Really enjoyed my vegan fruit smoothie that was low in sugar. I subbed out the apple juice for 1/2 water 1/2 almond milk. Candidly, I wasn't feeling 100% due to my sinuses and wanted a little pick me up. I'm so glad that I stopped by. This was just what I needed and the service was amazing. Where do I even start. First of all, I am not a health nut, but try to find things that are healthy that my kids will enjoy. My 12 year old son is a super picky eater, we told him we were trying a new "shake" place and had heard it was really good. He was open to it because they had a Cookies and Cream flavor. He loved it. Score for mom! He is a cross country runner so now he requests to have these before a meet. This is the first healthy thing he asks for! My daughter is 15 and more into health and nutrition. She is a swimmer, so she gets one before swim meets. She thinks it really helps with her performance. Her favorite flavor is the Kitty Kat, but the new S'mores this weekend may have taken over the top spot. I go because of the taste, I am not a huge smoothie fan because I don't like the grit, but there isn't any traces of that. My favorite flavor is Pineapple Upside Down Cake because it tastes like Pineapple Dole Whip. I did try the Blueberry Donut this weekend and that was quite tasty too. I like the fruity flavors more than the peanut butter or chocolatey ones, but that is just me. You really can't go wrong with any flavor. I just don't know how Isaac does it, he really nails those flavors. He even has a Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip that tastes like it! I know people who just work their way down the flavor list in order to try each one. Now on to talk about Isaac. His passion is to help people live healthy lives and wants to build into the community. I met him shortly after he first opened. Just a really good guy. I've heard the hype so I finally decided to try it after a night class and I've fallen in love. I tried the strawberry shortcake and I was fully expecting to have that nasty thick protein powder taste. It was absolutely delicious!! More like a strawberry shortcake milkshake but they some how made it magically with way less fat and sugar and you still get your protein. Very happy about this place! I really like this place! I came after an intense workout and I was in need of some recovery! When I walked in, I was a little overwhelmed with all of the choices, but the staff there explained how their blends and shakes work and gave me recommendations! I tried the blueberry cake donut shake and it was delicious! They were able to make it without the ingredient that has gluten in it for me, which was great, and they don't add any dairy to their blends unless it specifically says so. They have a fun little rewards program and the staff were all really nice. I am SO THANKFUL that this place exists. I've been dying for a healthy smoothie option (all the others seem to be full of sugar and other garbage) and this place fits the bill every time.
