Spicy Shakshuka and London Fog were delicious, with ample leftovers for the next day!

Cafe Alma is a family favorite for brunch. We were thrilled to meet up with our of town visitors Saturday- and everyone left satisfied and happy. The food, service and vibe are always terrific.

We found this cafe doing a search for gluten free food. The place was great, quaint, staff were pleasant and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Finally got to try shakshuka for the first time! Several GF options and this is a restaurant that understands celiac disease.

The brunch here is so good! I've tried both the rosewater waffle and the French toast, and you honestly can't go wrong with either -- both are delicious. The inside is surprisingly spacious, and we've never had an issue getting a table, even during busy times. Parking can be a little tight though, so just be prepared to park across the street or a bit down the road. Overall, amazing brunch and definitely worth the visit!

It's still an amazing cafe - I love the salted honey tahini latte currently on special! Give it a try!

Never disappoints. Came here early July and again because I love this place that much. I bring all my friends whenever they visit. From the drinks to the food and bakery items, everything on the menu is amazing. They even expanded their cafe into the Rec Center in Blue Ash. Now I just need them to come to Mariemont :) I was super hungry so I got a lot of food this time. I had never tried any of their sandwiches so I got the eggplant sandwich which has the hummus. It was very tasty and filling. I had also got the latte flight because it's always so hard to choose from the drink menu since they have so many tasty lattes. This gave me a chance to try a handful of them. I had also gotten a side of the Israeli salad and a chocolate chip pancake. That Israeli salad is so refreshing and as a side comes with a healthy portion. The pancake is so moist as it's made from yogurt. Every single bite was delicious and had the right amount of chocolate chips to batter ratio. I really liked how light and airy their pancake is. My friends were very happy with all their choices as well. I don't think I've had anything that I've not liked on the menu here. The staff is super friendly and is usually quick. However, the last few times I have seen it take much longer for the food to come out as the kitchen is backed up. Not sure if this was just for the summer or if they are still trying to hire with their new location in Blue Ash Being open as well. However, it is worth the wait,, but just something to know because it had eaten up most of our Sunday when I had friends visiting because we were there for a little over two hours before everyone got fed. Can't wait to be back again soon.

Needed a quick bite while working remote in between seeing clients. Service was fast and atmosphere is very nice! The parfait was refreshing and delicious. Loved how fresh the fruit was. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back for a full meal'

Beautiful space. Authentic food. They stay busy, but you can make reservations online. The breakfast sandwich tahini had a mustard flavor that I did not like, I wished i had said on the side. I like the diverse choice of sides - tried the broccoli, sweet potatoes and broccoli. The lattes are indulgent. Baklavatte was like a dessert.

Love this place! Service and food are outstanding. Started with the Rose Matcha Latte and enjoyed the tomato basil quiche of the day. Highly recommend

Great spot for breakfast and especially brunch! Cozy atmosphere, perfect for a friend gathering! Every meal I had here was hearty, balanced and tasty. My recommendations are the Shakshouka and the Golden Latte!

If you're searching for fresh and delicious, this is the brunch spot you've been wanting all your life! There is some street parking, as well as availability in their small lot. Plenty of natural light and great energy inside as you're guided to your table. Will you choose a coffee flight? A fresh loaf of challah bread with hummus? It's all delish! For this visit, we had Max's French Toast and the eggs benedict. They make the very best French toast, so I recommend you try that first. It is plenty big to share, unless you are super hungry. Service was a tiny bit off this time, but you can't win them all.

Cute vibes and friendly staff. The food looks nice but the only thing that I liked was the classic hummus and the salmon. The bread can be a bit tough but the inside was soft and paired well with the hummus. The parking lot is a little on the smaller side so you might need to find somewhere else to park nearby. It might also help to check the menu out online before you come.

Cafe Alma had been on my list of restaurants to try for quite a while but it's about a 45 minute drive so the opportunity doesn't come up often. I was so glad we got to fit it in with a trip to Cincinnati today! Their parking lot is tiny and there were no available spaces so we had to back up and back onto Montgomery Road which was a little daunting. Luckily there was street parking right out front though. I had heard there is often a wait so was pleased that at noon on a Sunday we got right in. It was hopping though so it was very loud, so much so that it was hard to have a conversation. We were seated at a table with banquette seating that was unusually high and awkward to the table. We noticed the couple next to us commenting on that as well. Our server, as well as the hostess, were friendly and efficient. We ordered cocktails and our food at the same time; the food came out so quickly that it arrived before the drinks! I had never had shakshuka so had to order that and my hubby got the French toast. He did have to ask for syrup but other than that he enjoyed it. My shakshuka came with challah and both were very tasty. Oh and the cocktail was delicious and refreshing too! Definitely want to go back and take my daughter and her boyfriend next time.

