Years ago, when I lived in this area, this was my regular Starbucks... Good for grabbing a quick caffeine fix, meeting up with friends or colleagues, or having a change of scenery to get some work done. Today I swung in just for two caffeinated beverages around mid morning. The staff was friendly and fun, and they got me in and out quickly. It's definitely been a while since I've been here, because the seating has been upgraded. There used to be a few tables inside. Now there is a long bench with individual tables and chairs opposite the bench. Essentially, it's set for pairs of people to sit together, but looks like the tables are movable for a modular option if you have a larger group. As an added bonus, there were sample drinks, in shot-glass-sized plastic cups that one of the barista made. I tried it, and it had a gingerbread type flavor - very tasty! read more

I decided to try the pumpkin spice finally I got the Frappuccino person it wasn't bad I also got the Apple croissant that was pretty good could have used some more apples but the line was so long I even use the app to make my order and I was sitting there for at least a good 15-20 minutes before I actually approach the window I also got a pup cup for my two dogs in the car overall though the girl working the window was very sweet I do enjoy Starbucks they're just aren't really any of my area and they're kind of pricey but it was worth it to try something new read more

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with this Starbucks. They're always out of so many items, and when they do have what I order, it's often made wrong. It's frustrating because Starbucks used to be reliable, but lately it feels like the quality and management have really gone downhill. Service: I got complete attitude because I ask for light ice in my refresher. Not that I need to explain but I have teeth sensitivities don't get me wrong I would like my drinks cold, but I don't need all that ice to making it freezing cold! Will never understand walking into an establishment and being second priority to those ordering via mobile app. I came in during a break at work with intent to relax with a coffee in the atmosphere and was told it would be a 40 minute wait for all in house orders due to an influx of mobile orders. After waiting an hour, I had to return to work without my coffee. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks before. read more

I rarely stop at Starbucks as I usually make my coffee at home, but is it normal for them to never do stock in the back. I order usually through the app and it says my drink is available but when I go to pick it up they're always telling me they're out of the stock necessary to make a drink. I'd honestly recommend not coming to this location as they seem to not have any of the tools necessary to make a drink that is basic if they only did stock either earlier in the week or that day. read more

So it was pack.. no problem. Understand. However I ordered two drink and a pastry. I was charged for 3 drinks. I was able to get my refund and the guy was nice so that was ok. But it took 45 mins to get my completed order and the drink was made wrong! 45 mins the location thinned out people came after me and left before me and no one even talk to me to apologize for the wait or even say "oh I see you haven't gotten your order yet, what is your name and what did you order?" -I got nothing!! If you decide to skip every other review, read this one. I have probably been to over 30 different Starbucks locations across the country, and this one comes in last place by a MILE. Don't get me wrong, when the drive thru line is less than 2 cars short, sometimes I can get a coffee in less than 20 minutes. but when the line is more than five people long, the employees lose their shit and don't know how to act. Every time I go, someone new, takes my order and hands me my drink. There was one instance where I mobile ordered and didn't get my drink until 10 minutes after the time I was supposed to. This is the absolute worst Starbucks in a 5 mile radius but it is also the only one who takes the points off the app. Every time you come regardless of sitting in the drive thru, or doing a mobile order, or even going in to order, you are guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes and that's on a good day. Also yo point out it's always at least 5-6 people working. Every other one has 2 people and put out more product in a faster time. Highly unprofessional, do not recommend. I stood up there, slow pacing back and forth between the the counter and the pastry case for over 5 mins without so much as even a greeting or eye contact! Service was SLOW! It's 3pm on a Saturday and only 1 barista??? Something is wrong here. There should always be two people working. It took around 10-15 minutes for one barista to take the order and make drinks for 3 customers. Service finally picked up when another barista walked back in from his break. I give the barista doing it all some credit but I feel bad for her as well. She shouldn't have been left alone given how busy it was. There were at least 5 customers behind me as well. I tried to come through the drive thru at this location at 8:57 when they closed at 9. They told me they were already closed, even though there was multiple people in front of me and behind me. The manager Jamie was very rude. I was trapped in the drive thru for twenty minutes while they helped the person directly in front of me, but would not assist me. When I got to the window I was told they already pulled the tills, even though I watched them make the transaction just two minutes before. I come to Starbucks multiple times during the week and I've never had such a bad experience. I also called customer service, and she didn't even here what I had to say. I really like this Starbucks. Almost all my experiences have been positive, especially recently! In the mornings I've been going through the drive thru and the service is quick and friendly! My usual these days is a skinny vanilla latte and they make it well each time! I also appreciate that they ask if I want a stopper in my drink before I leave because I always do and sometimes forget to ask but luckily they do! I've been to this location a couple times but just for the drive-thru. The other night a friend and I sat in and enjoyed a cup of Teavana tea. I stuck with my Moroccan Mint green tea with honey, while my friend had the Youthberry which always smells so good! The tea was piping hot, just what we needed for a cold evening. The service was ok. I wish my trip to this starbucks was as good as the other reviewers but not so much. We waited in line for a good ten minutes and hadnt moved so i went into the store and to find the line equally as long! They are out of all the breakfast and the staff were so rude and disorganzied! There was one brown haired gal that had teased hair who had the worst attitude and scowl on her facr. This is the best Starbucks that I've been to. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I asked their shift manager so many questions about the menu and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. My drink came fast and is so good. I always come to this location because everyone is so friendly. On top of that the service is quick and good quality.
