I was a little surprised at how messy various areas were though. It seems like perhaps they are running on a small staff as I saw one person working in the whole store, at the cash register. If you're not familiar, At Home is just that, a huge everything for your home store. Upon entering is always the seasonal decor (holidays, outdoor, etc). Furniture is available for outdoors, and some indoors. I noticed they now have a few mattresses. There are linens for bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen as well as large area rugs. I love me some crazy organizing and they definitely have everything to foster this. Need to decorate any room in your house... They've got that, even kids rooms. Pet stuff has its own aisle. Kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are mid store. I could go on, but you get it, they literally have everything. There are various clearance sections through out the store with some killer deals. I scored some patio furniture cushions on clearance! Otherwise prices are decent, mostly good deals. Products are of good quality. There are store maps as well as price scanners all around for your convenience. A sign up front mentioned delivery options for bigger items you may not be able to transport yourself.

I can't really say they have amazing deals and prices, but on some items, the cost seems competitive. They did have several clearance sections. Pricewise, it reminds me of a Pier 1 store. Some of their items and prices also reminded me of what you may find at home goods or TJ Maxx. I thought their wall decor was well-priced. They had a great selection of various sizes and prints. One thing I loved about this store is that they had items arranged in a room set up. This is great for a decorator that needs to see how things all go together! Behind the room set up, they had the individual items to purchase. This spot use to house Sams Club--and you can't even tell this store used to be located here! They did a great job with the store set-up and didn't even use all of the space. There is definitely space for them to grow! If you are in the mood to just walk up and down the aisles of a store to feel some inspiration, I would totally recommend this spot!

When I was stopped by another customer about my items, the lady was very nice about helping me understand how old they were and possible value of them, the female employee then came over to us and told me she was calling the owner so she could talk to me about talking to other customers in the store. This place is not inviting or welcoming. The prices are way too high. The employees are rude and obviously don't care about providing good customer service. Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. If I could give them rating under zero, it would definitely be a -10. I put in a call to the owner Lacey Alfrey on Saturday September 26, 2026 and have not heard back from her, which says to me that she is not interested in how customers are being treated in her Centerville store.

I called an employee over to show her a manufacturing defect on a table lamp and it seemed as if she could care less. Heck, you're lucky if they would get within 26 feet of you. This store like many that are the norm today illustrate why I so sorely miss the old family owned stores of the past. People use to genuinely act as if they were happy to see you. They saw customers as the lifeblood of their business. They knew that their existence depended on you coming again and again. I will probably go here again and hope against all hope that they behave as if they are in the business to sell things. If not, there's always the Internet.

I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered. After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck. Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby! I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.
