Script Coffee...best coffee in Lebanon? Staff is very nice. 10/10 Drink menu seems small? A bit lacking. Selection of breakfast foods, nothing marked gluten free. :( Didn't really know what to order, so went with a PSL. It was quite similar to one at Starbucks. Low on autumnal flavors, heavy on burnt coffee notes. I didn't even finish it. The best part of it was the latte's temperature. They were out of chai...maybe that is the highlight of the menu? If you want an exceptional coffee, Lot 1 is your best bet. If you want matcha, try the strawberry matcha at Greenhouse Café, or go to The Cedar Shack when they are open! Great new independent coffee shop and roaster! Opened on March 04, 2024, Script is a warmly welcomed addition to the area. They don't overthink it. Their offerings are just right in coffee, pastries, and other beverage selections. Having heard about their forthcoming opening, I made it in on day 2. Steven allowed me to take pictures of the establishment and even answered a few questions for me. With a small number of actual roasters in the area, my secondary objective was to leave with a bag of beans. I chose the Tiger Joe beans and look forward to grinding them up at home and catching that tiger by the tail. Steven and the rest of the staff were warm and friendly to everyone who came in. I noticed something else Script has done really well by design. They made sure to have ample space for the crew to work behind the counter. With three or four Team members at a time working behind the counter, they don't have the need to fight for space and are not tripping over each other. For full clarity, they were busy while I was here, and even with the drive-thru, you didn't sense the chaos that you often find at many of the chain coffee shops. I also observed another sign of great service. Again, they were busy but not insane. That said, there was a wait for your order, but I'd say 5-7 minutes or less. There was a couple who had to leave quickly and did not have time to wait for their order. They mentioned it to Steven, and he immediately apologized for the wait, came around to the front, and handed them free drink cards for next time. Each person was thanked and apologized to for the wait when receiving their order. The appreciation was genuine. Would I go back? Without a doubt. I'm eager to try my Tiger Joe beans at home and will likely add to this when I give that a whirl As I write this, my Vanilla Latte is getting cold, so I'm out! read more

Drive thru w my son. Coffee good. Food was on the expensive side. For a coffee and sandwich was almost $13.

We hit the drive-thru at Script Coffee yesterday and picked up three drinks and a couple of breakfast sandwiches. It was a little pricey, but the service was definitely 5-star, and the drinks were exceptional. I stuck with their regular drip coffee instead of trying the new limited coffee they were advertising, and I'm glad I did--it was actually better than Lot One's coffee, which is saying a lot. My wife's matcha could have been mixed better, but the flavor was there, so she was happy with it. The breakfast sandwiches, while fresh and good, didn't quite justify the sticker price. They were fine, but nothing that would make me rush back just for food. Overall, Script Coffee delivered a great experience, with outstanding service and excellent drinks. Just a little fine-tuning on the food and matcha, and it could easily be a 5-star spot. read more

Great place for some local coffee. They roast the beans on site and you can really taste the difference compared to other places that have beans roasted elsewhere. Have been coming for years and they have a nice reward program as well. Will continue to come back. The staff is always friendly and you'll see smiles all the time. read more

I had a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. You can tell they take pride in both their beans and their roasting. I was in the area and decided to pop in since I have purchased whole bean Script coffee from Whole Foods in the past... and besides, who doesn't love trying a new coffee shop!? I had a few great experiences here. I have gotten service fairly quick because it hasn't been so busy. I think it's because it's pretty new. The word definitely needs to get around about it. I've been there three times now, my standing order being a large latte with an extra shot. Compared to other coffee places, the large seems not full. I was curious about this so I ordered the large latte and a large black coffee. The latte felt half-full compared to the regular coffee. Checked under the lid, and the latte was full, but the top part was milk foam. Lattes aren't supposed to have a substantial amount of milk foam. I think they've been making me cappuccino instead of latte. It's a fine tasting drink, but I don't understand why they make it this way. Otherwise, good service, pleasant staff. Maybe next time I'll get a cappuccino and see what happens. :-) read more

I have been to Script twice. They have a really nice building. Very clean. Clean and modern restrooms. I just can't understand a coffee shop that serves warm coffee and not hot coffee. Neither time was I served hot coffee. The 2nd time I visited I ordered a muffin. It was obviously old - stale and very dry. I ended up throwing it away. Service is good. Friendly people. read more

The coffee was ok, it was not hot at all, they charge an upcharge for a flavor added. The Frappes are good but they charge extra for whip cream and drizzle. Prices are a little higher. read more

Coffee cups are poor quality each filled way too full. Slow service and drive thru way too tight for a pickup truck, worse than Chick-fil-A. After all that they ask you, "want to leave a tip a tip?" For who? For what? To fix your parking lot & drive thru? We won't be back. read more

Somehow they manage to serve my drinks cold when it's a hot drink by design. Today I watched the girl in the drive thru play on her phone for three minutes while my drink sat on the counter. I couldn't get her attention, her instagram message was of dire importance. Once again my latte was half full and tepid temperature. Honestly one of the most solid, consistently made well, and high quality coffee shops in the surrounding cities! I have yet to have a bad experience here, in cafe as well as drive thru. The espresso has rich creamy flavor, the lattes have just the right amount of sweetness, and the service has always been pleasant! Such an awesome place this is!!! I just got to try one of their awesome fall drinks the campfire latte and I can confirm it's awesome and they just got some breakfast sandwiches there and the one that I've gotten to try already is the bacon egg and cheese bagel which is also awesome and on top of that, they have a great variety choice of bags of coffee to buy from!!! service was awesome too. 100% totally recommend this place!!!!
