This is is my first time coming to a Biggby Coffee. I was on an early morning "journey" on a Saturday, so I decided to drop in. It opens at 6am and I was here a little after that. John greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I came in. He explained the quite expensive latte and tea menu. There are so many delicious choices! Any drink that you order can be made hot or cold. Bix gave me my order with a smile. I ordered the Butter Bear Latte which is a caramel and butterscotch latte. It's sweet, but not overly so. I have a sweet tooth so I'm not the best to determine the sweetness level. You can make the latte to order so they can put less or more of the syrups in it. I also ordered the sausage and cheese bagel sandwich on an asiago bagel with cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. It was delicious. I was pleased with my meal. The decor is bright and inviting. There's lively music playing, but not too loud. Biggby is a great place to work and/or meet up with friends. There's plenty of spaces to sit. One of my favorite coffee places in Cincy! Great location just before you hit 71 north or south on red bank road. The staff are nice and fast workers. Biggby coffee also doesn't donate to politics. The space is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Great place to work outside of the home and grab a drink or light lunch. I love their ham and cheese sandwich's with an iced tea. They also have colds drinks inside like Diet Coke if coffee isn't your thing. Highly recommend this location! read more

This is definitely not the Starbucks experience. I ordered an Americano coffee which wasn't bad and, a coffee cake muffin that was not good. I was really hoping it would be good because I like coffee cake but, I ended up tossing it in the trash after a couple of bites. I guess I should've known it wasn't going to be good based on the store bought container it came out of. So, if you're looking for the personalized experience at starbucks, you won't get that here. They call out the items ordered one at at time instead of your entire order and not the customer name. Which made it very confusing for everyone that was waiting on their order. Everyone had to ask and the workers acted like they didn't know and had to open up and check food item when a customer inquired if it was theirs. read more

Love this coffee shop for a few reasons. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the place is always perfectly clean (never see crumbs, spills, wrappers, etc) and I like the variety of seating options. There are comfy conversational chairs, private booth areas, as well as traditional tables, making it good for whatever you're there to do. Just wish the location was a bit better! read more

I had driven passed this place so many times that I decided that I just had to stop in. They have a convenient drive through, but if you decide to stop in then you will be greeted by adorable decor, merch, comfy seating, and board games. It was a little before 9am on a weekday when I stopped in and I was met with no crowd and got my coffee super fast. I got an almond milk iced latte with no sweeteners or flavorings and the coffee itself was way better than brands like Starbucks. The cups were cutely decorated and had a no-straw lid. This will be the slowest coffee experience of your life. Not sure if the store itself is super slow moving or it is because their drive through order menu is right before the window so they can only work on 1-2 orders at a time. I go here because it's the only place on the way to work, but if there was an alternative, I'm sure it would move faster and I would go there. It certainly couldn't move slower! read more

Bigby is WINNING when it comes to customer service!! I love coming here simply because the staff is always so kind and helpful! I never feel rushed and they always help me decide what I want! I once was even having a bad day and accidentally left my wallet at home and the sweet girl at drive thru paid for my order. It really meant a lot to me! As far as drinks I think they have a lot of cool options! I've only tried the lattes but always been pleased! Today I ordered an everything bagel and it was DELISH!! Oh, did I mention they have a drive thru?! It's small but super convenient!! And again even though a line forms at times they staff work quickly without rushing you along! The coffees are good. The mocha there is a little on the sweet side but still very good. I find them a little more expensive that some other places . One of my favorite new coffee (and breakfast) places! My friend and I enjoy swinging by in the morning (wish it was closer to us, drive about 10-15 minutes) and getting a drink and maybe a food item. You can go inside to order or they have a drive thru which is very convenient. Service is so friendly and I really enjoy seeing (and trying) the different flavor combinations, and the seasonal items. The bagels are a great chewy consistency and very filling. On my most recent trip I snagged a holiday bragel and the winter wonderland drink, and all of it made my morning! read more

Biggby just opened up near my job and I never heard of them before so I decided to stop by to see what else they sale besides coffee. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a half and half 20 oz tea. I did not care for the tea and that's okay maybe it's just not for me. the sandwich was ok except the cream cheese taste old. My biggest concern is that I purchased a 20oz tea and it was serve to me in a 16oz cup. So Biggby you cheated me out of my money and or 4 oz of tea. yes I did the measurements when I got to work. after I got to work I poured the nasty tea out and used a 16 oz measuring cup, filled it with water then poured it into the Biggyby cup and guess what? the 16 oz of water filled the cup. so please use the correct size cup or sale it for what it really is 16 oz. disappointed. read more

Nicest barista/customer service. Had my kiddo with me and needed a little extra time to get it together. The barista was so kind hearted and genuine, she seemed like she really cares about people! I was excited I could order an iced tea latte, hoping that it would essentially be a milk tea. Indeed it was! The milk was really diluting the tea, when I received my drink, I was surprised how light the color! I think I would've preferred more tea flavor and less milk flavor but I still finished the whole thing! They even have little freezes for kiddos so that is special if you have a child in tow. Chocolate chip cookies, donut holes and muffins were available for purchase alongside merchandise. The inside is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Given the needs of the Red Bank business district, Biggby succeeds where it matters. They're fast, have a drive thru, and have easy parking. I tend to think of Cincinnati coffee shops as a place to plop down and read+study for hours, but I forget sometimes it's OK to focus on the convenience aspect. Prices are a bit high and the inside seating is not very comfortable, but if you're looking for a quick drink before/during/after work it's ideal. read more

Not as good as Starbucks, but it's nice to try something different. The drinks are way too sweet so always get half the syrup. Staff is super nice and helpful, the restaurant is always clean. Wait times are not long and there is a lots of parking they have a drive thru which is a plus. read more

I am a classic iced coffee or Cold brew coffee drinker. I think Biggby iced coffee is better than other local and non local coffee shops in the area. Very strong but without that harsh bite that you usually get when drinking strong coffee. I usually drink it with a splash of half and half or heavy whipping cream. I highly recommend read more

The two boys at the register kept staring at us and making weird comments. They also were whispering to each other and staring at us. I can't stop thinking about the very flavorful Caramel Marvel latte I picked up at the drive-thru over the weekend. I don't always go for Caramel coffees, but my son recommended it and gave me a Biggby gift card. What I liked the best was that there was a definite taste of a robust but not bitter espresso, which is often missing in sweetened latte crafted drinks. Do not go to this Biggby location if you want fast service. I only do since it's convenient to my house. Waited over 25 minutes in drive thru for coffee this morning since it's the weekend I waited but during the week if I see a line I get my coffee at another location. Once the line gets long you can't park and go in because you can't get out of you spot. read more
