Super great service and the bowls/shakes are even better!! Filling and delicious! Easy location and nice, clean place.
Fantastic service and yummy smoothies. I was very impressed with the menu of protein smoothies... sooooo many flavors to choose from. I ordered the Blueberry Cake Donut and Strawberry Shortcake and was not disappointed. I look forward to visiting Cincinnati again so I can try other flavors from here.
Okay, okay-- it's about time I write a TEN STAR review for this place seeing as I go every single day when I'm home! Let me ask you something... where else (not just in Cincinnati, but in all of America tbh...) can you buy an Acai Bowl FOR under $10 with toppings, no added sugar, and legit the fastest service you've ever had anywhere of any type of food... the answer is literally NOWHERE in the country other than at Better Blend in DT Cincy. I consider myself a walking billboard for Better Blend's Acai bc I order a Super Bowl everyday (YUM!) with my four toppings for $9.99, and I walk across the city with it-- to my home, to my office, to Fountain Square, into OTHER restaurants to meet friends (ooops!)--and everyone who sees it can't help but ask "Woah, where'd you get that!?" Because it's THAT delicious and refreshing looking! I'll add some pics here but know this is just a fraction of our outings together lol. This is not the kind of place people generally stay and eat. I'd recommend ordering to-go... but with service like theirs, you could quite literally double-park, order, receive your order, and leave before a single other car pulls past on 4th (not recommended-- just a hyperbolic example). The people are awesome-- Zach always helps me-- and I love that it's a locally owned spot (other chain locations). Go Better Blend!!! And yes, I will officially be your Better Blender Influencer if you ask.
This is my new breakfast/lunch/dinner spot! It tasted delicious and even better it is healthy! I would eat something from this menu once a day if I could! All the flavors were amazing but my favorite thing on the menu is the acie bowl. Please please come here and try everything on the menu!
MY GO TO!! Better blend is the best. I always order after work, and it's ready by time I get there. The fruit is always fresh, and the smoothies are consistent. Employees are friendly and super helpful! Definitely recommend trying if you haven't.
This is the BEST smoothie bowl and protein shake place I've ever had. The flavors are delicious and their shakes are low sugar! Their smoothie bowls have zero added sugars and are so colorful and full of antioxidants. I love getting the combo with a snack size shake and smoothie bowl, you get the best of both worlds! They have protein buckeyes, poptarts, and cinnamon rolls. I really appreciate how nice their staff is too.
I was very excited to try this place after seeing their menu online. They have a lot of unique sounding flavors and they pride themselves on their smoothies making you feel full. Unfortunately this is what disappointed me. I was looking forward to a big smoothie with a unique flavor, but was ultimately unable to order that. They offer a great selection of non dairy milk options, but the protein they use in their smoothies (what makes them filling) is whey. Due to dietary restrictions I ended up getting a basic blend smoothie instead. It was alright, but there are a lot cheaper and better places that offer smoothies like that.
I kept meaning to walk here but never seemed to make it. Glad I was finally able to tonight because a smoothy really hit the spot. I wasn't sure what I was going to order and really appreciate the help picking just the right blend (which was slightly off menu but excellent). Now that I've been here I'm sure it will be a regular stop for a snack or bowl.
Really like the options here! I'm a big smoothie guy at home, but end up drinking the same flavors every time. The blends here have unique flavors that are intended to mimic desserts. It was mentioned that many of them have full servings of vitamins in each which they are able to add through their powders. So you're eating something that satisfies the sweet tooth, but also isn't nutritionally empty nor calorically dense! Win-win in my book. The staff was awesome here too. See's to be operated by a local family and the team was passionate about their mission of helping people make better diet choices. They were more than willing to answer questions we had. I'd definitely recommend for any sorta grab and go or even an early afternoon craving.

For my first visit, I have the Lean N Green smoothie & the dragon fruit based açaí bowl. I'll probably be back every day my entire stay. I was jealous of myself looking at my photo of the gorgeous bowl. The colors and vibe of the spot is also on point. Ps. The employees are so welcoming and helpful - don't be afraid to go in and try something!
Conveniently downtown, the new BB location has seating (socially distanced) to enjoy your smoothie. They also offer small bites of snack items at the register from another nutrition/health company. I got the Mighty Mango smoothie and was recommended to add protein powder and it was so good and just the right thickness. There is also merchandise available for purchase!
Great space and amazing shake. I had the butter pecan. I did not expect such a genuine BP taste w such low calorie, sugar, and fat plus high protein.

Their shakes have protein and are way lower in calories and sugar than competing smoothie shops. I also love the variety offered at Better Blend! If you aren't feeling a protein shake, then they have delicious smoothie bowls as well. It truly never disappoints!
It was my first time at BB on a hot day. The menu was overwhelming. Before barreling into a spiel, the associate asked if I wanted an intro or to just pick on my own. I asked for the details and was immediately at ease. After getting well-informed I got two smoothies (not just for me, I promise!) strawberry shortcake with their vegan protein base and another mango ginger all fruit one. My mango ginger smoothie was delicious! I will be back to try another great option and for the exceptional service. read more

I usually get the strawberry sunrise because it has mangos and strawberries in it and it's always good. Not too sweet and is blended well. Great service, I recommend ordering ahead. They have some seating but not a lot. I've been 4 times already. Tried a green smoothie and a chocolate one that were both very tasty. read more
Better Blend is a beautiful shop in the heart of downtown with a creative and very healthy menu! I got the cinnamon toast crunch shake as it was recommended to me by the server and my friend got the blueberry. The smalls were reasonably priced as well. And the first sip was great! But after that it was very difficult to finish. The overwhelming taste of artificial sweetener was not pleasant and the more we drank the less appealing our drinks got. While they are able to make these shakes high protein and low calorie, the strong taste of Stevia is too much to overlook. read more

YUM! What a treat! I had a smoothie bowl from Better Blend Nutrition delivered to my doorstep and it really made for a great start to my day. This was my first time enjoying a treat from Better Blend Nutrition and it did not disappoint. Honestly, I didn't even know this place existed prior to this occasion. I definitely need to come by the store to see it and enjoy more smoothies/smoothie bowls from them! My smoothie bowl was absolutely delicious and you could tell that all of the fruit was super fresh. I believe that my bowl also had some kind of peanut butter drizzle in which REALLY made for an added treat. The blueberries and coconut on top were a nice bonus and the whole experience definitely left me wanting more. I'll be back, Better Blend Nutrition! read more

Such delicious smoothies and bowls! I'm sad it took me so long to give them the time of day because now I'm obsessed with their açaí bowl and mighty mango smoothie. They have tons of toppings and boosters that make you feel like you're getting the most out of the smoothie/bowl and the staff is always so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend you to stop by before your walk on the waterfront! read more

Their SUPER BOWL was sooooo good. We were visiting Cincinnati late September and we're looking for a healthy treat. The hubby found them online and I was happy he did. It was handled properly and was perfect even after the 15 min drive back to Mt Adams. Definitely a must have!! read more

I just got back from Hawaii and wanted a really great açaí bowl, and they did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and fresh, and they had a perfect selection of add-ins. It stayed perfectly frozen on my walk back to the office. I will definitely be back. read more
