The barista cashier was either quite frazzled, new, or has poor time management skills, as she kept bouncing back and forth between my very short order, desperately attempting to put a sandwich in a bag, making it fall apart in the process, and the other 2 baristas present. Plus, she began to tell me my my order wasn't available, when I checked their site before walking in. It seemed she just couldn't really focus on any one task, and this location wasn't busy enough to warrant THAT level of incompetence. As I waited far too long for my matcha latte, I watched the baristas push out drinks that were 75% full for the pick up counter...hopefully those people sent them back! Also adding criminal amounts of ice to drinks...that's some expensive ice! As for my matcha latte, it tasted slightly off/funny. Based on how I felt afterwards, my guess is they didn't get my order right, and added dairy to my drink. I had the same drink recently at Liberty Town Center, and the two taste almost nothing alike! So, if you have dietary restrictions/allergies, or like your drinks correct, patron another cafe. read more

Just informed that mobile orders go to the bottom of the list in preparation. All in house customers must be served first. Was told that Starbucks had changed policy on preparation. App said 30 minutes until pick up available. Once I got there it was another 10 minutes. Won't be doing this again. Starbucks is out of their minds. There is a Starbucks on every corner but that's because we like consistency. And while I love local, chef owned restaurants, I must admit that in the beverage department I usually prefer Starbucks. I really only drink water or tea/lemonade. And I mostly make my own tea at home. But when I'm out or traveling I love Starbucks Passion tea with lemonade. I like that no matter where I am I know I'm going to get the beverage I'm expecting. I've tried ordering in small local tea shops but it's hard because you really don't know what the tea is going to taste like unless you've been to a place before. I also really appreciate the to go boxes of healthy snacks (cheeses, sandwiches,etc) which make eating healthier easy in a world of fast food. Their croissants are the best when warned so if you order one, say yes! When they ask if you want it warm. This Harper's location is also one of my favorites because the baristas are friendly and fast. It's always busy but you never feel like you wait very long. read more

The drinks are ok, however I do not recommend going through the drive-through. I'm not sure why I keep giving them another try. On average it is probably a 15 minute wait. Although it is taking me up to 30 minutes to get through the line with less than 10 cars in front of me. This is the only one that I consistently have issues with. read more

Not very fond of this location. They often mess up my order, this time they gave me a hot latte in my COLD CUP WITH A STRAW. I didn't see them making it, and burned my mouth when I took a big sip through the straw. I quickly went back in and the lady insisted I didn't say iced. Luckily the guy behind me in line spoke up and said, she sure did say iced. WHY would I put hot coffee in a cold cup anyways? Besides that the line is always super long and no tables are usually available. It is at least clean. read more

I really like this Starbucks - they are not usually as busy first thing in the morning as other 'bucks. I've even come in there first thing in a work morning and needed some coffees to go for a group and they were able to accommodate me within 15 minutes! I have also sat and worked in there for a few hours a few times and I particularly love the bar seating they have near the creamer/sugar station that has plentiful outlets and faces a window. The baristas are very nice and there are two bathrooms as opposed to a single one in a lot of Starbucks locations. read more

I went into Starbucks to order drinks for myself and several coworkers on Saturday February 28th, 2015, at 4:34pm. Upon letting the cashier Pria know that I would be ordering 13 drinks, she immediately let out a very exasperated sigh, and was extremely rude through the entire process. After taking the third drink she asked me if I had more drinks with an attitude. I mentioned that I would be tipping quite well for all the work and to calm down, she just rolled her eyes at me and continued with her temper tantrum. It was like ordering drinks from a child who clearly needed a nap. I have never been treated so horribly when bringing a Starbucks $60 worth of orders. I will also be calling corporate and making them aware of her unprofessional and downright disgusting attitude towards regular guests. I will gladly take my business elsewhere if this problem is not resolved. I am all about second chances, but I will never let that female take my order or tip money ever again. There is a Starbucks across the street that will gladly accept my business with a smile and some appreciation for the orders. What they say is true, when you have had a bad experience at a restaurant or shop you tell everyone. I have been letting everyone I know that there is an extremely rude cashier at this location, and to not order from this store if she is there. She does NOT deserve one red cent of any tips left for the other employees who are fantastic! Pria is a problem and needs to be retrained or find a new line of work, customer service is not her forte and will continue to produce unhappy guests, and lost business. read more
