Anytime my son finds something trending on TikTok we try it! So of course we had to go to 7 Brew. The only bad thing is there's ALWAYS a line wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot. I'm not sure if you can walk up and order if it it's drive thru only. The people working there are always pleasant and helpful as their menu is endless! He tried a cookies and cream shake ( with coffee) I tried the cinnamon roll iced coffee. SO GOOD! We went again and I got a passion fruit green tea lemonade. ALSO AMAZING. Went here the morning of my birthday for my free drink! I ordered my usual - an iced sugar free blondie with pumpkin drizzle. My husband got a hot latte with toasted marshmallow and pumpkin syrup. Unfortunately, they put the pumpkin drizzle in my husband's drink instead of on mine. It was still good and the service was still good in the rain, but I wish I got my drizzle! read more

I have been here a handful of times now since opening and it is always around middday. Each time has taken around 20-30 mins to order and receive my drink, so come with that expectation. This is a drive thru only business that utilizes staff with tablets that come around to the cars. Every staff member I have dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. Each time I have tried a different beverage and enjoyed each one. I think the iced breve is my favorite but I add an extra espresso shot to cut the heaviness of the cream. Price point is about the same as Starbys. Make sure to sign up for free rewards and you will get a beverage of your choice on your birthday! A staff member told me there is a secret menu online that is basically known to them for drink flavor ideas, as they do not display this at the location. I have been working off that since then! I didn't understand all the hype until I tried it myself and dang! It's good! For a drive thru coffee shop, the German Chocolate is so delicious. This is a flavor I normally would never order elsewhere, but I'm not sure how I can order anything else when I go to 7 Brew in the future. It's going to be my go-to everytime. The service is always friendly although the lines are normally a little long. The rewards program was nice over the holidays as they gave away double points and other perks. read more

Tried 7 brew for the first time and it instantly reminded me of Chick-Fil-A with the way they handle the drive thru efficiency! There was a long line but it went by quick! I got the sugar free Brunette- iced. Since it was my first time and I was excited I forgot to ask for oatmilk substitute, so I asked at the window and they were so polite to remake it for me. 7 Brew is similar to Bigby coffee but with more flair. The drive thru system is fairly efficient and there are a ton of super sugary and dessert like options. If you want a novelty drink, this is your spot. The normal-ish coffee options were not bad, but a little too sweet, however the coffee quality wasn't bad. I got a medium cold brew with raspberry and brown sugar cinnamon. I didn't specify how much so I couldn't taste much of the flavor so next time I will be asking for more. I don't think they have iced coffee, only cold brew. The staff was very friendly and service was slightly slow, which is to be expected because they just opened and it was busy. No menu was up you had to look in your phone so make your you look ahead of time. read more

This place.... Slow, is an understatement.... If you need to be somewhere else today don't come here. The menu is incomplete online. You don't order until you pull around the entire building. I mean if you wanted to waste a day doing nothing but getting "coffee" here is your place to go. read more

I was here for free T-shirt day and the line was fast even though it felt like all of mason was here lol. Everyone was so positive and cheerful. I got the iced sweet and salty which is very good, I think next time I'll order an extra pump of salted caramel because I like my coffee to be basically sugar but it is pretty sweet to begin with. Save yourself, don't go!! I know it is new, so I've given it a few visits. However, it is consistently slow (expect to wait at least 5 minutes per car in front of you) and the staff is unprofessional and pushy about joining their loyalty program. read more

They have long wait times. I typically come in at 6am and there will be two cars (mine included) and you'll have to wait 10 mins. The coffee is great so it makes it worth it... sorta. German chocolate is the best mixed coffee I've ever had. read more

Amazing coffee although when I asked for extra caramel they gave me none and when I asked if it was caramel they said it was. Very very long wait time to get a coffee even if it's one car. Only a drive through so no sit down or hang out area. Please don't lie about what is in the drink when I saw you make it, and please speed up. Overall a good experience and with some improvements it could be even better! One more thing... the price. The price is absolutely ridiculous for what you get and it is very expensive. read more

