The baristas were both friendly and got the drinks made in a timely manner. I got a PSL with an extra shot of espresso and less shots of pumpkin (don't like my coffee too sweet). The girls understood the assignment and my drink came out perfectly. Overall I liked stopping by this location and will continue to visit when I'm in town!

I first came to this coffee shop in the summer to study and I really loved the vibes here. This is my second time back and the service was just amazing (shoutout to Mike). I saw a flavor that one of their stores in Columbus but he said that it was just that store specifically. I was a bit bummed but he suggested different alternatives and even allowed me to taste test some different cold foams. I have been to many cafes and have asked many questions but this was the first time the employees were so willing to experiment with me and be so patient that we all made discoveries of our own. Their offerings are just right in coffee, pastries, and other beverage selections. Having heard about their forthcoming opening, I made it in on day 2. Steven allowed me to take pictures of the establishment and even answered a few questions for me. With a small number of actual roasters in the area, my secondary objective was to leave with a bag of beans. I chose the Tiger Joe beans and look forward to grinding them up at home and catching that tiger by the tail. Steven and the rest of the staff were warm and friendly to everyone who came in. I noticed something else Script has done really well by design. They made sure to have ample space for the crew to work behind the counter. With three or four Team members at a time working behind the counter, they don't have the need to fight for space and are not tripping over each other. For full clarity, they were busy while I was here, and even with the drive-thru, you didn't sense the chaos that you often find at many of the chain coffee shops. I also observed another sign of great service. Again, they were busy but not insane. That said, there was a wait for your order, but I'd say 5-7 minutes or less. There was a couple who had to leave quickly and did not have time to wait for their order. They mentioned it to Steven, and he immediately apologized for the wait, came around to the front, and handed them free drink cards for next time. Each person was thanked and apologized to for the wait when receiving their order. The appreciation was genuine. Would I go back? Without a doubt. Selection of breakfast foods, nothing marked gluten free. :( Didn't really know what to order, so went with a PSL. It was quite similar to one at Starbucks. Low on autumnal flavors, heavy on burnt coffee notes. I didn't even finish it. The best part of it was the latte's temperature. They were out of chai...maybe that is the highlight of the menu? If you want an exceptional coffee, Lot 1 is your best bet. If you want matcha, try the strawberry matcha at Greenhouse Café, or go to The Cedar Shack when they are open! Might try Script's cold brew next time, but might just go to Lot 1 :)

The server was polite and friendly, the barista quiet and focused on her craft. Both drinks were delicious, with a robust coffee flavor. There are a few chairs inside the shop, but it was a sunny early spring day so we sat in the small courtyard and caught up with each other. There, I saw that there is an entrance from the side street -- regulars seemed to enter from that direction. But I like the secret entrance between buildings better! We parked on a side street but there is a little lot in the area. No photos; was too busy gabbing. After, we popped in a couple thrift shops on the same street and then headed over to a salvage lumber yard/ hardware store. A good day for exploring.

I ended up talking to the owner for a few minutes as well. I love chatting with business owners, and this was no exception what a great person. It is a small coffee shop in the corner of the food court. They also have smoothies and some yummy looking pastries. I was tempted to get one but I really don't need a pastry. So the mocha is very flavorful and I can still taste the coffee as well. Highly recommend if you are the outlets. Come in grab a coffee, tea, smoothie, even a pastry.

Great friendly customer service very knowledgeable went through each product I asked about. Ambiance is nice I mean it's in the food court but at least it's cold and somewhat relaxing.
