Overall, I think if they added a bit more spice it would add that touch that makes them stand out amongst the thousands of adeni chai in this city. It was missing something compared to when I tried it originally. The staff was nice and answered all questions. The ambiance was very aesthetic and welcoming. The Abrars smoothie was good, I asked what elements went into the smoothie and loved that they used fresh ingredients like real banana, pb, dates and whey protein with less additives. Keep that up. The chicken puff was not good at all. First, it was $6.99, which I did not mind paying but the quality of the product was below average. They heated it up but it seemed old and the chicken inside was like a paste. It seemed like it had been sitting for a while and it was just a big glob of mush altogether. I wish it was more dry, and lacks flavor. This needs to be better. At this point, I don't know if I would ever try any other food here.

Store manager who was very nice and explained that it is a newer policy Starbucks has is to not offer the cup sleeves for hot coffee, only certain drinks (wet) nor will they give a stopper unless upon request. They don't agree but follow what the millionaire CEO says. But that tip is in my face as soon as I get to that window. That CEO is taking normality and common sense away with those standard items like they all do, and these companies are still thriving because we are letting them do it to us. No more tips Starbucks. I pay for my expensive drink which covers all the bs I guess. When that CEO changes so will I.
