I like their food the management is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. She's unfriendly and rude. I have had more than one experience where I've gone through the drive through and returned home with an incomplete order. Typically if this happens accountability is taken, apologies are made and a complimentary food is offered for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back to the store. Then I started noticing the receipts were not included with my order. Last time I thought it was a coincidence. Now I'm starting to speculate it's intentional. After a hike nearby, looking for a healthy lunch option, found Cerrito on Yelp. The customer service was super friendly. The menu was pretty straightforward. Bowls had either a rice or green base. Bowls could also be ordered as a wrap. There is an upcharge to add chicken, steak, or tofu. I'm glad I ordered with chicken. It made the bowl more filling. They also serve pepsi products and teas. I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and im so glad I finally did! Placed an online order and I reached 10 minutes before my pickup time and the food was already ready! Super fast and staff was helpful! I got the tikka bowl and chicken for protein with a mango salsa on the side. I absolutely loved the bowl! Good portions and felt healthy! I'm happy to report that both the food and this location were a great experience! During this time, I've been especially appreciative of drive-thru food and drink places. I came through and ordered the Bangkok bowl with tofu, which was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were not doused in sauce, nor did they skimp on the protein. I was handed my food by a gentleman wearing a mask and gloves! It looked like everyone working was wearing gloves and a mask as well, despite the place not having too many visitors around the time I went (~1 PM), which is a great sign of their ethics. The ingredients in the bowl were obviously fresh, and I had so much in my bowl it could have doubled for another meal later. The next time I visit, I would love to try a smoothie or a salad. Naperville location is a solid performer. This has become a regular on the rotation. Currito offers up relatively healthy food in salads/bowls and wraps. Vegetarian and meat options are tasty and freshly made. Many styles , enough so to accommodate most any taste. I think the prices are reasonable ( not cheap) . I ordered the Teriyaki bowl with grilled chicken, which was tasty but something of a misnomer as it didn't taste anything like teriyaki. I looked it up later on the menu online and and the sauce is a cashew vinaigrette, which reminded me of the flavor of Thai peanut sauce more than anything. Tasty but not what i expected. The bowl comes with ingredients arranged in lines of inviting colors: shredded carrots, red cabbage, crispy chow mein noodles, with brown rice and chicken underneath. For the best taste, mix it all up! Cost is about comparable to Chipotle or the like. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is the second time I've had issues with Currito in Naperville. Twice now I've paid extra to add chicken to my son's quesadilla - each time, no chicken. The first time I overlooked it, but now I'm wondering if it's something they don't actually offer? I'm still being charged for it, even though it's never added. I also paid extra for chips and hummus, which I didn't receive. So there's an extra $8 that I've paid for food that I didn't even receive. On top of that, when I bit into my wrap there was a HUGE black chicken bone in it . Something that should have easily been noticed by staff. Someone could have choked on that - then Currito would have a much bigger problem on their hands than a bad review. Won't be returning here unfortunately. Used to be one of my favorite places, but I'm tired of paying for things I don't receive and can't risk another bone being in my food. Disgusting. read more

I ordered the farro salad, it is over priced but packaging and presentation are on point. I'm rating this 5 starts bc there aren't ever my drive thru healthy options. I was so impressed with my salad, but if I had to be truthful to the taste, my own drawback would've been the dressing. I think I should've incorporated a little at a time, rather than take a chance and dump the entire dressing sauce in. It was extremely powerful and I wish I would've just put in half the cup.
