So happy to see one of my Wheaton Farmer's Market favs go brick and mortar! Their new space hasn't been open long but already has become a neighborhood destination. I visited on a weekday and quite a few groups were working and conversing. Their space has both an upstairs and downstairs, beautiful product displays, gorgeous architectural features, and more. I ended up ordering the Honey Lavender Latte & Blueberry Muffin. The latte had great presentation but lavender seeds weren't very edible. It was perfectly sweet and I truly tasted the flavors. The blueberry muffin definitely could have benefitted from butter and being heated up. For $4, I wouldn't get one again. Overall, this is a great spot! Some of their items can be hit or miss; but when you find something you like, its *chefs kiss*. The staff is always kind and I loved seeing the same workers here as I've seen at the market! Truly a small business! Tip: They have a drive through as well!!

My cousin and I stopped in on a late weekend morning and we both loved it. This space is large with 2 floors. The main floor has windows throughout while the top floor has a cozy more private feel. Activitea is beautiful and is a great spot to have a coffee/tea date, huddle up with a laptop to get work done, and/or cuddle up with a good book while enjoying their tasty drinks and food. The staff members that assisted us were helpful and friendly. Service was quick - after ordering I received my items within less than 10 mins. I wanted an ube chai however this specific drink only comes iced. The barista recommended I get a chai latte and add ube syrup since I wanted something hot. That's exactly what I did! The latte was a little too sweet for my liking but I'm glad I tried it. For my foodie treat I had the matcha cream croissant and OMGGGG it was divine. It was creamy and full of high quality matcha. OH SO VERY GOOD!

We went here today and it was great. The baristas were polite and helpful. It's in a great spot, there are a lot of places to sit as well as an upstairs area to hang out in. I could see myself coming here again for more time. The matcha rose latte was good, strong rose flavor.

Good spot to come and grab coffee/tea/boba with a friend or by yourself. Love the upstairs level but overall love the atmosphere at this cafe. Great spot to come and do your work. Service here was great. They will bring your order to you or you can wait for your food/drink.

Coffee was decent. Got the ube chai which they said they make the ube syrup in house. The coffee was good but a bit on the sweeter side. Mostly all chai flavor though. Study spaces are abundant and so spacious. There's free water provided. And an upstairs portion. Would definitely recommend coming here. Also sell refreshing tea and boba

I wish I could give this place a 10 star. The place feels magnetic, and the options for different teas and recipes are very intentional. I love finding places that are knowledgeable about tea and ingredients in general. The matcha i ordered was beyond delicious and the matcha croissant was perfection not too sweet and not too earthy. The place is big and esthetic. Perfect for a matcha date or have a slow down moment.

The place itself has a beautiful aesthetic and is honestly really nice to sit in. The drinks and food are normally good and everything usually tastes fresh. This time I ordered a matcha, but the worker heard mocha instead. When I asked if they could remake it, he flat out said no and blamed me for the misunderstanding. Even if there was confusion on my end, I still feel like the situation could've been handled better. Customer service goes a long way, especially for returning customers.

I ended up getting a karak chai and a gulab jamun cheese cake to go for $15 including $2 tip. The chai was too hot to drink right away but I kept sneaking tiny sips until it cooled off. It wasn't great, but I thought it would be better once I could get a good swallow of it. Wrong. The tea was extremely bitter (a sign of over-boiling or using too much tea leaves) and I wasn't able to discern any spices. I tried to doctor it up once I got home, but nothing helped so it went down the drain. Blech. The cheese cake should have been delicious, but it was drying out from sitting in the case too long. It was very stiff, and the outside was turning to plastic. (Not literally, but it looked and felt like it.) I didn't finish that either. This place has a great menu, and I was initially looking forward to visiting more often once I start getting allergy shots at the clinic next door, but I will save my money and spend it at La Birria Loca down the block instead.

My husband and I don't really plan on eating here because we just come to use the machines, take a few classes, and sit in the hot tub (which is pretty amazing); however, we decided to give it a shot just to say we've eaten there. Life Cafe's philosophy is to provide clean, healthy food to the people using the facilities. That means no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients, organic and gluten-free options, and so forth. To my surprise, they actually do a good job of sticking with this philosophy and creating a yummy menu. They also make a variety of smoothies with fruits, juices, yogurt, and milk (almond milk available for $.50 more). Whey protein is added to nearly all smoothies but you can request VeganMax protein instead, which is Lifetime's vegan protein supplement. SWEET. (I hate whey.) My husband ordered the savory roast beef sandwich and I had a wild-caught grilled salmon salad with a smoothie. The food is made fresh behind the counter so there is a slight wait. However, you're able to sit at the table and hang out until they bring the food to you (you're given a number sign when you order). My husband's sandwich seemed kind of small; yet, my salad was huge. They were both REALLY GOOD -- much better than we had expected from a place inside a fitness center. My strawberry/banana/orange juice smoothie was good although I could taste the protein powder with every sip. I got used to it. I wish they had more veggie smoothies. The cafe has a good amount of tables, large windows, and shelves of products for sale. I pretty much ignore the walls of products, but the snack bars are cool. So what's the catch? Why the four stars? The food is EXPENSIVE! Kyle's sandwich and my salad were nearly $9 each. I realize that the quality is amazing (and heck, Lifetime's membership isn't cheap) but I just can't afford to pour more money into this place. I'm still glad we tried it!

Folks have noted before that this place feels pricey, and that rings true. It feels almost punitively expensive here.
