Been going to this location for awhile now. I order a venti coffee frappe with no whip and 2 shots of expresso on top. They have never messed up my order or made my drink wrong. The customer service is amazing! The crew really work together and it shows in how fast and efficient they all are! I went inside the other day to order and at 6:45am this crew welcomed me say good morning to anyone who walked in even if it was for a online pick up and then said have a great day as they left. It's nice to see a place run this way. I live 45 minutes away and work 5 minutes down the road from this Starbucks. I pass 3 Starbucks and still only stop at this location. Pleasant Starbucks with plenty of table seating hidden in a hard to find nook near the interstate. They're a bit slower than normal, but the drinks are Starbucks quality so it's still worth a stop. The holiday drink JUNIPER LATTE is a great drink if you dislike their other supersweet holiday offerings. It's a mild taste that brings to mind sitting around the fire near a decorated tree. This Starbucks is okay. I've been going to this location consistently for years- spending way more than I should lol. My only complaint is the lack of consistency. Whenever I order a drink it's like playing Russian roulette because it's always made differently and never tastes the same. It's quite annoying. I went in figuring it wold be faster than the drive up with 10 cars waiting ro order. There we were 5 people ahead of me. It took 19 minutes for them to make my coffee. This was the quietest, cleanest, friendliest Starbucks I have been to in a while. Maybe that's because it's far away from the UC campus, so that I could hog a huge table for 8 hours and no one would care :P I was heading back from a nearby conference and initially was going to grab a coffee at the drive-though, but there was a line and I'm impatient so I decided to bring my study materials inside, expecting to regret my decision in an hour or two. Much to my relief, it never once got loud and annoying! I also agree that the customer service was great. I ordered a panini for the first time ever, and one of the baristas took the time to tell me his favorites before warming up my choice and bringing it out to me. They were also having a $1 after 2 pm pastry deal with a same-day receipt, which was helpful as I was staying for so long. I'll remember this location next time I'm in the area. read more

It is 3:15 on Sunday October 22,2017. While the cashier was very positive and upbeat the barista was slightly and extremely unmotivated. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained.
