Very convenient Starbucks off the 73 and close to the 55. Drive-thru lines can get long at times, but it moves relatively fast. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating with a cozy feel. Plenty of parking spaces in the plaza. Food and drinks are consistently good. Orders come out within minutes. read more

Challenge accepted when visiting my local Starbucks, when I remember (of course), I love that Starbucks has made it so easy to bring my own cup. :) This Starbucks located corner entrance of plaza shared with other businesses so traffic off Bristol can be congested (particularly when exiting from the drive-thru route). The interior is a standard layout with 8+ small two-seater tables. But what really makes my recent visits stand out is the friendly service from the staff. I've got to give a special shout-out to the lead male barista, who works Friday mornings, forgot to catch his name, who's when not too busy always offer suggestions on drinks. Not only is he super friendly and efficient, but he's always happy to go the extra mile to make my "standard" iced shaken espresso a little more special. One day, he suggested adding a packet of sea salt and a drizzle of caramel -- and it was perfect. I am now a proud owner of a customized drink!! Yippee ;) I really enjoyed the slight customization so had it twice this week! read more

Made a pit stop here before heading to the beach, line moved fairly quickly. The barista who took my order spoke very fast, it was a little hard to understand if she'd gotten everything right when repeating the order back to me. However when I pulled up to the pick up window everything was correct. Just wish she'd slow down a little more. I ordered my go to Starbucks drink, along with a cake pop for the kid. They have Drive TrU so this is how i always describe acceptable Starbucks. JK! Its also close by freeway and it could get busy. The employees are so sweet...I think who works in this type if places are very smiley...Just imagine being there and smell delicious coffee smell all the time...This is my opinion cuz I adore coffee smell. The ambiance is chill but not modern one. It seems they didn't remodel it for decade but store itself was pretty clean. Also, there is parking outside plenty of spots.i order lavender matcha and it was so delicious... I also tried my friend frape and it was good...We ended up paying $15+tax for the largest size i think its trente if im not wrong. Anyway as usual i got the largest size they had....it was a pleasant stop because i needed 40 min to charge my tesla and i enjoyed every minute of jt! read more

Starbucks' coffee can only be so good; that said, this is one of my favorite locations. There's lots of seating, it's visually appealing, the baristas are friendly, and the music suits chatting as well as studying. Surprisingly, it has local-coffee-shop vibes -- the ambience is great. Major points for being open promptly at 4;30 am Sunday morning. Ow. That had to hurt. Confections were hat and consistent. Dark roast good. I tend to patronize Peet's due to the following: Starbucks espresso machine setup rarely gives me a good crema. Today 2 shots. No crema. Mike and Joshua were absolutely wonderful! My family went through the drive thru and were super happy with the customer service! My dad actually accidentally bumped his drink on the roof of our car and lost his lid when taking it from the employee, but they were so sweet and offered him some napkins and a new lid for our drive! We actually forgot our second sandwich behind because of this, but were still so pleased with the service we received! read more

The reason for my low rating is that apparently corporate has decided to take out all the plugs for people to charge their phones and laptops. I can't with this Starbucks. It's embarrassing for how long I worked at Starbucks that you can't even get extra ice in a drink. I've gotten about 5 drinks from this Starbucks in my time living in Newport. All of which were made wrong. One girl thought an under toe was an iced drink after I explained how it's not an iced drink. My most annoyed grievance is I actually have to drive to other Starbucks to even order water. Everything I ask extra ice I get about 3 I've cubes. And I always have to explain to them how I have this issue so this Starbucks is not where I'll be going anymore. read more

I Where is the first person to review the store when it was brand new. Back then, they knew what the customer wanted. Well, this morning, it seems that things have changed... I came in for a simple brewed decaf at 7:15 in the morning. "We don't brew decaf." I asked in astonishment, "why, at 7:15 in the morning, do not brew decaf, and expect me to pay double for an Americano?" Anza responded, "we never brew decaf." in spite of my obvious disdain for this stores "policy", Enzo did not even have the class or customer service experience to offer a brewed Americano in place for the price of a cup of decaf, which would have been the "right" thing to do in a customer service situation. Even though I have enough money in my life to spend $3.25 on a cup of coffee, I decided to make a point because I think it's ridiculous to force someone to pay more than was needed to for a simple cup of coffee. This location had no regard for Covid safety protocols. There was a gentleman sitting at the bar with no mask on drinking his coffee. There was another table for 4 people sitting inside, at a table with a sign that said, "temporarily closed". They all 4 had their masks off while eating and drinking. There were a total of 4 employees working at the time that allowed this behavior to take place. You'd think a large company like Starbucks would prioritize its patron's health and safety. When my concerns were addressed with two team members, they told me to "have a good day!" I am disappointed in how this location handled the situation and clearly doesn't care about Covid. I am disgusted in this location. I really hope management goes over Covid safety protocols and standards with the team that was working at 10:00 am on Sunday 2/7/21. read more

This is a nice looking store with a big sign outside that says STARBUCKS. You can't miss it, even at night time. They have all the general stuff you can find in the other stores. This store in a way looks like a giant trailer that's parked at the side of the strip mall. There is ample seating and good window side views. The drinks were made fast and well but the cashier just seemed a little impatient or just out of it. That may have been a slight buzz kill but we all have good and bad days. read more
