I ordered a smoothie bowl and a smoothie last night on uber eats and the store closed before my delivery person could even get there (this isn't nauticals bowls fault as I had ordered an hour prior so it was an uber eats issue) well this morning I woke up and decided to reorder it because I still wanted it. I just got my order and tried sticking my straw into my smoothie to which it broke because it's frozen. At first I was like nice they were keeping it cold for me but no. I then go to eat my smoothie bowl and realize it's also frozen. BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY ORDER FROM LAST NIGHT AND FROZE IT AND WHEN I RE ORDERED THEY JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND DELIVERED IT TO ME. what "fresh" company even does that? I don't like when my fruit is frozen and not only that but I'm not paying for a smoothie bowl that was made the night before and put in the freezer. If I wanted that i'd just eat at home? I get not wanting to waste it but then give it to an employee or something. Who tf does that? I'm so angry right now. Would you want a place to make a pizza in the oven the night before and then put it in the fridge and just reheat it the next day in the microwave when you order it? Probably not. What a joke.

Juices and smoothies are always fresh, with fruits, veggies, and even matcha (which you don't see everywhere). Acai bowls are great, and baked goods are decent--healthier than most, though I wish they had more sugar-free options. They've got plant-based milks and protein Greek yogurt too. Most smoothies come in three sizes, and acai bowls have lots of toppings. Perfect for grabbing on the go, or sitting quickly at the small bar. Outdoor seating in summer is nice, and they have seasonal items like pumpkin in fall. Rewards app makes pickup easy. Fresh, quick, and solid 10/10.

I ordered the chocolate peanut butter shake, but it mostly tasted like plain yogurt--I couldn't really taste the chocolate or peanut butter at all. On top of that, two small shakes came to about $25, which felt very expensive for the quality and flavor. I appreciate the great customer service, but for the price, I expected a much better-tasting shake. I hope they can improve the recipes because the service was excellent.
