I like their food the management is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. She's unfriendly and rude. I have had more than one experience where I've gone through the drive through and returned home with an incomplete order. Typically if this happens accountability is taken, apologies are made and a complimentary food is offered for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back to the store. Then I started noticing the receipts were not included with my order. Last time I thought it was a coincidence. Now I'm starting to speculate it's intentional. It's especially suspicious when you do come back and the food is not ready and they have to make it. Seriously Currito I thought you were better than this? Stop scamming your clients. read more

Ordered a customized bowl with chicken, rice, black beans, some veggies. It was fresh and a great healthy food selection. The good thing is that it's really healthy and the service was decent. Menu has good options if you are looking to cut carbs or need some healthy alternatives. Clean washroom, but be prepared to be blown away by the volume of the bathroom music speaker. After a hike nearby, looking for a healthy lunch option, found Cerrito on Yelp. The customer service was super friendly. The menu was pretty straightforward. Bowls had either a rice or green base. Bowls could also be ordered as a wrap. There is an upcharge to add chicken, steak, or tofu. I'm glad I ordered with chicken. It made the bowl more filling. They also serve pepsi products and teas. The bowl had a lot of sauce. I would ask for less sauce, but other than that, it was a great lunch experience. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and im so glad I finally did! Placed an online order and I reached 10 minutes before my pickup time and the food was already ready! Super fast and staff was helpful! I got the tikka bowl and chicken for protein with a mango salsa on the side. I absolutely loved the bowl! Good portions and felt healthy! The only thing I'll say is I wish there was a bit more tikka sauce, as it felt kind of dry. I was searching for a healthy place to eat with my sister. The options were definitely healthy! There is a big menu with kids options too. You can also pick items like building your sandwich subway. There were not many people sitting in the restaurant, but I saw lots of carry outs. It was perfect for my intentions. They will also supply a cup if you just want tap water. I love me a grain bowl, so I was eager to try Currito! I've heard good things about the chain from friends, but have never been myself. I am a frequent visitor to other healthy food chain options, so I wanted to understand the difference between Currito and competitors. I'm happy to report that both the food and this location were a great experience! During this time, I've been especially appreciative of drive-thru food and drink places. I came through and ordered the Bangkok bowl with tofu, which was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were not doused in sauce, nor did they skimp on the protein. I was handed my food by a gentleman wearing a mask and gloves! It looked like everyone working was wearing gloves and a mask as well, despite the place not having too many visitors around the time I went (~1 PM), which is a great sign of their ethics. The ingredients in the bowl were obviously fresh, and I had so much in my bowl it could have doubled for another meal later. The next time I visit, I would love to try a smoothie or a salad. I have been getting food here for a long time and absolutely love it!! However, the last four times or more. It seems like there's something wrong with my order. Today was a major mess up. So I called to talk to a manager, and I would say Wendy the manager went above and beyond !! honestly I was about ready to stop coming when she more than made up for it! so not only did she remake my order personally, but she brought it to my home herself!! talk about fantastic customer service amazing! Chicken Tikka Bowl was too sweet and not enough spice for my liking. Chicken pieces were also tiny and the bowl was mostly cucumbers and chick peas. That said, portions are sizable and I like the variety of customizable options. Would probably go back to give something new a try. read more

Naperville location is a solid performer. This has become a regular on the rotation. Currito offers up relatively healthy food in salads/bowls and wraps. Vegetarian and meat options are tasty and freshly made. Many styles , enough so to accommodate most any taste. I think the prices are reasonable ( not cheap) . Food is made quickly and has been very consistent in taste . presentation and the service. Thumbs up. read more

It's very nice (in an age ofCovid and winter weather) that this place has a drive thru! I wasn't expecting one, and it went fast. I ordered the Teriyaki bowl with grilled chicken, which was tasty but something of a misnomer as it didn't taste anything like teriyaki. I looked it up later on the menu online and and the sauce is a cashew vinaigrette, which reminded me of the flavor of Thai peanut sauce more than anything. Tasty but not what i expected. The bowl comes with ingredients arranged in lines of inviting colors: shredded carrots, red cabbage, crispy chow mein noodles, with brown rice and chicken underneath. For the best taste, mix it all up! Cost is about comparable to Chipotle or the like. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is the second time I've had issues with Currito in Naperville. Twice now I've paid extra to add chicken to my son's quesadilla - each time, no chicken. The first time I overlooked it, but now I'm wondering if it's something they don't actually offer? I'm still being charged for it, even though it's never added. I also paid extra for chips and hummus, which I didn't receive. So there's an extra $8 that I've paid for food that I didn't even receive. On top of that, when I bit into my wrap there was a HUGE black chicken bone in it . Something that should have easily been noticed by staff. Someone could have choked on that - then Currito would have a much bigger problem on their hands than a bad review. Won't be returning here unfortunately. Used to be one of my favorite places, but I'm tired of paying for things I don't receive and can't risk another bone being in my food. Disgusting. read more

Satisfying and packed with flavor! Great portion size too. I'm looking forward to working my way through the menu. They are one confused business! The first and only time I went there I purchased the Caribbean Jerk Salad on a wrap. I sent a friend a few days later and they claim they can't do salads on wraps. I ordered the farro salad, it is over priced but packaging and presentation are on point. I'm rating this 5 starts bc there aren't ever my drive thru healthy options. I was so impressed with my salad, but if I had to be truthful to the taste, my own drawback would've been the dressing. I think I should've incorporated a little at a time, rather than take a chance and dump the entire dressing sauce in. It was extremely powerful and I wish I would've just put in half the cup. Empty restaurant on a Friday evening but all the tables were sticky. We couldn't find a clean place to sit nor napkins or hand sanitizer. Amazing! Definitely a must try. Food is great, very flavorful. They do not skimp on the amount of food they pile into the burrito or bowl. The packaging is sustainable too! So glad we tried them today! They were available on UberEats. Pretty comparable to Chipotle in price but beats in flavors and size of food! We didn't get the smoothies but we may try them next time!