Overall, I enjoyed the coffee which was a iced caramel macchiato. The staff were very nice. But since it was a drive thru and a weekend, the wait was a while. I don't necessarily know how it is on weekdays, though. I will say that the coffee was a bit sweet for me. But it was still good nonetheless. read more

We tried it, won't be back. Bummer because we had high hopes for a drive through so close to our home. I ordered a 1 pump decaf mocha with non fat milk- the girl taking my order said ok, half sugar - then a guy came out and said we don't have nonfat milk- my drink was gaggy sweet, i guess it was whole fat milk- but tasted nothing like a 1 pump mocha- could not taste coffee- I order a quad decaf espresso mocha w 1 pump at Starbucks - If you like contrived, sugary more like a dessert drinks - this place might be ok- Let me just say- Starbucks doesn't have anything to worry about! read more

Waited for an hour to get my drink. While waiting they decided to ignore my request of hand blending my drink. Then told me they didn't have time to re-make it. Their customer service was terrible and un welcoming. I have been to so many other seven brews including the original. Normally they are so nice asking about your day and what you are up to. At this one they did everything in their power not to talk to us or look in our direction. I would not recommend coming here if you wanted the normal seven brew experience. read more

In all honesty, the Tylersville location sucks. The same drinks always taste different, or they are not made correctly and I am there almost everyday because it's the closest to me. I'm not sure anyone ever said "I want room because I prefer 14.5 oz to 16oz." So pouring some out doesn't cut the mustard. Anyhow, my experience today - they hand it out full and ask if that's enough room. I said no and explained I like about an inch of room (even demonstrating with my fingers what an inch is), so it tastes stronger. They said okay, supposedly remade it just to hand it back out to me completely full again. I don't know how you fix that lol! Do folks not listen or do they not care?? Anyhow I'm about over Biggby. If I can't have my drink the way I want it, I'll go elsewhere or make it myself.

The location is a bit off the hwy, but still in a convenient location. Apparently they also have a walk-up window but I've never seen it used. You can either use the drive-thru or dine in, and the shop shares a parking lot with several other businesses in the area. I visited yesterday (a Sunday morning), and the line became quite long as it got closer to 10:30 AM. I ordered a medium iced "Offense" from their September specials menu. It features caramel and butterscotch flavors. It was okay, not very memorable. The coffee aroma and flavors were faint, which seems consistent with what someone else had mentioned. Although the coffee wasn't as exciting or flavorful as I had hoped, the comfortable interior is a big reason I would consider coming back. I briefly used their wifi and also checked out the restroom. The women's restroom was clean and even had a baby changing station. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere more than the coffee itself. I hope they can make their coffee and flavorings a little more intense in the future, because the cozy environment is definitely a place where I'd like to spend more time.

Great new independent coffee shop and roaster!…read more Opened on March 04, 2024, Script is a warmly welcomed addition to the area. They don't overthink it. Their offerings are just right in coffee, pastries, and other beverage selections. Having heard about their forthcoming opening, I made it in on day 2. Steven allowed me to take pictures of the establishment and even answered a few questions for me. With a small number of actual roasters in the area, my secondary objective was to leave with a bag of beans. I chose the Tiger Joe beans and look forward to grinding them up at home and catching that tiger by the tail. Steven and the rest of the staff were warm and friendly to everyone who came in. I noticed something else Script has done really well by design. They made sure to have ample space for the crew to work behind the counter. With three or four Team members at a time working behind the counter, they don't have the need to fight for space and are not tripping over each other. For full clarity, they were busy while I was here, and even with the drive-thru, you didn't sense the chaos that you often find at many of the chain coffee shops. I also observed another sign of great service. Again, they were busy but not insane. That said, there was a wait for your order, but I'd say 5-7 minutes or less. There was a couple who had to leave quickly and did not have time to wait for their order. They mentioned it to Steven, and he immediately apologized for the wait, came around to the front, and handed them free drink cards for next time. Each person was thanked and apologized to for the wait when receiving their order. The appreciation was genuine. Would I go back? Without a doubt. I'm eager to try my Tiger Joe beans at home and will likely add to this when I give that a whirl As I write this, my Vanilla Latte is getting cold, so I'm out!
