When she came back to me, she told me that they did not have the size I wanted, but The Greene did have 3 in stock and she would call them to put it on hold if I wanted her to do so. She called, they told her I could pick it up at the front desk, and she was true to her word! Nowadays not too many employees go above and beyond to help the customer, especially when she didn't get the credit for the sell. I thought she did an extraordinary job! She's definitely a "keeper!"

When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told -- directly -- that they don't have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don't want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don't pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025.
