I dunno why it took me forever to review this place. I go here a lot. I also just found out they deliver within 2.5 miles or so! Complimentary, but please tip your driver. Or just go pick it up yourself They also have curbside service if you call in. When you get there they will bring it out to you. So that's really nice. The inside is nice and has some areas to eat and just chill as well. And a social media photo wall. I love that they are lactose free. I wish there was an easier way to keep track of their current specials. Once in a while it's on facebook. But usually you can find out when you get there. Also, I always forget to get my card stamped, but that's my bad The Acai bowls are so good. Acai, StrawBanana, Sunset, Monkey, all of them are excellent! The only downside is it can be a tad pricey, but that's also because it's good ingredients. The staff is always super friendly and nice! read more

LOVE THIS yummy Health focused cafe! Great for after a workout shake - recipes yummy and sweet but also healthy, filling (protein) and sugar conscious - which is hard to find nowadays. Alot of "healthy looking" options out there but they are loaded with sugar and not nutritionally filled.... these recipes are! Owners are super sweet and caring Can't wait to visit again read more

I saw an ad on Facebook so decided to drop in since I was driving by and wasn't sure what to expect. I was warmly greeted entering and the owner asked if it was my first time there and offered to walk me through the menu explaining the various things they have and what the top sellers were and asked if I had any questions. She was so incredibly nice, genuine, friendly and helpful......I was so impressed! I tried the churro protein smoothie with a little granola in top and it was really good! Great way to get in your protein and tastes like a treat! I will definitely go back and try some other items on the menu - and take the kids along since they saw me come home with this and want to go now too read more

I realize I'm last on the acai bowl bandwagon but I'm on it. I never understood why having a smoothie in a bowl is different from slurping it up with a straw but now I get it. Empower doesn't disappoint. There are so many healthy and colorful smoothie choices and 5 different customizable bowls. The best part is meeting the kind owners who took a chance during the pandemic and opened this adorable place. If you want to support small business, this would be a nice one! I appreciated the personal attention and conversation...afterall its the service and people that make a place next level. All ingredients are fresh and bright. All of my fruits were sweet and looked hand selected! Lovely space that's modern and photo worthy. Plenty of parking by Jewel.Go get your healthy on and pretend like the sun is out during the cruel chicago winters with one of these smoothies, teas or bowls in your hand...its basically self care read more

just got 2 smoothie bowls( mango and acai) and 2 teas (one loaded) and it was really good! I think the portions are filling and sizable for the money you pay but i do wish it had chia seeds or hemp or some of the more upgraded toppings you expect for the price. def want to try the waffles. Price point is a little on the high end but they do give out 20% off after your first trip and a punch card for rewards. everything tasted amazing and glad to see a good berry bowl place! read more

Friendly staff & delicious bowls! It was my first time coming here and I would definitely come back

This place is awesome! Ordered the Berry Blast shake and açaí bowl and was thrilled at the flavor and how filling everything was. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! read more

Came in to this place about a week ago. My coworkers have tried it and said it was pretty good! When I came inside, I was greeted by a kind man who helped me with my order. I asked him what he recommended between the acai smoothie bowl and the tropical mango smoothie bowl. He said that acai bowl is more tart whereas the tropical mango bowl was more on the sweeter side! I then asked him what were the toppings and he told me almonds, fried coconut, strawberries, blueberries, granola, and honey drizzled on. He asked me if I was ok with those toppings too! I decided to get the tropical mango bowl and the kind man gave me a 20% coupon to come back but sadly I could not make it back again due to my schedule. He got right to making my order and while I was waiting, I was admiring the environment. The place was nice and I felt comfortable being in it. The music was nice and happy(: Once my order was finished, he walked up to me and handed me my bowl! The smoothie bowl was $10 and I can't compare to any other bowls I've had because... the tropical mango bowl was my first! I understand why everyone loves smoothie bowls. I've been missing out! He was right, the mango was sweet and the toppings complimented the flavor very nicely. I definitely will be coming back again to try different things on the menu!! read more

The açaí smoothie bowl is excellent. You'd think at $12 and change it is expensive, but ask the women working there what's in it and you'll realize it's pretty reasonably priced. I also get the impression that the owner is paying her employees well. Lastly I'll add that the women working here are very pleasant. Please come here and leave tips. read more

This place is too goddamn good. I'm never disappointed, there are multiple shops like this across Illinois but this one is the best, hands down. The workers are friendly and the food is always impeccable. New things constantly added to the menu, and its decorated nicely. I will say it's getting overly expensive by the second and I hate that, but overall food and experience is good. This place rocks. read more
