The "smoothie" bowls aren't smoothie-like, but more similar to a slushy. the fruit was okay and they forgot to add honey to both bowls. Incredibly disappointed. Barely giving the third star. Sunday afternoon with steady but not overly busy day. Five employees who are not able to maintain the steady business nor do I believe English is understood by all. One lady asked for a simple to-go box and it took three employees to finally determined what was needed and get it to the customer. I ordered a simple smoothie with an extensive waiting time. I ordered a hummus wrap. Well it arrived with chicken in it, which is understandable since there is a very similar wrap on their menu. If I wasn't vegan I probably wouldn't have minded. Ordered Chicken Caprese and club sandwich with the kale apple slaw. Both sandwiches were excellent and the kale apple slaw was excellent. They took a few minutes a drive thru but having made to order and the freshness was spot on. Worth it. This is my first time at this establishment so maybe it's an off day. But I went through the drive-through and they have a hands-free payment method. Which is fine, I like the idea. But the person handed me the thing and I put my card in and she said "use both hands" she wanted me to take it. So I held it and I did my thing. But I continue to hold it because she walked away. And when I got my food the side ordered was the oven baked Lays. But I got the regular Lays. And personally I don't really like the regular lays so I was kinda disappointed when I opened the bag and saw that it was just classically's chips instead of oven baked. Classic Lays chips is not on the menu, and nobody told me that they were out of the oven baked and that they were going to make that substitution. Kind of a disappointing experience, but again it might be an off day. read more

Sick with diarrhea and abdominal pain after eating their Baja chicken wrap and sweet potatoes. I didn't finish it because it didn't taste right. The sweet potatoes had a weird scent, so thank God I stopped after 2 bites. I think this establishment is serving either old/expired food or my food was contaminated. I stoped In yesterday to get a nice treat in this restaurant it was very colorful inside. these two very sweet girls were working very hard when someone came over started screaming at one of the girls this was very disappointing and disgusting he continued to say rude things to his staff I was very disappointed and upset with this man and how he was treating these girls, the smoothies very good though as they normally are, but I felt very bad for them. this restaurant tried to serve our food to somebody else, and the kids at the table touched it, realized it wasn't there, and then they tried to take it and serve it to us. Unacceptable. I asked that they make me a new food and instead they tried to wrap up the food that has been touched by other people and give it back to me. Gross! read more

These smoothies are great but you really have to watch the sugar. Ordered a chocolate banana thinking it was somewhat healthy protein smoothie and they dump over 1 cup of sugar in it. You can request no added sugar!! read more

My favorite lunch and smoothie place and my favorite location. I've had several smoothies and they are all delish - I recommend leaving out the added sugar, it will also reduce the calories by about half. The Thai Chicken Wrap is my go to for lunch. So tasty, tender juicy chicken, and fresh greens. I so love this place, I don't feel like crap after lunch because I ate something good. And the smoothie is a treat, as good as a milkshake from that local bakery that makes ice cream, difference is you feel good and not bloated after. Definitely a great addition to the area and wish they would open that one sitting on the west side-the sign is up but there has been no activity. Makes me sad. But until then I can get my TSC fix during the week when I'm at work. read more

I am in love with the smoothies here, I had almost given up on smoothies after getting so many bad ones at Panera but I gave this place a try and it was amazing! The flavor options are wonderful there are so many and a big plus is if you order the same smoothie as last time it always tastes the same, I've never ever said oh this was better last time because it is consistently good! The smoothies taste very fresh as well they do not taste artificial at all! It is a wonderful flavor every single time! The workers are very friendly and helpful as well. The smoothies were a hit with my granddaughers, and my Baja Bowl was very good. The man who took my order did not ask if this was carry out or dine in, and the meals came as carry out. I ordered a bowl but was served a wrap, which I exchanged. I hope additional training will help, as the quality of the menu seems very good. read more
