I really like the Açaí bowls here. I also like this location much more than the Erlanger one. This location is bigger and easier to get too parking wise. I did a build your own bowl here but kept it really simple with honey, bananas, strawberries, blueberries and coconut shavings. This is the smaller size they offer and it's still a lot. The bowls are much better than the smoothies. I would come here for a treat but if you are serious about macros I would not trust it. They do not measure anything when making it and that goes for even the protein smoothies. read more

My daughter has been raving about her first smoothie from Better Blend for about a month now, so I finally stopped in to try it for myself. I spent some time reading the large menu and selecting a flavor -- the staff was patient and had ready answers for my questions about ingredients and calories. I ended up trying the Banana Caramel Cheesecake flavor, in the "snack" size. The consistency was great - not too thin, and creamier than I expected from a smoothie. It definitely tasted of banana, with hints of caramel and cheesecake. I really enjoyed flavor for the first half, but I was glad I stuck with the snack size because about half way through the artificial sweetner flavor became more prominent and made the smoothie less enjoyable. I'd like to return and try a bowl, or one of the natural flavors that doesn't use stevia. read more

Quick service, tough location for parking if you're not already on campus. I tried the Funky Monkey, it was tasty but a full 24 oz would have been too much for me. There is definitely an aftertaste, which isn't a surprise for a protein shake/smoothie that has stevia. I would prefer something without any sweeteners in the future! read more

All I can say is I am hooked. I've tried every bowl except the island. The toppings are great, granola, coconut toasted or regular, flax and chia seeds, fruit and much more. Very fresh and I love thier story. Once I try the last bowl I will move on to the smoothies. There is a steady flow of traffic inside but never slow service. In theory I like Better Blend. They offer some smoothie choice that sound delicious (birthday cake, Reece cup, banana cheesecake), but the taste of the shakes are not good. The shakes I have ordered have a *hint* of the flavor they're titled after, but are overwhelmed by an icy water combination. The last shake I ordered I couldn't even finish because it tasted too much like artificial sweetener. Maybe an açaí bowl is more my speed, so I'll give that a try next. read more

Any time I have had an issue with my order, they are always willing to go above and beyond to fix it!! I typically get the dragonfruit bowl and it's my favorite. read more

Big fan! I have eaten so much better blend recently. I really enjoyed the açai berries with coconut, granola, and cacao nibs. I thought peanut butter would be out on top of blended berries, but it has become a favorite of mine. I love that I am feeding my body great nutrients and enjoying it all the same time. To me peanut butter and blended fruit can satisfy a sweet craving. Of the 3 Blends I've tried the açaí is my least favorite, but it is still really good. The owner is so friendly!!! read more

I really wanted to like this place :( I got a strawberry banana smoothie and just didn't enjoy it. I thought it lacked flavor and tasted like banana water slush. I understand it's healthy and low calorie, but it needed something to make it sweeter. The shop itself is cute and the staff were so friendly. I won't give up on Better Blends just yet, but I'll have to try something else next time if I find myself there again. read more

Plus if you sign up for the rewards system you get $2 off, & you get $1 off any time you check in on facebook or post a photo of your smoothie.
