Updating my review because I have tried so many wonderful things from be. at this point. Today I am sipping on a Margot's Tropical Oasis Smoothie (added protein powder) and it is so tasty. The consistency is great and even after sitting for a while, it didn't melt and get watery. I also tried the new french onion cream cheese dip and it's very tasty. I ate it on some cassava chips I had at home. Jordan's Sunset Smoothie is by far one of my favorite things I have tried at be. so far. As always, the staff is kinder than kind, the space is spotless and warm, and a visit to be. always makes my day. read more

This was my second time in here, the first time I had a smoothie bowl, this time a had a smoothie. It is a really cute little coffee shop, in Wymoing. I thought some of the little quirks will silly but cute. Like the chickpeas LOL. I appreciated looking through the local businesses they were supporting, the small subliminal messages I found within the building gave me good vibes. I'm sure great people come. I wish it was my side of town, so I had a reason to come more. I'm not the biggest coffee gyal, I don't like caffeine. So, this was very accommodating with other drinks on the menu. One of the best parts of this visit was, we were short a little bit, and before trying another one, she took care of our order which I thought was very sweet. Yum!! A friend brought me this delicious smoothie and I have to say there's nothing like it that I've had before! It tasted even better than it looked. And with ingredients like functional mushroom, coconut water, pineapple, etc. it made me feel good getting a little nutrition boost too. The cocojune yogurt was delightfully thick and delicious swirled in. I'll definitely have to stop into the building for more treats in the future! read more

What a fun and educational evening at Nourish at Be! The yoga class was just too short! I loved every minute. The Smoothie Sips were rich and delicious... hard to believe that there were so many delicious ingredients. The PaleoPrimal Sweets cupcakes (with dates!) and the fudge brownie were tender... superb! It was delightful to take the seasonal honeys at Engaged Bees. I particularly liked the Spring honey. The swag from Moonbeam Mercantile was so unique! I'll use that for my scrapbooking. I loved making two paper flowers with Magpie Art Studio! What fun crafts. The dips from The Market were unique. I especially liked the beet hummas with carrots and radish was distinctly delicious. This was a new place me and the hubs decided to check out. We've been trying to eat a little more clean so this place seemed right up our alley. The staff was very helpful in explaining the shop concept, available menu items, and other pairing options. At settled in the breakfast bowl. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful, hearty taste. The fresh biscuit was an added bonus. Another thing I appreciated was their water station. They explained to us the differences from our regular water and my husband liked it so much, we're about to order one of the water systems for our home. Big fan. I have major health issues and this is literally the only place I can eat out in Cincinnati. It's sad there aren't more real food options in Ohio. I love the (already prepared) overnight oats. They are really well crafted and delicious, as well as being nutrient dense. The chickpea "tuna" salad is just so so good. Recently tried one of the doughnuts and will probably be back for 3 more. In the fall, they have a really delicious bean and pumpkin chili. They even helped me make a custom juice/smoothie that omitted some of my allergens. Also, the staff is super nice. A gem of a place. read more

What a cute, cozy and quiet little space. I went to an event last evening and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and full of suggestions. They had samples of smoothies, different types of beet juice, a spicy queso dip, too die for and cupcakes, mini but mighty. I had the be. nourish smoothie. Very fruitful and delish! Prior to my sampling, I went upstairs for yoga. Yes Yoga! The instructor was very calm, charming and had this voice that simply made you relax. I moved muscles I forgot I had, lol. Then onto the shelves filled with items from local people of wonderful treasures for you to purchase. The employees are all so kind and take the time to get to know you. It's worth the trip! This is such a cute spot! Right next to Wyoming Community Coffee, I grabbed their sour patch kids smoothie and it was delish. Had such a great experience here today! I ordered the Be Nurish smoothie and an everything bagel with kimchi cream cheese...both were absolutely fabulous!!! You can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. What truly made the visit special was the owner, who was there and so kind and personable. She even brought me a glass of water while I waited for my order, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's definitely on the pricier side, but 100% worth it for the quality of the food and overall experience. I'll absolutely be back!! read more

Our family absolutely loves Nourish Be. Not only for the space, but also for the community that Lindsey has built with this healthy market. Lindsey, the owner, is the kindest human being and you can tell she puts nothing but LOVE into every aspect of her business. She promotes other small businesses, allows our children to stop in after school even if they don't purchase anything, and she is aware of making her space a place everyone can be a part of no matter their background, food preference, or food allergy. She leads with honesty and integrity in all she does. So stop in for a healthy snack or a great conversation or even a hug. You always feeling welcomed and leave feeling better than you did when you entered. Oh, and grab a passion fruit chia seed pudding (my favorite) and their Saturday pancakes are always a hit! Our visit to Be. was a wonderful experience. Our group tried all of the smoothies and they were all delicious! The staff was top notch, friendly and fast- offering help with the menu when we had questions. I loved the espresso in the coffee smoothie so much that I took a bottle of espresso greens home with me along with a jar of Grace Naked Body Food - a luxurious organic body butter product that I've fallen in love with. My friend has a lot of food allergies so it's great to have a spot where she doesn't have to worry and can order something that tastes great. This place is propped up solely by the owner's trust fund. It's a ghost town most of the time--empty or occupied by a single lost soul, wandering aimlessly through a cavernous, overpriced echo chamber. Be is a sanctimonious shrine to overpriced nonsense that only appeals to people who think 'organic' is a personality trait. It's like someone took a regular grocery store, picked out the worst tasting things, and then slapped a $15 price tag on a loaf of bread, and called it a revolution. The food is bland, pretentious slop served with a side of moral superiority. It's laughably out of place in a community where people have actual jobs and better things to do than pretend to enjoy flaxseed parfaits. All be has proved is that they've mastered the art of charging too much for food that tastes like cardboard rolled in dirt. It's not just out of touch--it's downright insulting to Wyoming. read more
