I love me some crazy organizing and they definitely have everything to foster this. Need to decorate any room in your house... They've got that, even kids rooms. Pet stuff has its own aisle. Kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are mid store. I could go on, but you get it, they literally have everything. Join their free rewards program, as you'll receive excellent coupons in your email. I got one recently for 30% off one item, and was delighted to find out it was usable on clearance too! I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered. After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck. Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby! I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.
