy takes a CRAZY long time to refill this drink, we had 5 people at least "skip" ahead of us. I'm patient and trying to be understanding. Then he hands it to me with ice and I told him it was supposed to be no ice. He said "this is what you ordered??" and gives me a look like I'm confused. The cashier corrects him and says no she wanted no ice and I told you that. The guys response (under his breath) was "you could write it down next time" LOL!! Yes I agree he should. I also wanted a large cup of ice in an attempt to drink my hot water. After waiting 4 minutes for this dude to add ice to a cup and hand it to me I discovered their water is so horrid I couldn't even drink it. (smelled like dead fish). I walked in and was impressed with cleanliness and friendly customer service but that's about it. It's September and that's the start of my favorite time at Starbucks. It's the start of their holiday drinks and at this time, they're only serving up the pumpkin spice latte and that's also ok because it's what I want. I asked my barista if they had red cups. All Fall drinks come in red cups. It's just how it's done. Imagine my surprise when he said he didn't know what red cups were, didn't like the coffee, and was only working there until school started. As your customer, I don't need to know all that. I just want my question answered. Are there red cups? Yes or no. Obviously no. Why not? A pumpkin spice latte in a white cup just doesn't make sense. It doesn't feel like a holiday drink to me. And then he made my drink wrong. It was just way too overwhelming. Like he didn't care at all. Just shrugged, called my name, and that was all. I still like the holiday drinks but first I'll have to ask how much experience they have before I order because I don't want another ruined moment. read more
