I wish my trip to this starbucks was as good as the other reviewers but not so much. We waited in line for a good ten minutes and hadnt moved so i went into the store and to find the line equally as long! They are out of all the breakfast and the staff were so rude and disorganzied! There was one brown haired gal that had teased hair who had the worst attitude and scowl on her facr. No one greeted customers and they kept making drinks wrong and would give them away for free at the counter which only delays the correct orders! Stear clear from this location. Came here and got a couple chocolate banana lattes. If you shop and Kroger and spend enough money they will give you $20 Starbucks cards. Then you take these cards over to Starbucks to indulge in your 3rd space needs. read more

This is the best Starbucks that I've been to. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I asked their shift manager so many questions about the menu and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. My drink came fast and is so good. I always come to this location because everyone is so friendly. On top of that the service is quick and good quality. Definitely recommend coming to this location. read more

Very disappointed, sat in drive through for at least 15 minutes. I knew I probably would be late to work if I tried going through the drive through. Always slow and the drinks aren't made correctly. I never get friendly service at this particular location!!! read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The employees care more about chatting it up then serving the customers or even acknowledging the customers around them. I'm not sure if the staff are wickedly hungover or just stoned. The entire staff has memory problems and forgets what they are working on. And when you remind them after waiting for 15 minutes for a mobile order you put in 12 mins ago they look at you as if your the problem. 25 minutes for a mobile order is a problem and then having to repeatedly ask for your order. Having dealt with this store I have in-turn gone out of my way to order from many different Starbucks stores as to avoid this one (even though this so convenient for me) and no other Starbucks store is like this. I get super awesome service, acknowledgement, and communication when there is an extended wait or if they are out of something I have placed as an order through their app. If you have time to hang out and like reminding the staff what they forgotten or that you are still waiting on something then this is the store for you. I really wish they would review management and fire whoever is in charge b/c they are obviously not doing their jobs. This is the worst Starbucks in the chain. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for 5 years and I can't understand the negative comments. I have always seen it well staffed and extremely friendly. I'm a Starbucks nut so I know where every Starbucks is inside and outside the 275 loop. I love this location and it's staff. I only wish it were bigger so there were more tables inside. read more

We saw this Starbucks on our way and I really wanted some mocha to start the morning with. I don't know if it was because of the particular area or culture or else, but the guy who was taking our order had a really crapy attitude... he started to mock my Chinese friend while he was not understanding that this guys is really sarcastic. Then he went to make something at the oven and stared at me to take the order. Like always, I was expecting to place the order at the desk but he repeatedly was saying "i dont hear you" or why I don't place any order. I said I am waiting for you to be back at the desk but he said no I am waiting to take the order (at the oven apparently) so when I asked for the mocha he had to walk to the desk to place the order... i didn't get it what was the attitude in the morning. It didn't ruin the day since this guy was absolutely absurd and discriminatory. And they made the worst mocha of all time... i have been drinking mocha for more than two years and i can tell that this was the crappiest mocha ever... maybe intentional... read more

I should have read the reviews before stopping here!!! The customer service is awful!!! I visited the drive through at about 5:15 p.m. this evening and ordered my usual Grande Soy White Mocha, well-stirred with whipped cream. Upon arriving at the window, I was greeted by Sara who was pleasant enough, (at first), as she scanned my Gold Starbucks card, via the Starbucks mobile app. After paying for my drink, I was able to watch the barista make my drink from my car, (I had the perfect vantage point). Once I saw that said staff member was not planning to stir my drink, (instead giving the cup a couple of shakes as the espresso dripped into it), I asked Sara to make sure it was stirred. She claimed it was being stirred, exchanged a few words with the barista making my drink and then reassured me the drink had been stirred as she accepted it from its maker. To this I responded that I had been watching the barista and they had not stirred it before adding the whipped cream, placing the lid on it, and handing the drink to her to give to me. She proceeded to sigh heavily, roll her eyes, pause to look at me as though my request had been unreasonable, and then in a rude tone said she would stir it and walked out of sight with my drink in hand. Less than ten seconds later she resurfaced, handed me the beverage, and then slammed the window shut without so much as a "goodbye", "thank you", or "have a good day". Blown away by the horrible customer service and the fact that my request to have my drink actually made the way I ordered it could turn seemingly sweet Sara into her rude alter ego, my dissatisfaction was heightened when I removed the lid and found the whipped cream still perfectly intact and undisturbed as the drink had not been stirred. Although this may seem minor, white mocha "sauce" is thicker than the traditional syrups used in other flavored lattes. Thus, when it is not stirred, there is a tendency for the syrup to remain at the bottom, causing the drink to taste less flavorful until the last sips which are super sweet. Every other location I have visited has obliged when such a simple request is made. Some baristas opt for the ridiculously large Starbucks spoon provided to them. Others use a straw or a wooden stir stick. Regardless whether I'm at another Ohio location, or in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, or elsewhere in the country, never before has a Starbucks experience been so bad!!! read more
