Stopped by to get my Mother's Day koozie and thought the card was super sweet. The drive through is always busy but it goes quick and is well managed. The location is a bit off the hwy, but still in a convenient location. Apparently they also have a walk-up window but I've never seen it used. The staff is always super friendly and they did have an officer directing traffic. My Pink Paradise Lemonade was really good, but I do wish they had a SF option. New coffee spot in the Newport area did not disappoint! Similar to Dutch Bros, 7 Brew is a mostly drive-thru coffee shop that offers a large variety of coffees, teas, specialty drinks, and shakes (check out their energy drink line!). It is a small shop with a nice vibe, and they seem to do well in handling heavy traffic. I ordered a cinnamon roll latte which was great, and my girlfriend got a banana bread cold brew, which tasted very much like the real thing. What stood out to me above everything was the service. When I went it was not even 8am and was monsooning outside. Regardless, the service staff were outside, raincoats and all, providing really sweet service with a smile. They were kind and efficient and are giving chik-fil-a staff a run for their money! Definitely recommend giving them a try if you're in the area and looking for something new. read more

Amazing drinks per usual for 7 brew but we had gone to buy a $25 gift card and asked if we could use the free drink card right now and the sweet lady that was taking our order said yeah but it had to be a separate order. Perfectly fine and understandable btw, but afterwards what seemed to be the manager on duty called her inside, first of all she was rude to the employee when telling her that it wasn't right to use it right now and we had to come back another time to use it secondly she looked our direction rolled her eyes with a nasty look and said "i don't understand why they couldn't have just come back but whatever". I work in customer service and i understand the frustration but if you're openly rude to not only your employee but a guest at your location then obviously this location just lacks professionalism to any degree. read more

A must try! First time visiting today and I am a FAN! I was immediately greeted upon rolling in the drive thru. Since it was the first time, the young man picked my drink. Decided to try because I was driving by and there wasn't a line for once. A lot of options for drinks and I hate that you have to scan to see the menu, would prefer a menu outside. I was overwhelmed so I asked the staff member for a rec and I got the caramel and vanilla breve. No idea what this is (again, no menu and it doesn't say. I asked if it was an iced coffee and was told it was iced). Just tasted like milk. $6 drink and threw it away after 3 sips. But staff was friendly and drink came out quick. read more

We were able to get some coupons to try this place and let me tell you they have figured out how to capture flavors in drinks like none other I have had. First time trying this place I got a Sweet and Salty and it tasted just like a salted caramel candy! The small was just sweet enough for me. The service was also amazing. Very friendly staff and quick service on drinks. We even went another time in the rain and the girl that took our order was still very polite and bubbly and even made a joke about the weather. I love their variety of drink options. This is the only location in NKY and with it just opening, it is busy. The line gets long, but service is quick! I always get the iced blondie with cookie butter and cold foam and it is so good. I hope in the future they get a walk up window, or introduce a mobile order. Put coconut in my drink, even though I told them I was allergic. And gave part of order to the car in front of us, who had the drinks in their car for several minutes before handing it back to the worker-- who proceeded to serve them to us, insisting "I didn't see them drink out of them!" Gross! We tried 7 brew in Georgia and it was great, so I had high hopes, but this definitely isn't it. Maybe make your employees take some food safety training or something- but until then, stay away if you care about hygiene or have food allergies. read more

love their coffee but they/someone really need to figure out the drive-thru line situation. no clear indication on where the line should form when it reaches outside the parking lot... then you have a disaster; people honking, people have no clue where the line is, the line reaches out to Carothers rd. causing further backups. coffee is delicious tho!! read more

Supposedly 7 Brew Coffee opens in Newport Ky at 5:30am yet I've left early and made a special trip to get coffee only to find it not open at 5:40am. Cars are there but cones are blocking the drive thru. Oh, and you can't call them as the listed number is not to the local store, it goes to HQ. Do better 7 Brew for us early risers that are trying to give you sales. read more
