Unfortunately i wasn't too satisfied with my drink. Overall disappointing for a $7-8 drink.

The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done--it honestly makes you want to just sit back and relax for a while. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. We ordered a dragon fruit refresher, a mocha coffee, a lemon fruit pastry, and the Dubai chocolate cheesecake--and everything was amazing. The drinks were fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were on another level. The Dubai chocolate cheesecake especially was rich, unique, and seriously one of the best desserts I've had. Overall, this place checks every box: great vibes, great service, and incredible food and drinks. Definitely coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

I ordered the adeni chai, Abrar's Chocolate PB smoothie and Chicken puff. First, the adeni chai. The chai was good for the most part but lacked a bit more spice. It was a bit bland. Overall, I think if they added a bit more spice it would add that touch that makes them stand out amongst the thousands of adeni chai in this city. It was missing something compared to when I tried it originally. The staff was nice and answered all questions. The ambiance was very aesthetic and welcoming. The Abrars smoothie was good, I asked what elements went into the smoothie and loved that they used fresh ingredients like real banana, pb, dates and whey protein with less additives. Keep that up. The chicken puff was not good at all. First, it was $6.99, which I did not mind paying but the quality of the product was below average. They heated it up but it seemed old and the chicken inside was like a paste. It seemed like it had been sitting for a while and it was just a big glob of mush altogether. I wish it was more dry, and lacks flavor. This needs to be better. At this point, I don't know if I would ever try any other food here.

My husband and I don't really plan on eating here because we just come to use the machines, take a few classes, and sit in the hot tub (which is pretty amazing); however, we decided to give it a shot just to say we've eaten there. Life Cafe's philosophy is to provide clean, healthy food to the people using the facilities. That means no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients, organic and gluten-free options, and so forth. To my surprise, they actually do a good job of sticking with this philosophy and creating a yummy menu. They also make a variety of smoothies with fruits, juices, yogurt, and milk (almond milk available for $.50 more). Whey protein is added to nearly all smoothies but you can request VeganMax protein instead, which is Lifetime's vegan protein supplement. SWEET. (I hate whey.) My husband ordered the savory roast beef sandwich and I had a wild-caught grilled salmon salad with a smoothie. The food is made fresh behind the counter so there is a slight wait. However, you're able to sit at the table and hang out until they bring the food to you (you're given a number sign when you order). My husband's sandwich seemed kind of small; yet, my salad was huge. They were both REALLY GOOD -- much better than we had expected from a place inside a fitness center. My strawberry/banana/orange juice smoothie was good although I could taste the protein powder with every sip. I got used to it. I wish they had more veggie smoothies. The cafe has a good amount of tables, large windows, and shelves of products for sale. I pretty much ignore the walls of products, but the snack bars are cool. So what's the catch? Why the four stars? The food is EXPENSIVE! Kyle's sandwich and my salad were nearly $9 each. I realize that the quality is amazing (and heck, Lifetime's membership isn't cheap) but I just can't afford to pour more money into this place. I'm still glad we tried it!

I wanted to like this place, I really did, but after two visits I'm done…read more My first visit was back in January so I was unfamiliar with the ordering process. When I approached the counter no one acknowledged me so I said hi and an employee said hello back but didn't offer to take my order, so I assumed I needed to order at the tablet which is located before the seating and counter area. While placing my order, multiple people walked past me and ordered at the counter, so that was a little confusing. Those people were eating inside, though, so I thought maybe you need to use the tablet for take-out and order at the counter for eating in. To be honest, I'm still not sure. I assume if a person approaches the counter the employee should do more than just say hello and keep working, especially when I had to say it first, so that was a bit off-putting. I had perused their menu before my trip and wanted to try the breakfast pizza but when I saw it in person it looked old and dry so I decided to try the rice crispy treat instead. Well, it was so hard I had to microwave it when I got home just to be able to eat it. While it didn't taste stale, I don't think you should serve a rock hard rice crispy to someone and ask $4.50 to boot. All that said, the iced latte I ordered was exceptionally good, so I kept that in mind for the future. A few days ago I went back and ordered the same exact latte (via their app this time), just in a larger size. It tasted nothing like the one in January. Not only that, but after taking a sip and inquiring about getting some packets of sugar, I was told there were some around the corner from the counter. All I saw was fake sugar in packets and Sugar In The Raw in an open container with a spoon. Maybe I missed where the regular sugar was, I don't know. The whole area felt really disorganized and dirty which was a turn-off. For what they charge I expect fresher food and a consistent drink experience. I want to support small businesses but this place makes that hard. I won't be back.

Prices are reasonable, especially the drink. You get 24 oz for only $4.09 which beats an iced latte at most places. They'll warm up any items for you by request. We ended up taking everything as is, though, because we like pastries cold or room temperature, and we used our air fryer to heat up the hash brown bread the next day. The only thing I didn't care for was the cream cheese pastry. I love cream cheese but there was some flavor added to it that I didn't like, so I would skip all cream cheese items here in the future. My husband didn't mind it, though. We'll definitely be back because we like how you can take your time choosing the pastries at your leisure, the interior is bright and inviting, the employees are kind, the prices are reasonable, and they open early (7 am).
