Our server handled it well and instructed us to call the restaurant if the charge went through, which we fortunately didn't need to do. Between the hustle and bustle of the weekend brunch rush, perhaps this spot may benefit from streamlining their process and hiring more staff.

We didn't want to escalate to the manager at the time but then they only offered 10% off at the end... when they said they took a discount off the bill I definitely expected it would be a bit more or maybe taking the apple thing off. We ordered a thin crust, traditional crust and a Chicago deep dish. All the pizzas were excellent! One complaint: we asked for all pizzas to be pie cut, which they do except for the thin crust. So we asked for the thin crust to be pie cut also but they still cut it into squares. Also, there is not much of a seating area. There were five of us and the employees were okay with us pushing two tables together for us to sit together. Good pizza! Nice find!
