My very favorite place! My husband and grandkids all LOVE it too! Great smoothie s and great service!!!

To start off, I would like to say that a 1 out of 5 is not low enough, but there is not an option for a zero. I went with my friends and I ordered a medium. It was $9.06 and I gave them a 10 dollar bill and the lady said, "Sorry we don't have change." So I was already frustrated because I got robbed out of $1 when they literally had nickels but the lady was too lazy to count. By the way they had money in the top box as well. Next, my friend ordered a medium of the same drink after me. I got my drink after about 5 minutes and we assumed that my friend would get hers right after me because she ordered right after me. Turns out we were wrong. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES!!!!! When it finally was ready they gave her a small. When we asked for a medium they gave her the wrong drink and didn't fill it up all the way. It was only 3/4th filled so basically a small when she payed for a large. It also was chunky. In summary I do not recommend Jamba for anyone who has an actual life outside of the tiny Jamba waiting spot. 30 minutes is NOT worth it for a chunky drink, I promise! Hi, we stopped in this location after soccer games and we're so excited to get smoothies and my son wanted an ice to drink and we were told that they were not available. Then when getting ready to order a smoothie, we were told that there were no bananas then we were gonna ask to order the cheese curds cheddar bites and we were told that those were not available either so we decided we would settle for something in the case upfront like the cheddar pretzel twist and then we were told that those we're not available either actually nothing in that case was available. these items were only on display. very disappointed we walked out and unfortunately did not order anything and proceeded to go to Boba. read more

This location is in a convenient spot, in and out. I had a watermelon smoothie, and it was super refreshing, and its flavor was really good. I wished I would have bought a larger size after I tasted it. I also ordered a turkey wrap but didn't finish it as it tasted kind of bland. I probably wouldn't get food here in the future and would definitely return for a blended drink. The service was great, though. This Jamba Juice is apparently run by a bunch of unbothered 16-year-olds who have no idea what they're doing. We placed a mobile order, expecting to just pick it up and go, but when we arrived, the doors were locked with a sign saying they were "out of stock" and would "reopen at 5:30pm". By this time it was 5pm and it said our mobile order had been ready for 10 minutes. Fair enough--except they were very much not working. Instead, we could clearly see them inside, sitting on the counters, glued to their phones, doing absolutely nothing. No effort to communicate, no apologies--just straight-up ignoring paying customers. Meanwhile, they had no problem letting their friends in, laughing and chatting while the rest of us stood outside wondering what was going on. If you're out of stock, why are your friends getting in? If you're "working" on it, why are you all lounging around? And why take mobile orders if you have no intention of making them? Avoid this place unless management steps in and hires people who actually care. read more

Drink was great but food safety standards were not met at all. 2 girls (high school age) were working ALONE, one with her hair completely down (girl a) and the other with it loosely tied back (girl b) despite her long hair. I caught the girl a grabbing ingredients with her bare hands and girl b using the oven that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. On top of that the floors were sticky making a loud audible noise whenever I moved and multiple uncleaned spilled throughout the building. Lastly I'd also like to point out the lack of appropriate attire, both wearing inappropriate footwear, girl a wearing baggy jeans and girl b wearing short shorts that were not only inappropriate for work but could've gotten her injured had she spilled something on herself. Manager or at the very least an adult was no where to be seen or heard, completely inappropriate and unacceptable to leave 2 poorly trained 15/16yr olds to run a business alone. read more

I was disturbed yesterday by something I witnessed in front of the store. As a young mother was leaving her car with her toddler a male employee, perhaps the manager, stormed out of the store and berated her for parking in front of the store. She was forced to put her crying toddler back in her car and move it. Does Jamba own the parking spots in front of the store or does the mall? Do they treat potential customers in such an aggressive manner? I was about to stop in and get a drink but the employee's behavior dissuaded me. I will never returne to this location. Shame on them for such poor customer service. read more

Was harassed while walking by what seemed to be a manager outside the store. We (my toddler and I) parked in front of the store since we would be attending a kids event on the other side of the building. There were NO posted signs stating I couldn't park there, and yet I was rudely met with "ma'am, you couldn't park ANYWHERE else?" Admittedly, there were a lot of other parking spots nearby, but anyone with a toddler knows, when you see a spot near where you're supposed to be going, and there are not signs saying you cant park somewhere, you just park there. The manager was on the phone with someone else, but decided to pause his conversation to give me a sob story for how no one comes into the store because they limited parking in front of their store. Come on guy, can you save it for someone maybe that doesn't have to then pick up their excited 2 year old and put him back in the carseat screaming to move 20 feet away?! Put some damn signs up, and until you do leave people alone and go cry in your multi million dollar per year restaurant chain. read more

