This is a nicer Starbucks, usually clean, sells there cups and all that. They have a good amount of spread out seating, comfortable for sitting and enjoying your coffee there. Located right downtown it's conveinant, and although I like Orchard, Starbucks gives you the same drink, the same way every time, not always the case with smaller chains. This place is okay. At times I've caught attitudes from the barista's for no reason that I can explain but others have been fantastic and made amazing drinks. One weird thing is how besides the logo on the grass, you can't tell this is a Starbucks from the street because there is no actual sign above the store. It's like they are trying to hide behind the giant tree to the left or something lol. Another thing I noticed is I can never find a seat here. Good Starbucks. This is my "Go To" daily Starbucks location. The staff is nice and kind to the regulars. There have been a few bumps at this location with occasional rudeness of staff and inconsistency of drinks, but that has been mostly fixed. The Manager seems to be missing 99% of the time, so if you have a problem, it won't be fixed unless she's there. 1 star deducted for staff regularly having to be reminded how to fix some basic drinks. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks, I used to run downtown Sat/Sun morning to grab a cup of Joe to start my weekend Surge. Everyone here is always really friendly, and usually remembers your orders. Ton's of people hang out here with their laptops for no apparent reason (I never understood that). It has a decent selection of breakfast sando's too, my favorite is the spinach feta wrap it is DELICIOUS. If you have not had it, you must. It is egg whites with feta, spinach, and tomatoes in a whole wheat wrap. Healthy, slightly salty, and warm. Great way to start your day off. Not my favorite Starbucks. Even though it's the closest one to where I live; I don't come here that often. I usually stop here in between going to Campbell Library & Recylce Books West and that makes a pretty good day. I'll also come if I'm meeting my mom at the Sunday Farmer's Market. I have been to many-a-starbucks in my day (more than I would like to admit) I travel, so I've been to many in different states too...however, this one it my favorite. I'm disgusting, I will go out of my way just to go here because 1.) they keep the Raw Sugars fully stocked 2.) They are fast! 3.) Sometimes the barista will make my order before I purchase, because I stick to the same damn thing (Iced Coffee....yum) 4.)They are nice people! 5.) I like the calm, quiet, Campbell community feel... There are better locations. Instead of saying sorry about the incorrect order the barista decided to tell me that I needed to pay the difference. The kicker is I used a free drink reward. I ordered a venti and the cashier processed a grande. Then the barista handed me a venti that the coffee was coming out of everywhere because she over filled it. Located in the heart of downtown Campbell, the staff at this Starbucks is friendly, efficient, helpful. I almost always get what I order though I will say that some baristas stray from the "standard Starbucks recipes" a bit, but that seems to happen at all Starbucks. Yesterday I went in to get a pre-purchased (gift at the holidays) bag of beans ground. No problem, handled efficiently (though the bag did get inadvertently dropped on the floor where it stayed until the barista was finished grinding another bag...). Anyway, the reason I'm writing this review is that I asked if they still gave out free used coffee grounds for gardens. I was told yes and pointed to the basket on the other side of the bar, told that there should be full bags of used grounds there but, if not, to let them know. I walked to the basket, got the last bag, and the barista followed me there to be sure that there was, indeed, a full bag for me. I am a Starbucks hore and I have to say, this particular Starbucks is my least favorite. Place is always messy, busy, and service is bad. I stopped by today after lunch. The lady in front of me ordered, and then stayed behind in the line area, reading the menu when it was my turn. I heard the manager, or boss lady in charge as I ordered reminding the cash register dude to "remind customers to stand in the waiting area on the left side." As I completed my order, I just felt it was rude to be indirectly talking about a customer when she was in hearing distance. Let alone, allowing other customers hear you "remind" the cashier to tell people to wait in the waiting area. The lady was not bugging in anyway. When I finished my order, I began walking to the "waiting area" and I heard boss lady go to the cashier where I just was and say, "please remind people to stand over there." What was the big deal anyway? It was not that crowded. There were a few more orders behind me and when I saw that all three of them received their drinks before I did, I started to wonder if they had forgotten about me. Luckily, the friendly guy making the drinks told me mine was on its way. I always order vanilla soy lattes and it was the perfect treat after lunch. Wrote a ridiculous name on the cup, not even close and then the dumb looking Asian kid with the most hipster glasses didn't put any shots in either of our drinks. They have the nicest staff here. This Starbucks gets really busy but they are always cheerful and one regular 'mom' counter person is always so upbeat she makes me smile. She also always has suggestions and seems genuinely concerned for her customers. This store makes me feel comfortable and they are not just nice here but also very fast and on top of the job they have to do. I've done customer service and I know how hard it can be. I call this MY Starbucks! I live within walking distance, and go here almost every day. I'm proud of the fact that not only do they go out of their way to know me and my order, but they do this for everyone. I sometimes sit and work here, and they are genuinely friendly to everyone. Efficient, too! They hustle as if they really love their jobs, and multitask by making conversation. My wife ordered a coffee and scone and they managed to 1) get her name wrong, 2) not give her the coffee, 3) not give her the scone. But still somehow my order for a mocha was ok. They did make up for it with a coupon... which might bring them to 3 stars, however... no seating inside was available... and my mocha tasted like it was 99% milk... so overall I would give this location a meh. read more

I came in here on a hot day in the middle of a street festival- the place was nuts but the staff handled it well. The line went fast and they had a huge container of water available for customers. My iced tea was standard - why I enjoy it :]. They had signs posted asking that only customers use the restrooms seeing that it was a super busy day. read more

Since moving to Campbell, I'm in here 3-4x a week in the afternoon after 230pm. I'm positive the staff who work the after 2pm hour recognize my face and what I order every time. So far, service has been good and there is ample space for me to study for an hour or two with my cracked out Grande cup of afternoon caffeine. On the weekends, this location is HELLA BUSY.
