Activitea and Coffee is such a charming little café and quickly becoming one of my new favorite spots! They have a wide variety of drinks and desserts, so there's truly something for everyone. The ambiance is calm, cozy, and feels like the perfect place to unwind or catch up with a friend. I ordered the Peach Mango Black Tea and a slice of my favorite Carrot Cake, and both were absolutely delicious -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but for the quality, experience, and relaxing vibe, it felt completely worth it. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this gem to all my friends!

So happy to see one of my Wheaton Farmer's Market favs go brick and mortar! Their new space hasn't been open long but already has become a neighborhood destination. I visited on a weekday and quite a few groups were working and conversing. Their space has both an upstairs and downstairs, beautiful product displays, gorgeous architectural features, and more. I ended up ordering the Honey Lavender Latte & Blueberry Muffin. The latte had great presentation but lavender seeds weren't very edible. It was perfectly sweet and I truly tasted the flavors. The blueberry muffin definitely could have benefitted from butter and being heated up. For $4, I wouldn't get one again. Overall, this is a great spot! Some of their items can be hit or miss; but when you find something you like, its *chefs kiss*. The staff is always kind and I loved seeing the same workers here as I've seen at the market! Truly a small business! Tip: They have a drive through as well!!

My cousin and I stopped in on a late weekend morning and we both loved it. This space is large with 2 floors. The main floor has windows throughout while the top floor has a cozy more private feel. Activitea is beautiful and is a great spot to have a coffee/tea date, huddle up with a laptop to get work done, and/or cuddle up with a good book while enjoying their tasty drinks and food. The staff members that assisted us were helpful and friendly. Service was quick - after ordering I received my items within less than 10 mins. I wanted an ube chai however this specific drink only comes iced. The barista recommended I get a chai latte and add ube syrup since I wanted something hot. That's exactly what I did! The latte was a little too sweet for my liking but I'm glad I tried it. For my foodie treat I had the matcha cream croissant and OMGGGG it was divine. It was creamy and full of high quality matcha. OH SO VERY GOOD!

We went here today and it was great. The baristas were polite and helpful. It's in a great spot, there are a lot of places to sit as well as an upstairs area to hang out in. I could see myself coming here again for more time. The matcha rose latte was good, strong rose flavor.

Good spot to come and grab coffee/tea/boba with a friend or by yourself. Love the upstairs level but overall love the atmosphere at this cafe. Great spot to come and do your work. Service here was great. They will bring your order to you or you can wait for your food/drink.

Coffee was decent. Got the ube chai which they said they make the ube syrup in house. The coffee was good but a bit on the sweeter side. Mostly all chai flavor though. Study spaces are abundant and so spacious. There's free water provided. And an upstairs portion. Would definitely recommend coming here. Also sell refreshing tea and boba

I wish I could give this place a 10 star. The place feels magnetic, and the options for different teas and recipes are very intentional. I love finding places that are knowledgeable about tea and ingredients in general. The matcha i ordered was beyond delicious and the matcha croissant was perfection not too sweet and not too earthy. The place is big and esthetic. Perfect for a matcha date or have a slow down moment.

We ordered a dragon fruit refresher, a mocha coffee, a lemon fruit pastry, and the Dubai chocolate cheesecake--and everything was amazing. I ordered the adeni chai, Abrar's Chocolate PB smoothie and Chicken puff. First, the adeni chai. The chai was good for the most part but lacked a bit more spice. It was a bit bland. Overall, I think if they added a bit more spice it would add that touch that makes them stand out amongst the thousands of adeni chai in this city. It was missing something compared to when I tried it originally. The staff was nice and answered all questions. The ambiance was very aesthetic and welcoming. The Abrars smoothie was good, I asked what elements went into the smoothie and loved that they used fresh ingredients like real banana, pb, dates and whey protein with less additives. Keep that up. The chicken puff was not good at all. First, it was $6.99, which I did not mind paying but the quality of the product was below average. They heated it up but it seemed old and the chicken inside was like a paste. It seemed like it had been sitting for a while and it was just a big glob of mush altogether. I wish it was more dry, and lacks flavor. This needs to be better. At this point, I don't know if I would ever try any other food here.

My husband and I don't really plan on eating here because we just come to use the machines, take a few classes, and sit in the hot tub (which is pretty amazing); however, we decided to give it a shot just to say we've eaten there. Life Cafe's philosophy is to provide clean, healthy food to the people using the facilities. That means no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients, organic and gluten-free options, and so forth. To my surprise, they actually do a good job of sticking with this philosophy and creating a yummy menu. They also make a variety of smoothies with fruits, juices, yogurt, and milk (almond milk available for $.50 more). Whey protein is added to nearly all smoothies but you can request VeganMax protein instead, which is Lifetime's vegan protein supplement. SWEET. (I hate whey.) My husband ordered the savory roast beef sandwich and I had a wild-caught grilled salmon salad with a smoothie. The food is made fresh behind the counter so there is a slight wait. However, you're able to sit at the table and hang out until they bring the food to you (you're given a number sign when you order). My husband's sandwich seemed kind of small; yet, my salad was huge. They were both REALLY GOOD -- much better than we had expected from a place inside a fitness center. My strawberry/banana/orange juice smoothie was good although I could taste the protein powder with every sip. I got used to it. I wish they had more veggie smoothies. The cafe has a good amount of tables, large windows, and shelves of products for sale. I pretty much ignore the walls of products, but the snack bars are cool. So what's the catch? Why the four stars? The food is EXPENSIVE! Kyle's sandwich and my salad were nearly $9 each. I realize that the quality is amazing (and heck, Lifetime's membership isn't cheap) but I just can't afford to pour more money into this place. I'm still glad we tried it!

When I approached the counter no one acknowledged me so I said hi and an employee said hello back but didn't offer to take my order, so I assumed I needed to order at the tablet which is located before the seating and counter area. While placing my order, multiple people walked past me and ordered at the counter, so that was a little confusing. Those people were eating inside, though, so I thought maybe you need to use the tablet for take-out and order at the counter for eating in. To be honest, I'm still not sure. I assume if a person approaches the counter the employee should do more than just say hello and keep working, especially when I had to say it first, so that was a bit off-putting. I had perused their menu before my trip and wanted to try the breakfast pizza but when I saw it in person it looked old and dry so I decided to try the rice crispy treat instead. Well, it was so hard I had to microwave it when I got home just to be able to eat it. While it didn't taste stale, I don't think you should serve a rock hard rice crispy to someone and ask $4.50 to boot. All that said, the iced latte I ordered was exceptionally good, so I kept that in mind for the future. A few days ago I went back and ordered the same exact latte (via their app this time), just in a larger size. It tasted nothing like the one in January. Not only that, but after taking a sip and inquiring about getting some packets of sugar, I was told there were some around the corner from the counter. All I saw was fake sugar in packets and Sugar In The Raw in an open container with a spoon. Maybe I missed where the regular sugar was, I don't know. The whole area felt really disorganized and dirty which was a turn-off. For what they charge I expect fresher food and a consistent drink experience. I want to support small businesses but this place makes that hard. I won't be back.
