The coffee is predictable and it's a cozy environment. My concern is with the seating. There is a good amount of seating, but occasionally they close it all off for a meeting and has happened a couple of times now. No heads up or signs, it's just suddenly and grab and go Starbucks. It's not a reliable place to go if you need to sit, have a coffee, and get some work done. read more

If I could give 0 start I would. Came in on May 11, at 12:30pm. also Mother's Day, I'm pregnant and was having an extremely itchy throat and my eyes were watering and clearly was couching trying not to be disruptive. I went in and to the barista making the drinks I asked if I can have a small cup of water. She didn't even look up and just said " go to the line we have to run it through the register. So I got get in line which was long but I didn't mind waiting and I'm slowly choking. Get to the whistler and I ask for a small up of water or water in my reusable Starbucks cup I'm holding. The guy said "sorry you have to purchase something" mind you there I am with watering eye and struggling to clear my thought! It's water from a tap! Skip Starbucks and go to to Orchard valley coffee instead! read more

If you are on an "asshole" expedition, you have found your dream place. This Starbucks is run by an impressively rude employee. I can fathom why Starbucks is having some challenges lately. I think one simple answer is not about serving drinks in mugs and glasses, rather it is hiring customer-centric staff. I went to Starbucks to ask if I could use the bathroom prior before purchase and they said I needed to purchase before using the bathroom. I didn't know that this was the new Starbucks policy or if the guy with the beard was just having a bad day. It's just a bathroom let people use it. I'm not gonna come back here and buy more coffee. This location is conveniently located in Downtown Campbell and the baristas are always friendly. There is limited street parking and also a parking structure a block down the street. There are also a few tables & chairs for you to enjoy your drink & people watch. I stopped by this morning and there was a group of older gentlemen hanging out and enjoying their coffee. My go-to is an Iced Grande Caramel Macchiato ($4.75). Save time by ordering via the app. I usually get it with oat milk (+$0.70), but I went with the original recipe today and it still hit the spot. A great place to come get your caffeine fix. read more

This is my favorite coffee and snack place. With my Starbucks rewards card the points count up and I love getting free food like grilled cheese sandwiches and blueberry scones. I can order and wait for my snacks inside and enjoy them outside under their green umbrellas. The corner is a great people and dog watching spot. Now with nice weather I will visit even more often. read more

Surprised this place has an overall review score so low. Perhaps they've had a massive overhaul and/or management change? Visited there yesterday and was never so pleased to be inside a Starbucks before as much as I was to be in this one. This is a pretty standard Starbucks location! Been here countless times and have always had a good experience! Parking: not the best, street parking only but it is good for a Downtown area since Campbell isn't huge! Store: I like that this Starbucks has a ton of tables and seating available that is in one area of the store not just scattered through it. I think this is more inviting for people to come and stay. Employees: friendly, friendly, friendly! Restrooms: you need a code, I believe they change it daily Drinks: you can count on being able to get your standard Starbucks order here with little risk! read more

Atmosphere gets 4 stars. Inside is not too clean 3 stars. Service 3 stars, one server just could not muster a smile. The mint Frappuccino barely had any flavor of mint what a letdown. 1.5 stars. Unfortunately I didn't come in for the atmosphere or the servers although they get a higher rating, the drink was substandard at best. That is why only 2 stars. read more

This review is long overdue. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to because it has the BEST STAFF EVER!! I always look forward to going in, the staff is so incredibly friendly I feel like I'm just seeing my besties and catching up. They are always so organized and efficient, even on busier Sundays during the farmers market. Though the entire staff is amazing, I want to give special shoutouts to Leslie, Dylan, Jade, Amelia, Christian, Izzy, and Riley. I've never had a bad experience, and I will continue to happily spend all of my money here. read more

Such a happy and energetic crew working here today! The rest is what you expect at a typical Starbucks chain as far as building/location/menu. It's the people that make or break a Starbucks for me. Service was not so great on 6.21.2020. We placed a mobile order and went in following the signs for mobile pick up line. We waited there for acknowledgement seeing as the line has a "stop" point and nothing. The lack of acknowledgement is what irked us. We were standing there in the mobile order line and no one asked if we were there for that. Even after they had finished taking orders for walk-up customers in line. We stood there for about 10 minutes before we saw other mobile customers go to a tiny nondescript side table and get their orders. It would be nice if there was some signage on that table indicating that is where you go to pick up mobile orders. This would be especially helpful with COVID spacing requirements we didn't want to just walk up and pass other customers if it wasn't necessary. One of our drinks was completely wrong and had to wait for them to remake it. We also got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino that was 3/4 whipped cream, maybe a 1/4 mocha and didn't even look like a Frappuccino. We didn't ask for that one to get remade as it was the first time we had ordered it and didn't know what to expect. We will likely being going to other locations, even though it is the closest location, as this one just isn't cutting it. read more

