There are an overwhelming amount of options, but I focused on the items that I I'm normally drawn towards. The barista and I created a handcrafted sugar-free and totally delicious iced latte. Finally made my way back and this time I was hit with the long line I've heard about. The line moved somewhat fast as they had a total of 3 lines going on during this time. I had ordered one of the seasonal drinks and once again was not disappointed. The staff was just as friendly this time as they were the last time I made a visit. read more

They are always super nice, which seems to be rare in Cincinnati for me. Last time, there was a blonde man and a brunette barista who was very nice and patient. The coffee portions are much larger than those at Starbucks and Dunkin'. Tastes a lot better, too. Calories can be high for a drink, but it makes a very sweet treat every once in a while. The only inconvenient thing is that it is located at the corner of a residential neighborhood. So traffic can be heavy. Would recommend any of the protein coffees read more

WOW!! I had an absolutely amazing first Dutch Bros experience. The barista who took my order was extremely friendly, gave me a compliment and then also gave me a coffee for free because it was my first time there - thank you Ellie! This place is so slow with all the other coffee alternatives around the city. I would think that they would be on it. I have been in the line for 20 minutes and nobody has moved. I don't understand the hype about this place - I have tried the coffee and I have tried the energy drinks the only thing I think that is left is the chocolate milk? I hit the drive thru and I don't really know what to think. The menu is huge and that makes things a bit daunting. I tried just a regular iced chai latte and it was good, nothing special. Solid price, and was made quickly. Dutch Bros seems to have a ton of fans nationwide. I've driven by a few times and the lines are crazy long, all the way out to the street. From the moment I pulled in, the vibe was on point--super friendly and lively, music going outside like it was a party. I loved that they actually came to the car to take my order--so polite and upbeat. It was my first time trying to figure out what protein coffee to get, and the staff were super chill answering my questions. They gave me their favorites and even threw in that "trust me, it's better this way" nod. That sealed it. When I got to the drive-up window, the guy told me my order was still being made fresh. I asked, "So what do I do now--just pull up and park?" He grinmed and said, "We can have a convo." That was the coolest thing! Literally don't sleep! After I figured out that my order would be taken by a person I was good to go. They have menus spread out through the drive-thru but if you are a Dutch Bros virgin I suggest getting to know the menu before you go. The barista who took my order was adorable and asked about my day. Which definitely changed by her sweet vibes and an offer for a free drink. (This was so incredibly nice!) It definitely made me smile!! Little did she know I was about to take a drink tour and order the Holiday drinks! I was bummed about the lack of sprinkle for the Holiday Cookie Freeze but tbh I was iffy about this one and traded it for an Iced Golden Eagle, which was 5/5 and I'll add a soft top next time. I loved the hot Candy Cane Mocha 5/5. The Mistletoe Rebel gets a 3/5 because I should have ordered it sugar-free! The Hazelnut Truffle at a preference gets a 3/5 because caramel is my favorite!! Staff was very friendly and funny, but the lines were SO long given they had just opened when I went. I got an iced coffee and it was a bit too indulgent for my taste - where's the coffee? Decided to see what the hype I was seeing on social media was about. I downloaded the app and earned a free medium drink. I had heard their hot chocolate and chocolate milk was amazing so I decided on a salted caramel hot chocolate as it was a pretty chill day. The app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. After watching the line not move for almost 5 minutes I decided to join the line. While it is clearly marked to be 2 lines 1 for walk up and 1 for mobile orders everyone was in 1 line. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally got to the window gave my name and the girl proceeded to make my order which I was kind of glad it hadn't been made and sat. They were out of medium cups so the girl upgraded me to a large for free which was a pleasant surprise. Their hot chocolate is chocolate milk heated up and for the salted caramel it was a syrup added. When she handed me the cup I could feel it was too hot to drink. After a couple of minutes I was able to start sipping it. The taste was creamy, not burnt tasting like a lot of other coffee places and the perfect amount of salted caramel. After finishing it I was very satisfied and have been wanting more. I will definitely visit again, but hopefully there will be less of a wait. Even the drive thru moved slowly and was full to the parking lot exit the whole time I was there. read more

I was glad to see a COFFEE shop open in Finneytown, my neighborhood. I ventured to stop by one day to see what all the excitement and long lines were about. All I wanted though was to try their coffee. Much to my dismay Dutch Bros COFFEE shop does not sell a hot cup of Java. I should sue for false advertising. read more

While the coffee is good, not worth the wait. I would not come here unless you have nothing but time. The store has been opened for a couple months now and at this rate should have a handle on the drive thru, the drive thru pace is unbelievable slow we sat there at 11:00 on a Saturday for almost 40 minutes, there were long stretches of time where we didn't even see coffees coming out and once your in line there is no way to exit it so your forced to continue to wait read more

Love Dutch Bros. Love their coffee. But this location really needs to get it together. SO slow. they were pretty fast and efficient when they first opened but that past two times i've been there has been maybe 12 cars in line and it has taken over 30 minutes. None of the staff has any sense of urgency. Very sad and very frustrating. read more

It seems they started with a full team and then scaled back. Drive through is way too slow in the morning when people are popping in for a coffee before work.
