This is my 4th offense with this Starbucks. Today, me and my girlfriends came in for afternoon brunch. We were talking at a respectable level and were yelled at to quiet down. I think it's absurd that we aren't allowed to enjoy our local Starbucks without getting terrorized. Even what the dog doing came in here and didn't get yelled at. WHAT THE DOG DOING?!! The best out here. Orders are always on point and staff is very friendly. They let you know ahead of time if something is out of stock while inside, in the drive through it may be a little difficult to know but not if you ask. This location has decreased in quality since its renovation. I got a pumpkin cream cold brew that had a layer of syrup swimming at the bottom and curdled cream on top. I also didn't like that I was limited to a tall cup of water for my dog. I would have paid $0.25 to get a bigger cup so he could actually have a drink. I used to like that when traveling I could get a coffee for me and a water for my dog without hassle. They are willing to give me multiple tall waters but where am I going to put them? I don't need the pup cup, just let a thirsty dog drink! read more

I stopped in to buy a gift card and decided to order a coffee drink. I was able to purchase the card and coffee right away. However, it took 21 minutes to get my drink. it appeared that the drive up takes precedence over in store purchases. I asked where I was in the order process because 2 girls that came in after me received their drinks. The guy who seemed like a manager started my drink and then stopped to make something for a drive up. When I received my drink, it was warm and not hot. Really poor service. I'm not a big Starbucks person anyway so that makes it even less likely I'll be go back to this Starbucks anytime soon. read more

Ordered a mobile pick up to save time in the morning. No notification was given in the app but the employees had put up a "drive through only" sign on the main door and locked it. Although it may not seem like a big deal, this added almost 10 extra minutes in wait time because they were then backed up. When I asked the employee about the sign, she mentioned that maybe one of the registers were down. Brand new - built in 2016 with a drive thru and plenty of seating. A great environment to sit back and relax in while you sip your beverage and eat your meal. The service is quick and polite with attention to customer service. On one occasion I mentioned to the gentleman taking my order that I didn't receive a particular holiday promotional card with stamps for every grande or larger drink purchase. He ended up giving me a card full of stamps for a drink redemption! That was super nice of him and he didn't have to do that. Starbucks is a great company and I enjoy visiting inside when I can. Went here on the first day that they were open! The drive through lane wraps all the way around the entire building which will be great for all those Mon-Fri commuters who need their caffeine kick. I ordered a Strawberry Acai Refresher with coconut milk instead of water since it's kind of hyped and I just had to try it. It was delish! The employees made my drink quickly and efficiently. Definitely will be back to this location when I'm in Bloomingdale. read more

Have been going to this Starbucks since it opened only because it's in front of where my fiancé works. Yesterday had the worst experience ever. Ordered through the drive thru, waited 10 minutes to receive our order at 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday. And the cinnamon dolce had 2 different kinds of milk in it when I only ordered a regular cinnamon dolce. Who just thinks you need 2 different milks in one coffee!? And to top it off, ordered an iced cinnamon dolce and received a hot. Even though it is the most convenient location I will never be going back. read more

Watched them hand my iced coffee to the car in front of me, took it back with a straw in it, then dump it in a new cup, put that cup inside the original cup with the label on it and hand it to me. Not a good Starbucks experience. Came in at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. 4 females working behind the counter. I was the only customer in the store and was not greeted by anyone. The girl at the register did not say hi or smile. She addressed me by gruffly asking, "are you ready to order yet?" I ordered and she passed me my venti coffee over the register and wanted me to take it out of her hand. This is a poor practice because the chances of spilling a giant scalding hot coffee are quite great. Drinks should be placed on the counter. I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and the girl handling those had either bad allergies or a cold and was slurping her snot through her nose. I watched her sneeze and wipe her nose with her hands,then handle tongs, equipment, and cups without washing her hands. Condiment bar was out of stir sticks. I was not thanked. All employees seemed miserable and made no effort to make the customer feel special. Management needs to train employees. read more

Contrary to my previous excellent review of this location, it has changed. They have lost some good employees and it's obvious they have some other 'recycled' employees at this location. If you can't make a simple drink without all the additives consistently, you are in serious need of finding a new way to get a paycheck. There are a few nice people left over there but some are in dire need of learning what customer service skills mean. There used to be very nice and friendly baristas and employees but for the past few months they have gotten some very rude and slow employees. The wait time in the drive through has gotten longer and longer. Also I don't know if it's just this Starbucks but a lot of their pastries sizes have gotten smaller.
