I was pleasantly surprised by the bowls, as they were sweet and healthy without a sugar rush. There are a few options to try, and they are quick to make, so that's always a plus. Side Rant: I don't like that every place has its app and system of getting "rewards" or "discounts." Why must I jump through all these hoops to get juice? I understand you think putting an email in will make me come back. Well, if your product isn't good, I am not coming back, and I will just delete the app and unsubscribe. So, that is a waste of time IMHO. Anyways, the place looks clean and eye-pleasing. It wasn't too busy, and I look forward to trying something else from there if I am in the area.

I don't even know what to say. I went from ordering from here last week and telling my friends to…read morehow good it was to being completely turned off today. I ordered a smoothie bowl and a smoothie last night on uber eats and the store closed before my delivery person could even get there (this isn't nauticals bowls fault as I had ordered an hour prior so it was an uber eats issue) well this morning I woke up and decided to reorder it because I still wanted it. I just got my order and tried sticking my straw into my smoothie to which it broke because it's frozen. At first I was like nice they were keeping it cold for me but no. I then go to eat my smoothie bowl and realize it's also frozen. BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY ORDER FROM LAST NIGHT AND FROZE IT AND WHEN I RE ORDERED THEY JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND DELIVERED IT TO ME. what "fresh" company even does that? I don't like when my fruit is frozen and not only that but I'm not paying for a smoothie bowl that was made the night before and put in the freezer. If I wanted that i'd just eat at home? I get not wanting to waste it but then give it to an employee or something. Who tf does that? I'm so angry right now. Would you want a place to make a pizza in the oven the night before and then put it in the fridge and just reheat it the next day in the microwave when you order it? Probably not. What a joke.