What a perfect little cafe! I can't believe the space used to be Molly Malones, the renovations and decor are so good! The staff is friendly, food delicious, and fresh juices a Must have! I can't wait to stop by again!

I had brunch there on Friday, 7/19 and paid with the handheld computer. I just happened to notice that I don't see a charge on my debit card. However, I have a pending charge for Lola Cafe, which I've never been to before. Same company?

The hummus was fresh, the falafel was crispy on the outside and tasty, the lamb was tender, and the lahmacun ('Turkish pizza' for those that haven't tried this) was outstanding. The Lahmacun reminded me of my visit to a Turkish restaurant in Kazakhstan many years ago -- it was that good. My adult kids also had the salmon and a chicken sauté and loved both... I almost lost a finger getting a nibble. The drinks and desserts were also spot on. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and has seating to accommodate larger groups, so bring your friends and family and share. One recommendation for the Cafe -- we wish the lighting were a bit dimmer. Seemed a little bright in the main dining area. Other than that, thanks for a great night.

Service: 4.7/5 Very friendly! They course out your plates for you which I always love. They were able to accommodate my pescatarian diet (I.e., meats on the side to give to others at the table). On a less busy night, they offered a free toast for my birthday. I've been for other celebratory dinners here on busier nights where that hasn't happened, so it was a lovely surprise! Ambiance: 4/5 A little busy and can get loud on the weekends with table chatter, cutlery clinks, and the brick walls echoing noise around. Tables are also close together, so you can definitely hear the conversation next to you. The decor is pleasant and the lighting is soft and romantic enough that it is still a perfect date night spot! I've since moved to Liberty Twp. but the Phoenician still beckons. Had dinner last night there with my wife. It was a wonderful experience. I felt it was high time I wrote them up. We started with an excellent double-hop IPA and a great Lebanese red wine, I think it was called Kefraya. Gonna seek it out locally, maybe at Jungle Jim's. As always, the pita bread is fresh, oven-hot and delectable. The shankleen appetizer is outstanding, a lovely fusion of greens, lentils, feta cheese, olive oil and spices. Wife ordered schwirma - slow-grilled combo of sliced chicken alongside sliced beef and lamb. The waiter obligingly substituted a side of couscous for rice, no extra charge. I had a braised shank of lamb in a rich tomato sauce. Both entrees were delicious. As always, the portions were very generous, so we took food home along with complimentary fresh pita bread. Besides the great food, the service is superb. The owner makes a point of stopping at each table to ensure that the diners are happy. We look forward to our next visit.

We are in town visiting and we went there for a nice meat meal after several days of dairy on the road. There were 6 of us at the table with 2 children. If I lived in town I would not be going back. They had 1 waitress working the entire place. She was kind enough but all she did was make excuses. We sat down at 6:15 and we did not get our hummus appetizer, which apparently they ran out of soon after, until 7:15. When we arrived there was only 2 tables occupied so it was not bustling. I am not sure how or why it took so long to prepare Hummus but given the ingredients I could have scratch cooked our entire meals in a fraction of that time. Again, when we arrived there were 2 other tables of 2 and maybe 1-2 small orders picked up during out time there. During our visit they had several more groups come in, some served before us, some getting the constant refrain, "we are out of this." It seems like there was 1 chef in the kitchen preparing all the food on their own. It is also highly problematic that they had 2 small children sitting there for an hour with not even a little bread or anything. We had to push the waitress to get the hot dogs out so they would calm down. As for the food, most of it was OK. The ribeye was properly cooked. The braised short rib was tender with a little wine flavor. The kids hot dogs were hot dogs. The chicken schwarma was flavorful. The Israeli salad was what you would expect. The green beans were overcooked, unseasoned and tasted like nothing. The worst and most impressive thing was how they got the mashed potatoes to taste like they came from a powder out of a box. I don't often leave something completely uneaten but they were inedible. How you can serve a $50 steak with such artificial swill is beyond me. I get it, they are the only option. Fail!
