This place is NEVER open!! Probably my tenth time coming here during their business hours, sign is not lit and place is locked. Phone number goes straight to voice mailbox, which is full. This place used to be decent. They had a good variety of flavors and popping boba. Last time I found it open, I was charged for a large size (I got medium) and the server did not put any boba in my slush, though I was charged for it. When I asked when they had reopened, he said "I don't know. Today I guess." Clearly not paying attention. I really wanted to love this place. Instead, after constant disappointment, I'll be looking for somewhere else to get boba in the area. Not worth driving by in the slim chance that they MIGHT be open. read more

Ordered Taro slush and honey dew slush and it came out without boba!! i asked why and he said it doesnt come with Boba!! like why?! its a boba shop!! Every boba shop puts boba in it, unless costumer requested none or something else..He didnt even asked if we wanted Boba for extra charge!!! So dissapointed!! read more

I absolutely LOVE Boba Tea -- (the drink), and always try to get one whenever I can. This time, I was in for a pleasant suprise. BobaTea is a cozy storefront located in the Greenhills Plaza. The inside was very clean and inviting, complete with tables and chairs. The menu was fairly extensive and the owner(s) made sure almost everything had a description. I ordered a Strawberry Mango Mixed Fruit and a Mango Passionfruit for my wife. I added rainbow jellies to both, by the owner's recommendation. From the first sip to the last, I was in flavorful bliss. The flavors were smooth and refreshing. The jellies added a nice variety to the drink. My wife enjoyed her drink as well. I would encourage anyone who likes Boba Tea or refreshing fruity drinks to visit here. read more

Great selection! And they have Halo Halo! I haven't seen that in Cincinnati before Staff was friendly and helpful, offered suggestions too. the decor is so cute and inviting I got a milk tea and a peach slush, both with boba. both were great! my one small critique was that the milk tea seemed a little watered down but the flavor was still good. that's just my personal preference to have my tea be more creamy. This is a great smoothie destination - it's menu is extensive! I have tried several but my favorite is the banana strawberry slushie. The decor isn't geared for friends looking for a place to sit and enjoy their drink. I have been in several times and the air conditioning is spotty - almost to the point of being uncomfortable. I really hope that they stay awhile since the only business offering cold, icy drinks went out last year. Support your local businesses and tell a friend! read more

I have been on the quest for Boba tea every since my then 7yr old son Ty, started talking about it from his lil group on Roblox, lol. So our first experience was the n Mobile Alabama and it so far has been the best. Today we went into Boba tea over in Green hills and what caught my attention first was that you needed a mask so I of course put my mask on and then I saw the menu and I was very impressed with what they were offering. I waited to put our order in which was for a passion fruit green tea with strawberry popping for Ty and I decided to try one of their specialty drinks that they had hand written on post it's arranged in a cute diamond shape on the wall and that was a BlueBerry tea with passion popping.... Other people had arrived and the lady took their order and then she got started with what I thought was my order... a few more people came in, 2 of them were young men of Asian descent... she starts calling out orders and she called the passion fruit tea and what I thought would be the blueberry but no she called another person's order, so I gave Ty his and patiently waited for mine, she called out another person's order ( all of these people had arrived and ordered after me) and then she finally calls mine.... I'm walking out and I'm about to shake my tea because I thought that it was sealed like Ty's, it wasn't, I got to my car and I took a taste and I was not impressed at all, I looked at the ingredients inside the cup and the blueberries looked moldy to me and the passion popping looked deflated and there was stuff swimming around in it .... Ty's passion fruit tea with strawberry popping was fabulous! He loved it and when I tasted it, I totally agreed. I waited a moment and then went back in to show them my drink and ask for a replacement, before I could do that I noticed that a few people that had been in there with me and had placed their orders were still waiting for their orders, the lady had stopped and prepared the orders for the 2 Asian young men who had came in after all of us! I was finally able to ask them to look at my tea and I think that she got a lil offended because I asked her to check my tea and that I didn't like how the blueberries looked and tasted (I was nice, I don't do rude) she went on to explain that the blueberries were frozen, not fresh and that she changes everything every morning, etc, etc.. I just said ok thank you for explaining and told her that the passion fruit tea was great and I left... I'm don't think that I will be returning. First time trying boba tea, so I have nothing to compare it to, but my teenage daughter and I enjoyed it. The woman who took out order (the owner, I think) was very patient and helpful even though they were busy. It's more of a carry out place, but there are two outdoor tables for people who want to sit a spell and enjoy their tea. Unfortunately the location and parking aren't convenient, so it probably better serves locals than others who are in the area only for that cup of tea. Those inconveniences are the only reason I give it 4 stars. read more

This is my third time coming here and I loved it, but today made me love it a little bit less. I ordered the XL coconut milk tea with no ice. I was told by the cashier Emma that I would be charged an additional .50 for NO ICE. She stated it was because she would have to add an additional scoop of powder in to make the drink with no ice. Whatttttttt! Mind you, I already know that you don't get additional boba's in the XL but one would think if you're being charged more for xl you would be getting more drink.....not the case! I then said so basically I'm getting a large for xl price? She answered yes. The only difference is the amount of ice? She said yes with a giggle. Now I'm not saying I won't be going back, but it's definitely a struggle because I don't feel it's right to charge me for something I'm not getting or being overcharged (the xl is really a large). Not open on Sunday when scheduled. Online says open until 6pm. Arrived around 330, they are closed. Store is dark. Unsure if they are closed on Sunday or closed for good. No hours listed on the door at all for any day of the week. Upset, drove out of the way to get it. Had 6 kids upset. read more

this is one of those places that's out of the way and likely missed by some, but I was in the area and wanted something good to drink.
