1. The drink tasted just as delicious as the ones made at other Starbucks! 2. The spot has fun productive vibes with a significant amount of seatings (inside and outside)! 3. The staff were friendly and quick with my order! Note: There is a small parking lot with a time limit of 1 hr! Photo: Green Tea Crme Frappuccino Blended Crme read more

I've been a regular at this Starbucks for months because it's conveniently located near my job, but repeated negative interactions with one employee have finally pushed me to leave this review. Every time I've interacted with Jasmine, she has been consistently rude and dismissive toward me. When I politely ask for anything, always saying "please" or "may I" she does not acknowledge me verbally, avoids eye contact, and simply grabs the item without any basic courtesy. On multiple occasions, when we do make eye contact, she has visibly sighed and rolled her eyes, which is incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I've seen her display similar behavior toward other customers, after months of coming here it genuinely feels like this treatment is consistently directed at me. I'm not sure why, but it has made each visit feel awkward and unpleasant. This is not a one-time issue or a bad day. It's been an ongoing pattern. Customer service should include at least basic respect, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here due to her demeanor. I continue to visit this location because I like the store itself and most of the staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. read more

A hidden away Starbucks off of Anton Blvd. only one entrance from Anton Blvd. it's a right turn right off the boulevard and then you come around to the shop. There's a good friendly staff. It's not a big store but it's got a couple of tables you can work at and some comfortable chairs. I got a chai latte with 2 add shots. Very well made. read more

Great service even on a busy morning they had a local MS event that was next door to them. All the local PD was there and more customers so I was super happy that my London fog came out with great flavor and not watered down! They had the mobile order ready pretty soon there after arriving but it usually does take a little longer for steeping for the tea and the lavender cold foam. When they make it right though I must admit it sets me up for the perfect day!!! Overall this store is great and pretty spacious I would totally recommend this location. read more

order in person so you can tell if it's made right or not. they were all just in a corner chatting it up. for how slow it always is at this location, my drink/food shouldn't be messed up every time i go. i choose this location because it's closest to me. but, if it means i get items worth what I'm paying, i'd go elsewhere if i were you. apparently this is the training ground for baristas who didn't quite make the cut at the bristol st location. the long line at that location makes sense. read more

I've been at this Starbucks location handful of times. I got some early mornings here in Costa Mesa and this is where I've gone to get my Starbucks. The parking lot situation can be a little bit confusing because there's different driveways. The plaza has a separate parking entrance than the big corporate office parking. So it can be a little confusing. Overall, with all the hotels and different office buildings in the area, it does get fairly busy. I was able to place a mobile order to be able to not necessarily have to wait in line. It seems like a lot of people own weren't using the mobile ordering and opting to wait in line. Everything was what I expected it to be here at this store. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. The staff was very friendly and the drinks were great. Be sure to download the Starbucks app to accumulate Stars and to be able to place mobile orders. read more

We stopped by this Starbucks on the way out of town & I have to say they are very organized. Their mobile station is right at the front when you walk in which is nice, because you can just come by and pick up your stuff and go. Everything was clean and stocked. People were friendly. They worked through the line pretty quickly. I would be pretty happy if this we my local Starbucks! read more

Out of the others I've tried in the area, this location is the best, always makes my drinks perfect and fast.

Nice Starbucks with good interior space. Drinks were made perfectly as ordered. The only reason for the 3 stars is they note having a drive-thru. There is no drive-thru here. Hope it can be remedied in Yelp. We chose this site specifically for a drive-thru since we were in the area. read more

The store is solid on customer service and it looks absolutely darling with ALL the Christmas stuff!

This is my Starbucks, everyone is very friendly and, might I add that my drink I order comes out the same every single time, just the way I love it! I do frequent other Starbucks in the area, and I like to say thank you very much, thank you for everything you do because my coffee at Starbucks is truly a special part of my day. Happy to have a Starbucks walking distance from home. The staff is just as friendly, if not friendlier than other locations. The batista even remembered my name and my order after only a few visits! There is a nice patio that we usually use since it can get stuffy inside. The patio is supposed to be smoke free but sometimes there is a smoker. Note to them: please stop, the smoke spreads, sitting one table away from someone doesn't make you in the clear. For a small Starbucks, it is very crowded due to all the hotels which are also in walking distance, so expect a line, especially during peak morning hours, both on weekends and weekdays. It's in a nice plaza as well so if you like to enjoy a coffee right after lunch you are in luck! read more

I am not one to complain. I LOVE Starbucks and have for years. Past few times I go my drink is halfway filled and when I ask to have it filled they say the coffee I get is supposed to be like that???? I pay $6 for 2 sips. I won't be back. Choose another Starbucks in the area! :) read more