Hello.today i went there and the cashier looked at me and i was in the line as the next person but she ignored me and she helped someone else!i was waiting there in the line and she just ignored me ! I go to this Starbucks almost 12 years and i never had this issues ! Its so sad that this morning i felt so upset goin to this Starbucks.i love down town campbell and that Starbucks is my favorite place and now i just dont like going there anymore i would ratter buy my coffee some other place and just walk in campbell . One rotten apple... I have been coming to this location for years and the team that worked here used to know me by name and always a nice, friendly experience till today. I ordered 2 Nitro's ($5.45 each) and requested some extra half and half so I can add to this very strong drink. Apparently, the manager Mat, decided that my request was just too much... When I first asked for some he responded with a "Surrrreee", as if I was annoying him, when I request just a bit more as I had 2 drinks, he seemed so put-out by my request that I actually asked him if he had a problem with giving me extra mil?. Mat, proceeded to let me know that normally they charge for the bit extra that he gave me and made me feel like he was doing me a favor! Asking for extra milk while purchasing 2 drinks for over $10, what was I thinking? how dare I? Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable, especially as Starbucks used to have milk out on the counter for anyone to just be able to put into their drinks, no question asked... I asked Mat, if David the manager (who was awesome) was there and he informed me that he was the manager... What a shame! When I told him that his behavior was not nice and that I have been a loyal customer at that location for years and have never experienced such behavior, Mat just waived me on and said "that's fine, you have a good day, goodbye", at no point did he think to apologize, or even try to rectify his behavior. I hope Starbucks sees this review and remind this manager that one that his jobs, is to serve his customers and not be rude to them! read more

They finally added oat milk to their menu!!! Hallelujah! I believe they use oatly across all the Starbucks's so it's also gluten free. Overall, a cool place to stop by if you're walking through downtown Campbell and buy a coffee to window shop. read more

Best Starbucks around! Ordered online, made an edit to my order and the site switched locations to the last Starbucks I had been at. Very far away ! Been to this location MANY times when we go to the Farmers Market on Sundays. Today may have been our last! We ordered a double tall cappuccino, our regular drink, and got something more like a latte. It was for my wife and I told her to ask the barista to remake it since it clearly had too much milk in it. She didn't even apologize, in fact, she said "well I guess I'm remaking it". Clearly one of the most rude baristas we've experienced at a Starbucks. Too bad she was such a forgettable staff member because the others were very friendly! read more

Price was about $5 a drink and they were small, but I believe that's on par with a typical independent coffee house. Service was nice enough. They didn't seem particularly happy (lots of frowns), but they were polite enough with me. I figure they either just didn't want to be there or were having a bad day. One small drawback is it was very hard to hear them calling out the order and we were at one of the tables close to where the drinks were served.

The elegant aesthetics and relaxing ambiance equals their vast array of luxuriously exquisite looking and divinely tasting desserts and pastries. Staff were patient and helpful. I bought a variety to take out and all of them tasted exceptional and worth their price.

The most delectable chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling. Love it to slices!

Although we were too late for breakfast, there were still a number of pastries and quiches available in the case, along with some desserts. I had the Mexicali quiche which combined jalapenos, black olives, red pepper and lid of cheese with other deliciousness. My wife had a half egg salad sandwich, which she says was good. We also had an iced matcha latte and iced Americano. Both very good. They were doing a surprisingly brisk business for mid-afternoon on a Wednesday, and they were training a new cashier, but the service was very polite, and they got the order right. They even brought the food out when there was a delay.

I have been a customer for over ten years and prefer your cafe to the chain coffee places in the area but think I'll have to take my business elsewhere and that's a huge letdown for me.

Truth be told, I'll stop by Philz on my way to work even though it actually IS out of my way. The Campbell Philz is great for doing homework too. I find myself here when I have a laundry list of computer work to do. You'll typically find ample seating and as much table top as you can handle, as long as you are not going during peak hours. Let's face it, it's still a metropolitan area. Peak hours are going to be a nightmare, regardless of where you go, unless you are finding a diamond off the beaten path. The only thing keeping this store from being absolute perfection is the wait when it's busy. It can be a bit frustrating, but the customer service is always en pointe. Period. I hope I don't jinx myself, but I've never needed them to remake my order. They get it right EVERY time. My order is always a large Honey Haze, less sweet, extra creamy. I usually accompany it with whatever pastry strikes my fancy that day. One day, maybe I'll be brave and try something new, but I just don't know how to quit my tried and true.

The café was packed with customers sharing pastries, enjoying meals, and catching up with friends. I got the salmon toast, and was the presentation beautiful! Two slices of sourdough bread topped with filets of smoked salmon on an herb aioli spread. All of this was garnished with a generous helping of frisee, a few rings of red onion, a helping of capers, a couple zests of lemon, and a sprinkling of dill. And what a delightful meal! From the first bite, the salmon was smoky with a hint of salt and sweetness, with herbal creaminess and a toasty crunch thanks to the aioli and bread. The frisee was peppery sharp, a highlight and good contrast to the salmon. The mild salty brininess of the capers and the bright tart lemon zest brought notes of sunshine and sea breeze to the dish. The dill was the fresh, light, finishing touch. This was just like a fresh lunch by the seaside, and for a moment it was heaven. Where community comes together for good food, Manresa is there. And where there is good food there are great memories. My time at Manresa was a memorable one, and I'll be back for more food and community soon.
