Convenient location, plentiful parking, and never crowded. Always a seat available here, larger sized location. Baristas always make the perfect Chai Tea Latte! Items are always ready by quoted time. Bathrooms are clean and they keep up with the cleanliness of the tables and floors! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bloomingdale, Illinois

a worker named angelina was so rude and unprofessional. She had the worst attitude towards me, and essentially threw my drink at me. My drink was so poorly made. Will never be coming back to this location ever again. Such bad service. read more

The best out here. Orders are always on point and staff is very friendly. They let you know ahead of time if something is out of stock while inside, in the drive through it may be a little difficult to know but not if you ask. I've been coming here for a couple of years and they never disappoint. Most common place to have someone in front of you pay for your order, so I did the same. Good things come! read more

This is my 4th offense with this Starbucks. Today, me and my girlfriends came in for afternoon brunch. We were talking at a respectable level and were yelled at to quiet down. I think it's absurd that we aren't allowed to enjoy our local Starbucks without getting terrorized. Even what the dog doing came in here and didn't get yelled at. WHAT THE DOG DOING?!! Please do better with customer service. Respect is lacked here at Lake and Fairfield Starbucks. read more

This location has decreased in quality since its renovation. I got a pumpkin cream cold brew that had a layer of syrup swimming at the bottom and curdled cream on top. I also didn't like that I was limited to a tall cup of water for my dog. I would have paid $0.25 to get a bigger cup so he could actually have a drink. I used to like that when traveling I could get a coffee for me and a water for my dog without hassle. They are willing to give me multiple tall waters but where am I going to put them? I don't need the pup cup, just let a thirsty dog drink! read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks if I'm in the area. The staff is super nice and the place is clean and the taste of the coffee is perfect. If you do drive thru they are really quick. read more

I stopped in to buy a gift card and decided to order a coffee drink. I was able to purchase the card and coffee right away. However, it took 21 minutes to get my drink. it appeared that the drive up takes precedence over in store purchases. I asked where I was in the order process because 2 girls that came in after me received their drinks. The guy who seemed like a manager started my drink and then stopped to make something for a drive up. When I received my drink, it was warm and not hot. Really poor service. I'm not a big Starbucks person anyway so that makes it even less likely I'll be go back to this Starbucks anytime soon. read more

This is a great Starbucks - good location, lots of tables for studying, reading or meeting up with friends. The staff are very friendly and patient. My husband and I stopped here for a study date and we were able to get a lot of work done as there is such a pleasant ambiance at this location. I recommend stopping by this location if you are in the area. read more

Ordered a mobile pick up to save time in the morning. No notification was given in the app but the employees had put up a "drive through only" sign on the main door and locked it. Although it may not seem like a big deal, this added almost 10 extra minutes in wait time because they were then backed up. When I asked the employee about the sign, she mentioned that maybe one of the registers were down. I then asked why they wouldn't allow pick up orders only to come in and she said just said I don't know. It was a super frustrating interaction. read more

My experience today not good. 1pm ordered venti quad Carmel macchiato with mocha. Did not have 4 shots of espresso. This is so disappointing and expensive. Did not know until later. Had the exact same drink at a different Starbucks and it was perfect. read more

The service is always great. They are quick through the drive thru. The place is clean.

This girl who took our order sounded like a bored, didn't-want-to-be-bothered teenager. We usually have a good experience with Starbucks employees - most of them friendly. But this one stuck out like a splinter in a finger. Where's the customer service? You're making your store look bad.... This short review is based on our drive thru experience on 12/08/16 around 5:30 pm. read more

Totally excellent location! New manager has turned the place around! Friendly baristas and great drinks. Lauren good job! It proves that good management is key. read more

Very informative of non lactose drinks. Drive thru was very quick. The cashier got me to taste oat milk and I love it

Just stopped in for coffee at the Bloomingdale Starbucks. Ordered a Grande Pike Place. No Pike Place ready. Said ok, how about a Dark Roast. No Dark Roast ready. Ok then, do you have any coffee ready? No Sir. I said I can't believe you don't have any coffee ready. Absolutely ridiculous! The barista said nothing as I walked out the door in total disbelief. No Stars for Starbucks, today! I have to put one star in because Yelp won't let me give them zero stars read more

Went here on the first day that they were open! The drive through lane wraps all the way around the entire building which will be great for all those Mon-Fri commuters who need their caffeine kick. I ordered a Strawberry Acai Refresher with coconut milk instead of water since it's kind of hyped and I just had to try it. It was delish! The employees made my drink quickly and efficiently. Definitely will be back to this location when I'm in Bloomingdale. read more

Brand new - built in 2016 with a drive thru and plenty of seating. A great environment to sit back and relax in while you sip your beverage and eat your meal. The service is quick and polite with attention to customer service. On one occasion I mentioned to the gentleman taking my order that I didn't receive a particular holiday promotional card with stamps for every grande or larger drink purchase. He ended up giving me a card full of stamps for a drink redemption! That was super nice of him and he didn't have to do that. Starbucks is a great company and I enjoy visiting inside when I can. I'm happy this location is here. Best!!! Lastly, the Starbucks app is great and the rewards program is fantastic! read more

Seems like they weeded out the bad ppl bc now I go there almost daily and everyone is on point, thank goodness

This starbucks never messes up my order. every time my order is taken care of quickly and theyre always so nice! the staff is great!

