Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold Foam
Bailey D.

Point Perk is such a hidden gem ... especially for people who work or study remotely! I've visited a handful of times on weekdays, and am always struck by how quiet it is, and how productive I can be because of it. There's plenty of space to spread out, whether your stopping in solo, or with a group. The coffee is always on point, and on my most recent visit, I enjoyed some cold brew with vanilla cold foam. They also serve a variety of tasty-looking pastries, which I have yet to order, but am always tempted by. I would remiss if I didn't mention this coffee shop's mission. Point Perk falls under the nonprofit, The Point Arc, which provides jobs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It feels good to support such an important local cause, and I'll continue to stop into Point Perk as often as possible!

Efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere! I was waiting on my car at Firestone so I walked around and found this coffee shop

Grabbed excellent latte here after the north south bakery event and enjoyed the service, drink quality, and community space they offered. Regardless of the mission, which is excellent, this is a good coffee shop!

Walked in here on a gloomy Friday after a bengals loss looking for a pick me up, and i got just that. The customer service is great and they stand for a great cause; creating opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Although the my chai latte is a bit sweet, the note on the coffee sleeve made me smile :)

This is a super cute coffee/tea/juice spot with friendly people and an excellent cause. We ordered the fresh juice, and it was fantastic!!! If we were local, we would absolutely attend all the time.

Very comfortable, lots of tables with seating, simple menu with coffee, tea, smoothies, baked goods, snacks, friendly staff. I love that they support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Such an excellent business!

This is my first time back to Point Perk since the pandemic began and also since they opened the attached dining/seating area! If you're reading a review that references "limited seating" it's probably an old review prior to this area opening. There was an ABUNDANCE of seating and virtually no one in this area. Honestly, this is my new best-kept secret (maybe I shouldn't even be writing this review). It's so hard to find a coffee shop where find ample seating so you can sit and hammer out some work! Look no further, Point Perk's new space has plenty of space and delicious caffeinated options. They also have garage door windows that they open up when the weather is nice enough, how cool! I'm definitely excited to work here when the garage doors are open so I can soak up the sun as I get shit done! Truly, with the addition of this space, this may be one of my new favorite places to work (and it's within walking distance of my house!). I'll definitely be back soon!

Great space to work, selection of syrups, nice staff. Plenty of parking on street with mobile app payment.

A great coffee shop. A little overpriced, but the money helps people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

I came for the rose water pistachio waffles. They did not disappoint! They were light and floral,…read moreas I expected. They executed this wonderfully! Only thing is I wish they could make it gluten free. I got the Mira bowl in a kid size portion and had boiled eggs as an add on. Perfect portion! The bartender recommended the smaller size since I was getting waffles and I'm glad she made that suggestion. Lavender latte with oatmilk was light and delicate. Just what I was looking for. Nothing was too sweet and I enjoyed everything. The inside had a nice airy feel to it. They have a cute little kids corner filled with books and fun stuff for the little ones to stay busy while waiting on meals. They close at 3 so I recommend enjoying it for brunch/lunch!

Ambiance is a 4, very obvious it's the community place to gather. Seating is available at the bar…read morewhere there are baked goods like biscotti, mini muffins, chocolate chip cookies and banana bread are on display. Or you can be seated at a table in a large open dining area. Very community conscious with a ramp for wheelchair to get from main hostess area to the dining area. I was seated right away. Being visitor from VA Beach, I asked what's the recommended dish, the server suggested omelette. But I wasn't in the mood for omelette so I saw shakshuka. I tried their Green Goddess version that has spinach (instead of tomato sauce) and feta. The food is a solid 3. I also ordered the Dubai Chocolate latte. It was a 3 as you taste more the milk than the chocolate syrup. I also got their chocolate chip banana bread.
