If I ever decide to get a third, he'll be my first and only call. For my first, after taking FOREVER to decide and switching my design about 300 times, I ended up getting something completely different than what I gave Archie in my design consultation. Granted, I had a few months to think about it - it takes about 3 months to get into Archie's jam-packed schedule. Yes, he's that good! Archie was very patient and non-judging, emphasizing that tattoos are highly personal and my design should be exactly what I want. I ended up drawing my own and have never regretted it for a second. I wanted it on my foot, which Archie advised was the most painful place, but didn't try to talk me out of it. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I had no idea what colors I wanted when I came for my appointment. We had a great discussion about color theory and went with analogous colors. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! My second tattoo is especially meaningful. My mom, who is battling the most severe form of MS, wanted a tattoo for her 60th birthday to symbolize her fight. I decided to get one with her and designed the image. Of course, I would go to none other than Archie. He refined the design and supplemented it with beautiful script he created. Hers says, "Strength for today, hope for tomorrow" and mine says, "I'll stand by you". The image is a variation of an awareness ribbon, with the brightest bright orange to really pop - suggested by Archie. Both tattoos have held up incredibly well. I've heard foot tattoos need retouched often, but after 3 years it still looks crisp and beautiful. Aftercare instructions were very clear, and when I had a concern about how my second was healing Archie was happy to answer my questions. He's the only one I trust to stab me thousands of times with a needle!

This location is amazing. My daughter had an appointment at the Dayton location to get her nose…read morepierced and unfortunately the piercer had a family emergency and had to cancel. (Stuff happens, not hating on them) My daughter was super disappointed and after calling around found that this was the only place in our area that accepts walk in piercings. We arrived and had one person in line ahead of us. The piercer, Donald, took his time and everything was thoroughly cleaned in between appointments. He was AMAZING with my daughter. I warned him she hates needles (so obviously get your nose pierced?) and he took the time to make sure he walked her through the process and that she was breathing steadily and doing good before she stood up. I very much appreciated his demeanor and his work ethic and I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

She accommodated me on a non-traditional work day. The facility is beautiful and clean. I felt the materials used were safe and the environment sanitary. I'm a needle watcher and she had no problems with me occasionally watching her while she worked. I'm totally pleased with the end result. He was also super helpful when I went in a few months after my first piercing because the earring was stuck, and switched it out for a hoop for me. There's a ton of options for jewelry and he'll listen to where you want your piercings to be (and if you wanna move it too). Both times i've been here my earrings have been at the perfect angle, and he definitely works with your ear shape and anatomy and tells you whether or not certain places will work. The prices are SUPER reasonable for the quality, and cartilage usually cost about $30ish. tattoos also start around $50 i think. great shop, great atmosphere, fun times.