Have been going to this Starbucks since it opened only because it's in front of where my fiancé works. Yesterday had the worst experience ever. Ordered through the drive thru, waited 10 minutes to receive our order at 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday. And the cinnamon dolce had 2 different kinds of milk in it when I only ordered a regular cinnamon dolce. Who just thinks you need 2 different milks in one coffee!? And to top it off, ordered an iced cinnamon dolce and received a hot. Even though it is the most convenient location I will never be going back. read more

Worst Starbucks on the planet. Watched them hand my iced coffee to the car in front of me, took it back with a straw in it, then dump it in a new cup, put that cup inside the original cup with the label on it and hand it to me. They should all be fired. Awful service, no greetings and always ridiculously slow. read more

Friendly staff, coffee made correct the first time. Yes!!! This I greatly appreciate on cold day. Thanks guys!

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks. It is located on my way to work. The staff here is very friendly & attentive. They always great you with a smile when you walk in. The store is always very neat & clean. They are always on point with your order making it the way you want it. Food also always tastes great! would definitely recommend them. read more

Staff is cool... a lot of newbies lately. I can't complain though! Never mess up my order

Not a good Starbucks experience. Came in at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. 4 females working behind the counter. I was the only customer in the store and was not greeted by anyone. The girl at the register did not say hi or smile. She addressed me by gruffly asking, "are you ready to order yet?" I ordered and she passed me my venti coffee over the register and wanted me to take it out of her hand. This is a poor practice because the chances of spilling a giant scalding hot coffee are quite great. Drinks should be placed on the counter. I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and the girl handling those had either bad allergies or a cold and was slurping her snot through her nose. I watched her sneeze and wipe her nose with her hands, then handle tongs, equipment, and cups without washing her hands. Condiment bar was out of stir sticks. I was not thanked. All employees seemed miserable and made no effort to make the customer feel special. Management needs to train employees. read more

So happy to have a Starbucks on Lake Street, right on the way to the expressways! The people who work here are incredibly polite and attentive. The location has plenty of seating and outlets everywhere, in addition to a very nice patio. I come here all the time and will continue to do so! read more

New Starbucks with a lot of room for anyone needing a wifi and a place to work and imbibe on your favorite coffee drink.

I have been to many Starbucks and this is one of the best. Love the design and the low accessible seating. Many new Starbucks have too many high top tables. There were 2 guys working the night I came in. Both were very kind and helpful. Very positive and customer focused attitudes. Bravo! read more

I was handed the incorrect drink the in the drive through and didn't notice until I pulled away. But when I went in to exchange my drink a for the item i actually ordered, they more than made it up to me, even though they seemed quit busy. I would definitely return to this location even though it is a bit further out of my way. read more

I ordered a Medium Frappe and It took more than 45 minutes people would come in and out with there drinks and I was waiting in a line and they put the drive through first I was very angry plus the lines are messed up inside because when people are waiting for there drinks it crowds the door read more

Contrary to my previous excellent review of this location, it has changed. They have lost some good employees and it's obvious they have some other 'recycled' employees at this location. If you can't make a simple drink without all the additives consistently, you are in serious need of finding a new way to get a paycheck. There are a few nice people left over there but some are in dire need of learning what customer service skills mean. I wonder if they whine about re-making drinks for the local Police when they come in, too? read more

The Starbucks menu is great. The coffee and espresso menu is good. But few young employees were rude. I've experienced better customer service. read more

There were white chucks at the bottom of my iced coffee and it really didn't taste good at all. I get the same drink every time I go to Starbucks and this one was not right. when I went to ask them what was wrong, they really didn't want to remake it. So now I'm stuck with a white chunky nasty tasting drink on my only day off.. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks since it first open. It's on my way to work and was convenient. There used to be very nice and friendly baristas and employees but for the past few months they have gotten some very rude and slow employees. The wait time in the drive through has gotten longer and longer. Also I don't know if it's just this Starbucks but a lot of their pastries sizes have gotten smaller. They need to teach their employees some customer service and get rid of the ride employees who roll their eyes at you. I'm only giving them two stars because they have left only one barista who is very friendly the only bad thing is that she only works weekends. Thank you Julianna for being the sweetest one here.. read more

This is the worst location. Every time I have gone here they mess something up or are out of something. They also take forever when there is not a line. I was also in there waiting 10 minutes before anyone offered to take my order, there was only on person up front and was only focused on the drive thru. I have given them multiple chances, will not be back to this location. read more

In line for 15 minutes to get the wrong drink. No discount . No free coupon. Just remade. As someone that goes to Starbucks everyday, this location never seizes to fail and I'm not sure why I bother. And, instead of remaking he drink they simply added a shot. Why to go. read more

The barrista charges me, doesnt give a price or a recipt. I'm not sure what he could be so busy doing to even forget that, but there was not one person in the parking lot. Every time I go to this starbucks they never say the price. They also are alwayas short on the topping for the fraps. read more
