My husband got a Hot Chai Latte which was pretty good! This spot could benefit from having more syrup flavors to add to standard products to give customers more variety. He even took some time to explain brewing techniques and recommended a scale that saved me $$, even though they did not stock it themselves. On receiving the order, there was a minor defect in a silicon gasket, and Eric immediately ordered a free replacement with Baratza.