I went to Jamba Juice after my very long hard workout. One of the employees, her name was Brooke. Was giving me very rude pronounced dirty DIRTY glares. It made me feel very uncomfortable especially being a plus sized woman trying to lose weight... (made me wish I didn't get a large with extra protein and extra peanut butter.) Wow. She made the environment extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming for such a "fun happy place." You will not be seeing me return to this location. I loooooove Jamba Juice, so I get it when I can! Came in on Easter and they were one of the few stores in the Geneva Commons that were open. I ordered a medium Apples 'n Greens and my boyfriend ordered a medium Greens 'n Ginger and the total came out to a little over $12. Located in the Geneva Commons strip mall, this location is a popular Geneva teen hangout. Every time I come here, the workers look like they're enjoying themselves, and they're more than happy to dole out the free samples (of smoothies and oatmeal). The steel-cut oats are a mixed bag: at $3 for a large cup, they certainly make for a filling breakfast, but I always get large chunks of dried brown sugar that don't break down. This results in small explosions of sugar that I'd rather blended in with the oatmeal. While I've yet to order from the "Secret Smoothie Book" placed off to the side, it's impressive to see how far Jamba Juice is willing to go to keep loyal customers who are used to ordering something off-menu. read more

I had stopping going years ago because I developed an allergy to milk late in life. Love that they finally have joined the rest of the world and realized that many people are allergic to milk and would love to get Soymilk smoothies here along with a boost of soy protein powder as well. I ordered the banana berry protein powder smoothie made with Soymilk & Soy Protein Powder and told them I have a Dairy Allergy, which requires them to wash the container or use a clean one to prevent cross contamination. Not thrilled about how expensive it was even with a coupon, I am disappointed that in 3 visits they were out of Kale each time. I am happy that they have a rewards program and I have received so many coupons for BOGO's and discounts. I would like them to expand the dairy free options with some Soy yogurt, coconut yogurt & coconut milk smoothie options. read more

First off it took forever for my husband and I to get our smoothies. People who came in well after us got theirs first and we didn't order anything special. The high school employees working were too preoccupied chatting amongst themselves and taking way too long to close out a register. One also seemed quite distracted by his friends who were camped out in the business waiting for his shift to end. Customer service was way below par and essentially nonexistent. Hands down, this is my favorite place around my location. The workers always have friendly smiles and upbeat personalities every time I go in, which is quite a lot!. I have yet to get a smoothie form here that I didn't like or that wash't as good as the last one. Theses people are extremely consistent with what they do. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a cool, refreshing, delicious smoothie made from real fruits, juices, yogurt, and sorbet. Being 100% honest, there is a Jamba Juice closer to where I live (the one near the Fox Vally mall) but I'd MUCH rather go to this location. There IS a difference between the two.... read more

Drinking one of their new refreshers right now. Strawberry lemonade refresher is amazing and made with coconut water, mmm mmm good!! Love the staff, a couple weeks ago we got free cans of the JJ energy drinks (gross but a nice gesture), and I love when they make drinks specially either by their own suggestion (strawberry surf rider w raspberries instead of peaches) or my request, such as the now retired Orange Energizer. read more

A pregnant woman almost fell coming in because mats were not placed on the floor (raining outside). When one mat was placed by the exit in the meantime, it was curled on one end and I almost fell leaving. I'm also not feeling well, which is why I stopped in to get some healthy food. #JambaJuiceExtras -- My daughter found several bits of rubber/plastic in her Jamba Juice smoothie. When I called, they said, "We don't use any spatulas or any other rubber tools." Thinking they might want to try to figure out what was getting ground into their smoothies, I put the chunks into an envelope and ran them over to the shop. The store manager, who had said they would "call it in" came out, took the rubber chunks -- and threw them in the trash. Instead of saying, "We'll take a look" or "We'll try to figure out what happened," she said, "I saw them. Do you want your free smoothie now?" Uh ... No. Ironically, I notice one of the other negative reviews mentions them running out of oranges. They were out of apple juice when we went and had added a mixed berry juice to the smoothie instead. My daughter didn't care for the revised combo, or she probably would have consumed the smoothie faster--and choked on the rubber chunks. read more
