I was so disappointed with this place. I was at work, and decided to take Uber Eats myself some lunch from this place that was seemingly healthy. I was so excited and even ordered myself some gluten free chicken tenders and it came with steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries. I also got the apples and peanut butter as an after lunch treat, and a chocolate strawberry protein shake. When the food arrived, and this was no fault of the uber driver, the nuggets felt microwaved, the "steamed broccoli" was raw and was dirty, and my apples were brown and missing the peanut butter. Wow!!!!! It's always tough finding good clean food options when traveling for work. And even harder finding one with great tasting items. Luckily this restaurant was highly rated and en route to my customer in Monroe, OH. I'm so glad I took a chance on this place because it was the perfect pre-meeting lunch. The cashier was very pleasant and patient with me as a first timer. She also provided great recommendations based on personal favorites and popularity. I ended up going with the Blackened Salmon wrap and substituting the tzatziki with the sweet chili sauce, amazing substitute!!! The sweet potato fries were tasty and extra points for them being waffle. As impressed as I was with the entree, the Berry Berry Good smoothie was as advertised, very good! The potential is there and I was so, so excited for this lunch but fell a bit short of expectations. Total newbie to the Clean Eatz concept but I love it. Healthy meals ready to eat... a valuable clean eating program for those needing a little help with meal prep. My review is specifically for in-cafe dining. Love the menu but I would like to have a protein alternative that is not meat. Chickpeas are listed as a vegetable, not a protein so you'd have to give up a vegetable for non-meat protein. Also, overall, the dish just wasn't great with small portions. Maybe it was the lack of an entire ingredient (protein) or my choice of vegetables wasn't the best combo (asparagus, spinach, carrots). The only thing that was super delicious was the quinoa, unfortunately. My husband's smoothie was smaller than expected for cost and had chunks of ice and powder not fully incorporated. Maybe I just had the wrong idea of what I was expecting but the carrots were super hard and not of honey roasted flavor, asparagus was tiny thin, spinach wasn't cooked at all but quinoa and green dressing was perfect. 5 stars for concept and grab+go availability, 3 stars for in cafe dining. read more

I really enjoyed my buffalo chicken wrap and would order it again! I loved that the chicken had breading, it made the wrap unique from other places and I enjoyed the flavor of the buffalo sauce and blue cheese. The protein cookie definitely tasted like protein and wasn't my favorite, but protein powder is a really tough flavor to cover up. The pb chocolate smoothie was great and I would order it again too! I added a dash of their espresso powder and it was exactly what I wanted. This is a clean protein smoothie okay, if you're looking for something like Jamba Juice that uses a sugary juice as their base then you're going to be surprised. But if you eat clean and truly desire this then the smoothie will be exactly what you want! Restaurant was clean and easy to find, there's lots of parking. They were quick with the other! Ordered delivery from here tonight because I'm in town for work. First off, every item we ordered had issues - missing drinks, missing ingrediants and pretty small portions even for 'medium sized' bowls. There wasn't much for the "base" of either bowl, the boneless wings tasted like frozen kids nuggets and I can rate the rest of the order since it didn't arrive. That being said - my black bean burger patties in my bowl were delicious and the salmin in my partners bowl was well-cooked for takeout. Would probably try it again in the store. read more

I had a great experience today at Clean Eatz. Today was my first time coming in, and I'm very glad that I did. They offer meal prep services as well as freshly made meals, and it's all very nutritious and macronutrient friendly. I ordered the Dirty Peanut Smoothie and it was delicious. Additionally, the price was comparable or even cheaper to most smoothie places I have gone to. I felt great and energized after drinking the smoothie. The staff was all very friendly and very welcome to answering questions. I definitely hope to return soon and try out new products. read more

Always exciting to try a new place, but it has to be better than what I can make at home. Stopped here to pick up lunch on a Sunday, it was busier than I thought it'd be! It's a combo Cafe, meal planning/to go meals establishment... even catering. They make a bevy of menu options such as smoothies, salads, bowls, flatbreads, burgers etc., even desserts. Some things on the menu are even geared for certain health goals, i.e., to add bulk/muscle. It was awesome to see bison as a menu option! I ordered 2 bowls, and it seemed strange that lettuce/greens could not be a base in a bowl...guess that means you order a salad? Many places like this let you have greens as a base. Maybe they need make your own salad option? My bowl was sweet potato, shrimp, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cilantro lime sauce, and their clean herbs. Honestly, it tasted just like something I could make at home. The textures were also a bit off, everything but the protein was the same texture. Would have been more appetizing to have the sweet potato be crispier. The sauce was bland and made the bowl taste worse... My husband also was not happy with his bowl, said the chicken was very dry. I like having a healthier option, but there are other more appealing options for food. If you also ate at Clean Eatz, and was disappointed, I suggest Currito or Mission BBQ. read more

