Staff was great, but the food wasn't exactly what I expected. I'd imagine it would be great for strict vegetarians.

I enjoyed their sampler platter while on my road trip. I didn't care for the paper plate and plastic utensils though.

After a Great Clips haircut, on the recommendation of the stylist, I tried it out, was very impressed. Been there many times since, never been disappointed. I've since moved to Liberty Twp. but the Phoenician still beckons. Had dinner last night there with my wife. It was a wonderful experience. I felt it was high time I wrote them up. We started with an excellent double-hop IPA and a great Lebanese red wine, I think it was called Kefraya. Gonna seek it out locally, maybe at Jungle Jim's. As always, the pita bread is fresh, oven-hot and delectable. The shankleen appetizer is outstanding, a lovely fusion of greens, lentils, feta cheese, olive oil and spices. Wife ordered schwirma - slow-grilled combo of sliced chicken alongside sliced beef and lamb. The waiter obligingly substituted a side of couscous for rice, no extra charge. I had a braised shank of lamb in a rich tomato sauce. Both entrees were delicious. As always, the portions were very generous, so we took food home along with complimentary fresh pita bread. Besides the great food, the service is superb. The owner makes a point of stopping at each table to ensure that the diners are happy. We look forward to our next visit.

Finally she made reservations for Saturday evening (it is recommended because they get super busy). We got there and was greeted by the owner. BTW, was very down to earth. So their menu looked good (Lebanese food). There is so much to choose from and hard to decide. I especially loved their drink menu, especially wines. We ended up ordering: Appetizers: Baba ghannouge M'hammara Taverna falafel Dinner: Shawarma chicken Kebab mixed grill Drinks: Chateau kefraya, Les Bretches Almaza Pilsner My favorite from the appetizers is the eggplant and falafel! Super fresh and the bread that came with it was so good. Even the dipping sauce was amazing. My Shawarma chicken was super delish. You have to put the garlic butter on the rice! It gives it great flavor. My Mr enjoyed his meal as well. We definitely had to get a to go box because there was so much food. But we will look forward the next day to eat it. Overall, the service was great and I loved the experience. We can see ourselves coming back for more! I can see why my best friend loves it here! Highly recommend you try it.

Picture yourself sitting by a warm fire, enveloped in an oversized afghan, its snowing outside,…read morelife is just cozy. The only thing that feels more welcoming than that is sitting down for a meal or drink at Paxton's Grill. When you walk in you may be drawn to the curated selection of overpriced local art. Maybe its the bike on the ceiling. Maybe its the inevitable welcome by one of the staff, but once you choose a seat, you will realize that there is much more to indulge in than the eccentric eye candy the building projects. If you are a breakfast person, you should try the omelet. They say it is 3 eggs, but given the size the justification can only be that eggs are that of a Condor. The plate has a hard time containing the volume of protein and sides that are included, it comes out and reminds you of your 35 week pregnant wife walking downstairs in her pre-baby leggings, you don't say anything about it because of the love for what you know is there, but it just doesn't fit. Like Goetta? Of course you do. Get the goetta bowl. The combination of goetta, potatoes, gravy, and love create a symphony of flavor that takes you back to the first time you heard Avicii's "Levels" in reverse. Such a simple concoction, yet the experience makes you feel like you unearthed a megalodon tooth. Filling, simple, delicious. Okay, maybe you are not a breakfast person. Well, go for lunch or dinner and get the Big Paxton. This burger speaks to you like my wife did when we were dating. This hunk of beef lays comfortably on a bun that is toasted yet soft. Blanketed by swiss and bacon that harkens to our aforementioned coziness. Its like you form a symbiotic connection that spans from your plate through your body to the restaurant itself. These forms all connect better than my 4 year old trying to do complete a square in her "dot to dot" book. But then. Then you get to the fries. If arbys, waffle house and the state of Idaho itself decided to invest Elon Musk's net worth into research they could not craft a seasoned waffle fry this good. Its like the cooks, dare i say chefs, in the back read these potatoes a bedtime story to make sure they were just right. The crisp, the flavor, the size. Sometimes I order two sides before I go home because I know my mother-in-law is cooking and she has not opened a spice drawer since '94. Paxton's treats every customer like the grounds crew at Augusta National prepping for the Masters. Meticulous, kind, caring, they think of what you need before you can even ask. Give the place a try, it will remind you of what is special about Loveland. Also, the cocktains are good.

The food comes out as it is ready which is so nice. They have a huge menu, something for anyone who loves dumplings, buns, and traditional dishes. The best lunch I have ever had and it was incredibly inexpensive. In today's world to find food you can watch being prepared from scratch and it's a very good bang for your buck is rare! They suggested this place and I was down after checking out their Yelp page. I arrived around 5:15 on a Wednesday night and this place was already overflowing with customers. I couldn't believe it! I made my way through to the hostess and to my surprise they were able to seat us right away. We weaved our way to a back corner of the restaurant and started combing through the menu. We each ordered an iced matcha (peach and strawberry) and decided to share a number of different dishes... the shrimp shumai, the black truffle pork soup dumplings, the steamed vegetable dumplings, and the drunken noodles with shrimp. It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us. As a pescatarian I skipped on the black truffle pork dumplings but I tried everything else. The vegetable dumplings were by far my favorite. So flavorful and they looked like green leaves the way they were made. The restaurant itself is lovely with beautiful murals and artwork on the walls. It definitely didn't feel like we were in Cincinnati. They also have a big window where you can see their chefs making all of the dumplings by hand. Very cool. I will say that it was so busy that I felt a little over stimulated at one point. Our table was so close to others and right next to where the staff were coming in and out. I would definitely try and come at a less busy time and would ask for a different seat, but that's just me.