Use to be a daily drinker & lover of Starbies but now working from home I get it once in awhile. I get my usual White Mocha Frapp but I think I need to find a new drink lol Been drinking it for like 5years or longer. My food is either banana nut bread or sausage egg. Always a good place to just sit chill & enjoy ur drink. I have only had 1 bad experience which they did refund my money back & that's why I continue to go back because every Barista making ur drink makes them good & bad but I love Starbies. read more

I literally just went here right now to buy my coffee and tell me why the lid and cup smells like someone was scratching their ass before they handed me this drink? And no it wasn't me I sell Chanel perfume for a living and had gotten off work and wanted my usual. They have really bad hygiene here. It wasn't my usual spot but it didn't have a long line so I decided to go to this one. Yeah never again! read more

This location is closed for an unknown reason since 1/8/22. My guess is Covid. Maybe everyone is out sick. Will update once reopened.

My friend and I stopped in here for a drink after work before we headed over to the nearby Mastro's Steakhouse for dinner. It's just your usual Starbucks. These days I almost always order an iced tea with light ice and no sweetener added. Per the usual, they'll call your name and drink when it's ready. Parking was a bit confusing with the parking gates and some of the construction. However if you're in and out of there within 15 minutes, the parking should be free. read more

Part of what makes the Starbucks experience what it is, is the idea that you can go to any Starbucks in the world and expect their product and their service to come in a standard that we would come to expect from being a customer. As is the case with any large chain, sometimes it will work in their favor or against. In the case for this Starbucks, this place definitely made a great case as a Starbucks that gives an awesome experience with their service! I was served by Katie who was so helpful and made me feel right at home. This specific Starbucks has spacious patio seating which is great on those great Southern California days! The seating inside was very nice as well. FYI: This Starbucks is located in a corporate office area and the parking lot requires going through a ticketing gate. It is free for up to 30 min. read more

All the small touches that go into making a quick, simple order were definitely in place this morning. I am an amateur coffee aficionado. I use a burr grinder, buy artisan roasted beans, and will break your fingers with my back teeth if you serve me one of those dreadful Keurig k-cup coffee. With this predilection in mind, I visited Starbucks to give their new blonde roast a chance. It is quite ordinary if not timid. Do not confuse artisan light roast with weak or diluted flavor. Coffee beans all start out green. At just the right moment, a master roaster will recognize the right hue of burnished brown, hallucinogenic aroma, and complexity of taste. The less a bean is roasted, the more it retains the primordial characteristics of its origin. Hence, Peruvian peaberry tastes like Peruvian peaberry. Fresh whole beans still retain all the essential oils of the coffee, the ones triggered into taste signatures by roasting. Old beans will have a wet surface, as these oils have had sufficient time to migrate out of the bean. Flavor from those oils will end up in your grinder, filter, or on your hands instead of the coffee. Oh the humanity. The only good thing I can say about Starbuck's blonde roast is that it doesn't paralyze the back of my throat like their regular brew. Bland, with no hint of character. read more

I work nearby so this Starbucks is convenient for a quick caffeine fix and wifi. They have a small patio overlooking the street and friendly staff who unfortunately don't know the secret menu too well but whatever. The drinks are consistent. I haven't been disappointed yet. I go to this Starbucks about twice a week - not much choice since I work in the buildings right across from it. It is always a hit or miss with them. Sometimes the drinks are good, sometimes the drink tastes like hot milk. Today was horrible. I ordered a tall holiday flat white The cup seemed a little light when I picked it up so I opened it. Almost 1/3 of the cup was all foam! I pay so much for Starbucks only to be dissatisfied half the time. With their ridiculous prices it's not worth it anymore. read more

Such good service at this Starbucks that i became a regular! The youngster Erick already knows my order by memory . Great location

I recently started working in a company in the same complex and when i got to know starbucks is testing out its new drinks at this location i was giddy with joy. So these are three new drinks and they are all ice cream based. How Faaaantastic!! Cold brew malt: cold brew with 2 scoops of vanilla icecream and malt powder. Cold brew floats: cold brew with a scoop of gelato grade vanilla ice cream Nitro cold brew float: more concentrated than the malt My barista was Michael who had a broad smile on his face and happily explained all 3 drinks and he was so happy when i got the Cold brew malt because that was his favorite drink too :). Icecream and malt combination gives the drink this nice creamy smoothness, while cold brew coffee gives it a kick without being too overpowering. Love in a cup! Hands down the best drink at starbucks to date. I cant wait to try out the other 2 drinks and i'm already in love with the Cold Brew Malt. read more

I love Starbucks, I really do. But this location has disappointed me more times than I can count. Bogo brekki sandwich special and they ran out!!! Only croissants or ham?!?!? Disappointed! I use to come here often!! My work is near by... And my Americano is a disappointment (water tastes terrible making the espresso nasty), never that friendly here, rushed, and no stoppers for my coffee to-go?!?