Some of the people that don't like this place because "it should taste better than what I can make at home" or "I'd rather have currito or mission bbq" just aren't looking for the nutritional benefits. I've been to this establishment several times and currently subscribe to a weekly meal prep service; I haven't had a meal that I've hated yet. As a person that works out regularly on top of a 60hr a week job, I'm always on the go and meal prepping my own food takes quite a bit of time. Since my weekly grocery bill for meal prep was very close to the price I'd pay for someone else to make it, I figured I'd try it out. I was happy with the very friendly service and the quickness that I received my order. It was nice to have a variety of meals to choose from because eating the same meal every day can cause burnout. My favorite meal so far is the chipotle chicken Mac and cheese. I've tried the cauliflower pizza, the shakes, and the drinks. Everything tasted pretty good and the price is fair. I'm willing to bet if I had 10 meals from mission bbq for my lunch and dinner instead of clean eatz, I'd have low energy levels and be well into obesity. So for the people that are looking for fine dining at a three star restaurant with three course meals, and little to no nutritional value, this is NOT the place for you . Had a make your own bowl, the medium size. I ordered brown rice, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. I asked for a sweet chili sauce and Thai peanut sauce. I also asked for a sweet chili spice to be added to my bowl! My husband got a chicken bowl too about the same but just teriyaki sauce. Both bowls came to a bit over $22. So we were handed a table sign and went to wait. And we waited, and we waited! After 15 minutes, one of the female employees came to our table and said they were remaking g chicken and it would be just a few more minutes. So, I thought, ok, no big deal. Well 10 more minutes went by and still no bowls. Same employee revisits our table and says she's sorry for the wait and offers us a card for a free smoothie on our next visit and asks "would you like a different protein or do you want to continue to wait for the chicken?" We both opted for shrimp and waited again. About 5 minutes later here came our bowls with CHICKEN! I was very disappointed in this portion size. Plus the bowl was wrong. White rice instead of brown, no spice on my protein and no Thai peanut sauce. This was the most unappealing bowl I've ever had. My husband and I both ate it and left. We looked at each other and agreed we were NOT feeling satisfied with this dining experience. You know, rice should be a cheap filler and they were very stingy with the portion. Brussels sprouts tasted completely raw and asparagus was just the stems and very tough. VERY few mushrooms and no flavor to this bowl at all. As you can probably tell, I won't be back (even for the free smoothie). I'm all about eating healthy but it has to be tasty and satisfying. This bowl was neither. First time trying this restaurant and was so excited about it. The cafe was very clean and spacious. I love that customers can grab and go if they like a frozen meal to take for the day or maybe the week. I had ordered bbq flat bread, sweet potatoes fries and a snack which was the Buffalo chicken dip. When I got to my destination I noticed that I didn't get the flatbread I wanted but instead I got the chicken, bacon and ranch. It wasn't so great and meat inside was very small portioned with at least 8 sweet potatoes fries, I was highly disappointed about that. The Buffalo chicken dip was pretty good. I've been buying the frozen meals to take home for some time now. I like them, and they taste much better than Lean Cuisine, etc. However, I've decided to go back on the Weight Watcher's program, so I need complete nutritional information. They list calories, fat grams, carbs grams and proteins on the food container label, but it's not complete nutritional information so I can't calculate the points for Weight Watchers. I also need sat fat, sodium, fiber, sugar and added sugar info. I thought that this information would be provided on their website, but they only have nutritional info for their in house cafe menu items. I looked for a place to contact the company management to ask for this information and there's no way to contact them! If they think that their food is so healthy, then why is this not available? Tons of healthy options. I've tried the chicken pesto wrap, Grecian wrap, and watch your waist wrap. They were all good, chicken pesto was a bit oily but still great, but the Grecian is by far my favorite. I also tried their passionfruit orange guava smoothie and it was delicious.
