Great fresh made bread similar to my Grandpa's homemade bread. Flour water sourdough yeast and salt. We always get an acai bowl as well!

This place is amazing I go here 4 days a week they have so many flavors and options for everything…read more They have so many options for add ins to get the most out of your drink RECOMMEND

Where is the nutrition in legacy nutrition?…read more Well, you wouldn't know because no ingredient is listed. You walk in to find an overwhelmingly long list of flavors. You choose one off of the board and then they make it for you. In a day and age where people are turning more to clean eating and wanting to know what is in their food, how do you enter the health/nutrition field, open a business and not list ANY information on what is going into your product? I had so many questions. Is your protein plant based or man made? What ingredients go in my shake exactly? I saw Hershey chocolate and caramel syrup going into a shake. How is that at all nutritious? You couldn't find a better, healthier way to flavor your shakes? Have you ever read a label of a Hershey syrup before? It's sugar and high fructose corn syrup and it's going into your shake and you think you're getting something healthy. I also saw a woman working opening boxes of blue jello and emptying it into of the jars behind the counter. I'm assuming this goes into a shake as flavoring (but again you wouldn't know because no ingredient is listed). Again, what is the nutrition value here? Have you ever read the label of jello? Blue Food dye and sugar. Again, two things that are not at all good for you. And outweigh any healthy effects that gelatin may have. I keep reusing the word nutrition/nutritious because it in the name. It is what I expect a company with nutrition in the name to stand for. I was really, really wanting to like this place. There is no healthy shake or juice option over on the westside. But, to me based on what I saw (and didn't see) legacy nutrition is a "health" place that isn't very healthy. I didn't see a single piece of fruit or vegetable go into a shake. I saw artificial ingredients in abundance. And in this day I think people are trying to get away from that. I know I definitely am. Even Pepsi isn't using aspartame to sweeten their diet soda anymore! Still waiting for a plant based, clean focus juice or smoothie bar to open in the west side. In the meantime, I'll be making my smoothies at home or traveling to Rooted in Oakley. The shake itself was good and tasted creamy. I'm just asking for transparency. I want to know what made this good and creamy so I can decide if I want to put it in my body. Even McDonalds posts the caloric content of their menu items. This is the age of information. You're giving me none. No webpage, a few random non informative Instagram posts. Do your research, check out other juice bars and smoothie shops. Ingredients in each individual smoothie are listed. These are your competitors, your customers have been to these places. They follow them on social media. What is stopping your target customer from going to another place?
