The pumpkin soup was exquisite, velvety and comforting, and the trio of teas were brewed with the care of someone who respects the leaves. Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, warm without being intrusive, exactly what a tea service deserves. Two days later I had to message again because I needed confirmation since I was already "talking" with her. No response again. Now the next day, a little upset, I messaged yet again and said "please let me know if you can't, so I can look around elsewhere and place an order." She responded immediately and said she had a hectic weekend and it was super busy. I understand, totally get it. She finally sent me pricing for cakes and cookies, but we decided to just go with the cookies. She said great and that she would get back to me and let me know which ones she could make etc..I said perfect. STILL WAITING. It's been 9 days since I last heard from her.
