The choices of drinks were great and I tried a couple before settling on the one I liked. The staff was slcoalso actively cleaning areas of the restaurant which is evident as it felt clean. My daughter has been begging me to bring her here because it's her favorite place and well, I finally did. First of all, the restaurant was very clean which was impressive because I expected it to be similar to what I typically see inside Chipotle. That couldn't have been farther from the truth. Someone was even cleaning the windows while we were there and they weren't even dirty. The food was fresh, flavorful and the portion was really food for the price. We split a bowl, I only was able to eat about a quarter of it because my daughter devoured the rest. Workers were nice and very attentive. We will be back again next week. read more

Visited this place after an appointment at the children's hospital. Service was quick but lacking in attention. Staff appeared to be annoyed or carefree about customers questions and selections. I would describe this place like an Asian style Chipotle. The restaurant was overall clean and kept. I had the steak bowl with purple rice, pickled onion, egg, brócoli, gochujung, and siracha mayo. I really enjoyed my bowl. My wife had attempted to ask about the few chicken options they had and was dismissed and tipped her bowl with chicken she did not like. They had several fresh teas and lemonades that were refreshing. They also had miso soup available. Not sure if I would take the family back here but I would try it alone again. read more

I always get the same thing: small bowl, half japchae/half super greens, potatoes, broccoli, cheese, eggs, carrot, corn, cucumber, pineapple, tofu, and sesame ginger. I love it every time. The small bowl is large to me but great for a filling meal. They also offer a cup size which is more like a snack. Depending on the time of day the place is overrun with obnoxious teenagers. The inside is usually clean and there's often a line but it moves pretty quickly. Service is hit or miss depending on time of day. Go in for meatless mondays for a discount, and sign up for their rewards program. Would give 5 stars if they had more vegetarian protein options but still my favorite place. Would return. read more

This is a Asian theme restaurant chain. You can build a customized bowl or salad. The concept is great and the items offered all look and sound good. The location is great and easy to get to. The inside looked clean and inviting. The workers were nice. We were not impressed with the quality and lack of flavor of the food. My husband, son, and I all got a steak bowl and customized it differently. Between us we had quite a variety of items. None of us liked our bowls. We felt the food was tasteless and my steak was fatty, chewy, and had gristle in it. Sorry but we do not recommend this place. read more

There were cubicles, tables, and an assortment of people going in and out frequently, just made me feel more or less "in the right spot" I'm not going to compare this to "Chipotle." I've seen others do it, and I feel it takes away from the business you're speaking about. This place is in a class of its on - Asian Fusion! Their ingredients are fresh fresh, and it's definitely not what you're used to at your typical asian food spot. I started with the famous *Purple Rice* that you see all the people raving about, and it's superb. I added pineapple, carrots, kimchi, spicy chicken, w/ teriyaki & Guagang sauces. I was blown away by the flavor! My taste buds were tantalized, to say the least! I would recommend this spot to anyone who's into eating healthy or just looking for something different like me. I truthfully can not brag on this place enough. I sure wish they would open a spot in North Carolina. I would definitely invite my "traveling group" to xhexk this out if it's one near you. Bibibop is a fast casual korean restaurant focused on healthy eating and wellbeing. They started in Columbus in 2013. Really psyched to see this location open, as I've long been a fan of this chain! I arrived a little after the normal lunch rush. Despite being busy the restaurant was clean as can be. It has a bright, modern, simplistic feel that makes you want to eat healthy. The menu is fairly self explanatory but the friendly employees are happy to provide explanation if needed. Prices are inline for the generous quantities of unlimited toppings as well as high quality of ingredients. I got a bowl with a triple base of purple rice, japchae noodles, and super green salad. Spicy chicken (which I find to be flavorful not spicy) was my protein. I also added cabbage, kale, carrots, egg, cheese, and yum yum sauce. With purchase there is free miso soup, which is located self serve next to the drinks. For my drink I purchased a fountain drink and mixed the hibiscus mint lemonade with citrus green tea. They have many other unique drink flavors as well. There is a sauce bar with to go cups for extra yum yum or other sauces. Choose from traditional fork or chopsticks for eating. The ingredients here are so fresh, tender, and flavorful. My only disappointment was the miso soup seemed a little bland compared to what I remember from another location. read more

Bibbibop is my new favorite 'fast casual' restaurant. I can't wait to go back again to try other combinations and see how everything works together. Don't be concerned about the options, there are tons, but they were all so good that I can't imagine you could get a bad meal. First, try the noodles. They are crazy looking, but have so much flavor that you don't need to use any of the sauces (but, they are good, so you should). The chicken was perfectly seasoned, cooked well, and went well within the bowl. I also opted for potatoes, which seemed like an odd choice for an Asian dish, but I was pleasantly surprised and very excited to mix them with the chicken and the cold options. The other toppings were just as expected, but definitely an important aspect. The sauces were all great, but my bowl didn't need much since it was already full of flavor. Went to see what this place was all about after my coworker told me about it and I was not disappointed! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed by the employees which is nice! After going down the line and selecting what you want from rice based bowls or salad based bowls it's time to sit down and try your creation. I went for the salad based option and I really enjoyed it. The hint of lemon juice and evoo that they put into it gives it a nice taste. This place is PERFECT for my family when they come into town. My family has some allergies that Bibibop's food caters to perfectly!!! I especially like that they have a family option that makes it easy for a quick dinner option when we don't feel like cooking. The one thing I do miss from their menu is their miso soup. Holy freshness Batman!!! Bibibop Asian Grill is fresh, flavorful, and full of options. Flavor combinations are endless. Okay... maybe not endless, but there sure are a lot of them. To help with ordering, signage includes what vitamins are prominent in the various selections. For a base, I started with half super food salad, and half Japchae. Japchae are sweet potatoe noodles. Noodles are both vegan and gluten free. Here, they are tossed with carrots and a light sauce. From there I added bean sprouts, red cabbage, carrots, sesame kale, daikon radishes, and eggs. Lastly, spicy chicken was added for protein. Chicken was not as spicy as expected. While your bowl is being composed, I recommend skipping additional sauce. Items such as Japchae, bean sprouts, sesame kale, corn, tofu, and spicy chicken all come pre sauced. Depending on what combination you get, additional sauce may not even be needed. If you decide that you do want sauce, there is a sauce bar located next to the beverages bar. There are lids for the sauce containers. If your order is to go, you may grab some sauces as well. I only tried two of the sauces. Gochujang sauce was spicier than the spicy chicken. I also tried a bit of the Sesame Ginger sauce. It was more on the sweet side. Complimentary miso soup is available near the beverages. Do not pass this one up. Broth is well-balanced. Small cubes of tofu add additional texture. As a sign says, miso soup is a good source of protein. It is a particularly nice addition on a cold day. I left feeling great. Not only because the food was good, but because I knew I ate a truly healthy meal while dining out. read more
