My partner and I grabbed bagels on a Sunday afternoon and there so many varieties and sandwiches available! We were greeted by most of the workers and ordered at the counter. It did take upwards of 10 minutes to prepare the sandwiches, despite only one other party behind us. The bagel sandwiches were delicious and some of the best ones I've had in the area. My first visit there I got a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The strawberry cream cheese and the portion was amazing!!! So good it made me want it again. I went back for my second visit and got the same thing. To my disappointment when I opened the foil, I got regular cream cheese and only a thin layer. It still tasted good but such a let down when the strawberry cream cheese is what drew me back. Came in with my BFF to get a bagel and coffee. You walk in to see the seating area and the bathroom. You have to walk down the hall way to order food. They have a decent selection of bagel and some yummy options. We got an egg, cheese, and ham on a bagel. We also ordered a vanilla cold foam with an iced coffee that was very good. We sat down and enjoyed our lunch. The staff were polite and very helpful. This morning we went to Low Country Bagel located in Monroe, OH. I am someone who has lived almost a decade in New England and I know my way around the bagel shops up there. This shop would be an exceptional tough contender for first place. Their bagels are perfectly structured and can hold the weight of the items inside without sacrificing their flavor, chew and crumb. I picked the garlic bagel, Philly, cheese and egg. I'm telling you the Philly meat melts in your mouth. Not greasy and definitely NOT stringy. My husband ordered The Low country with cream cheese. It has REAL BACON and they make sure it's crisp as god intended bacon to be. Give this local spot your business. The atmosphere is vibrant and clean. The employees are so kind and welcoming. The sitting area was very cute and had about 6 tables for people to sit in and eat. Service was quick and our order was taken but some younger girls, I'm assuming family owned. I got the lox bagel with veggie cream cheese and the veggie cream cheese wasn't my favorite and normally I love it. We also got some cold brews which were a little bitter. My son and I came here the last two days. We have to drive 38 minutes one way, but we like to support small businesses and to try new things. Yesterday my son had the rainbow bagels with cinnamon cream cheese. I had the chicken salad on cheese and jalapeño bagel. Both were delicious. Today my son had the same bagels & got a strawberry smoothie. I ordered chicken salad on the garlic bagel. The garlic bagel is good, but I like the small amount of bite the cheese jalapeño bagel gave to the chicken salad. We also got the golden Krisp kettle potato chips, my son (he's 5) doesn't like potato chips or potato products much, be he really liked these. They are cooked in a blend of lard, corn oil, canola oil, and soybean oil. They are pretty tasty. Staff is nice & friendly. Service has been quick. We have come close to noon both days. The seating area offers 6 tables, 4 - 4 tops & 2- 2 tops, if you can eat in. Will definitely be back! read more

Stopped in this morning for breakfast. First time ever being there. Got the Pogue on a plain bagel. It was delicious. Although I would've preferred a real egg was still happy with the egg on the sandwich, the bagel itself. Was everything a good bagel should be crispy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside. We should have turned around as soon as we walked in and saw the long line of people waiting for their food. We assumed the place was packed because the food must be good, but that was a mistake... We ordered 1 sausage, egg, and cheese bagel with cream cheese, 1 bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with cream cheese, a smoothie, and a coffee. Our bill came to $40, and we were told it would take about 10-15 minutes. 3/4 staff members were young teenagers who seemed completely unsure of what they were doing. Instead of dividing tasks, they all appeared to be working on the same things simultaneously. While waiting, we heard a family complain that their bagels were completely uncooked in the middle. A short time later, a woman canceled her order after waiting 40 minutes (before this point, we didn't realize people had been waiting that long). The young staff struggled to process the refund and had to call the owner, who had to drive to the store to assist. By then, we were also contemplating canceling our order, but we were concerned about the time it would take to resolve that. After that, a DoorDash driver, also waiting for an order, eventually left the restaurant in frustration. After about 35 minutes, they approached us to ask what we had ordered, suggesting they had either forgotten it or deleted the order entirely. Either way, they hadn't started making it. In total, it took 50 minutes to receive our order: two bagels and two drinks. Unfortunately, both bagels were incorrect--both had bacon, and one was missing cream cheese. This was a frustrating experience. I can't comprehend why they would tell customers to expect a 10-15 minute wait when they knew people were waiting over 40 minutes. There are plenty of other places to get bagels that are cheaper, faster, and better. read more

Stopped by Lowcountry Bagel on our drive north to Detroit, I would rate it a 10/10! The bagels were delicious. We ordered a bagel done just how I like it, double toasted with peanut butter and it was perfect, we also order a steak and egg bagel which was also very yummy! Everything came out hot, fast, was done to perfection and the staff was so friendly. We ate inside, they have lots of seating and it is very clean. We will definitely be stopping again on our next trip! A plus it is right off the exit on I-75. read more

The people there are great. I loved their asiago cheese ones. My whole family did. Them they changed them. You can't even toast them now because the cheese will fall off. And only one side has cheese. I'm sure it's cost related, but sad. read more
