This is a convenient location for me, in the same plaza as Crunch fitness in Newport. I love all 3 of the lunch flatbreads and also the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. They are generous with the ingredients which are also very fresh. I appreciate that you can adjust the amount of turbinado sugar added in the smoothies. I always get no sugar added which greatly reduces the calories as well. The smoothies are always sweet enough just from the fruit in my opinion. I've tried various smoothies and loved them all, a new favorite was the seasonal Cherry Berry protein. I was nervous about the taste adding whey protein, but it was delicious and didn't overwhelm the rest of the smoothie. Also the service is always so friendly and quick; the guys who work here do a great job. While I always get it to-go, inside is very bright and spotless. Get the app if you don't have it- so easy to customize ingredients and sweetness in the smoothies, plus they often have deals and promos.
