Came in with my BFF to get a bagel and coffee. You walk in to see the seating area and the bathroom. You have to walk down the hall way to order food. They have a decent selection of bagel and some yummy options. We got an egg, cheese, and ham on a bagel. We also ordered a vanilla cold foam with an iced coffee that was very good. We sat down and enjoyed our lunch. The staff were polite and very helpful. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for something different in the bagel category or just something different.

This morning we went to Low Country Bagel located in Monroe, OH. I am someone who has lived almost a decade in New England and I know my way around the bagel shops up there. This shop would be an exceptional tough contender for first place. Their bagels are perfectly structured and can hold the weight of the items inside without sacrificing their flavor, chew and crumb. I picked the garlic bagel, Philly, cheese and egg. I'm telling you the Philly meat melts in your mouth. Not greasy and definitely NOT stringy. My husband ordered The Low country with cream cheese. It has REAL BACON and they make sure it's crisp as god intended bacon to be. Give this local spot your business. The atmosphere is vibrant and clean. The employees are so kind and welcoming. The bagels are dynamic. They are also located 5 minutes down the road from the outlets!

The sitting area was very cute and had about 6 tables for people to sit in and eat. Service was quick and our order was taken but some younger girls, I'm assuming family owned. I got the lox bagel with veggie cream cheese and the veggie cream cheese wasn't my favorite and normally I love it. We also got some cold brews which were a little bitter. I definitely would go back to try something else because they had a lot of options.

Quality bagels and fast service. The girls working were so sweet and nice, very good experience for my first time there. The French toast bagel was delicious.

The perfect bagel spot in the perfect spot! This is a small family owned business bringing a bright and refreshing southern vibe to the shop. The bagels are fresh, and you can get unique flavors like Rainbow, Pumpernickel, and Egg in addition to classics like plain, cinnamon raisin, and everything. Get the bagels alone with basic toppings, go savory with one of their signature breakfast or lunch bagel sandwiches, or have a fun sweet treat with unique cream cheese flavors like monster cookie or rainbow sprinkles!

My son and I came here the last two days. We have to drive 38 minutes one way, but we like to support small businesses and to try new things. Yesterday my son had the rainbow bagels with cinnamon cream cheese. I had the chicken salad on cheese and jalapeño bagel. Both were delicious. Today my son had the same bagels & got a strawberry smoothie. I ordered chicken salad on the garlic bagel. The garlic bagel is good, but I like the small amount of bite the cheese jalapeño bagel gave to the chicken salad. We also got the golden Krisp kettle potato chips, my son (he's 5) doesn't like potato chips or potato products much, be he really liked these. They are cooked in a blend of lard, corn oil, canola oil, and soybean oil. They are pretty tasty. Staff is nice & friendly. Service has been quick. We have come close to noon both days. The seating area offers 6 tables, 4 - 4 tops & 2- 2 tops, if you can eat in. Will definitely be back!

We came for the green bagels for St. Patty's! They were sooo good and festive. This is a smaller place but has ample seating. Everyone working was so nice and welcoming.

Really great food, friendly staff, and clean areas. Got the French toast bagel it was a must try! And their breakfast sandwiches are huge and so tasty!

    The BLT

The food was super tasty and they had lots of options that made you want to try everything. The girl who took our order was friendly and helpful and helped us navigate the menu as it was our first time. Nice little breakfast and brunch spot! Highly recommend!

The Best service and Best taste, it was very fast thank You…read moreso much, I'll come back again

I received a text from Drop in Tea Monroe that my order was ready which was followed by another…read moretext to fill out a survey. I never got a response from my survey, so I'm posting my review online. This was a horrible experience. First, the wait was incredibly long and people who came after me were getting their orders before me. When I noticed it was happening, I was told the "new girl" was doing my order. It took about half an hour to finally get my order - Taro Milk Tea. Second, the staff were literally standing and doing nothing but talking at some points when they were so far behind. There was no hustling to get orders completed like at Starbucks. Third, I left the shop with my order. It was the most disgusting drink. It had clumps of powder and hadn't been mixed right. I ended up throwing it away after trying to mix it in myself. It just wouldn't. What a huge disappointment after waiting so long and paying that much for a drink. I did request the company refund my card and gave them all my information including order #. I never heard back and didn't get my refund. Fourth, when I tried to find this place to give it a review I found it under Millions of Milk Tea (parent company) instead of Drop in Tea which is who sent the text to me. I'm not from the area, so I didn't remember what the actually name was on the shop front. I can understand that places are having trouble getting staff or keeping staff, but this was pure chaos on so many levels. I see I'm not the only one having a problem. I witnessed others in the store talking to staff about issues like not getting what they ordered and one girl didn't even get what she paid extra for. The "trainer" in this store isn't training new staff properly if they aren't getting orders right, and they aren't mixing drinks properly. I still want a refund.
